My wife got a two day free room at this place through her travel agent family friend...The place does not provide shuttle service any longer from the airport which they do not tell you until you get there.
There are homeless encampments right near the place and they warn you not to walk alone at night...
They give you a $15 breakfast. Credit for food that costs over twenty five dollars.
And when you check out, there's the hidden resort fees they never told you about that add up to twice as much as the room was actually worth.
So if you think you got a free stay there from a travel agent, friend or family member YOUR WRONG BECAUSE the resort fees go from $150 and up PER DAY So you never got a free stay at all. You ended up paying a good price for rooms that were supposed to be free for the 2 days and you will be more pissed than you can imagine.
Tip for consumers:
Call the place directly. Do not rely on anything they send you or review online because once you get there They DENY it and they will not accept their own promos.
Yet they never tell you that they expired some of them in some cases over a year ago....YET THEY ARE STILL PROMOTING IT on their website..
Including shuttle bus service From the airport and free breakfast..
