I love the home project videos. Using the Roman shades and its a wonderful and clear presentation. I ordered several items for the project. I especially like that the plastic dowels came in a 5 length since my shade is 55. I also bought the rod connector but my rod doesnt fit into it. Maybe the sailrite rod would have fit but I already had a rod left over from another project
I absolutely LOVE my new Lsz-1 machine! It does exactly what I need it to do. I sew leather purses and it sews them beautifully. I ordered leather needles and a leather foot, but I haven't had to use the foot because the one that came with the machine works just fine. I have not seen any marks on my leather, but then again, I mainly use pebble leather.
I contacted Sailrite a number of times before I purchased my machine and they were very helpful. Replies were received quickly.
The directions for setting up the machine are extremely clear and easy to follow, plus Sailrite sends you videos to follow. They are excellent and answer all questions.
This company has thought of everything, plus providing excellent customer service. I really do love my machine.
The items I needed to complete the repair of a boat seat on my pontoon boat were exactly what I need. I watched the available videos, read of the uses for items and it was easy to select the items I needed. Very easy site to navigate. Order arrived before the promised date.
I don't get it. I had a 450 order waiting to leave the same day. I was needing a zipper added to order. Instead you charged me again for shipment because someone would not get up and put in same box. I have spent over 3000 dollars and get no special reconigtion. I have asked for catalog and still nothing.
No matter what you are looking for in boating, you can depend on Sailrite to not only have it, but show you how to use/install/sew whatever. We just bought another boat, so washing the cushions is top priority. I ordered the "film" so I can get the foam back in the cushions. Makes it sooooo much easier. Thanks so much!
I ordered zippers to match current canvas on boat, my wife is going to sew up some accessary screen panels for around the cockpit at night. They were shipped and arrived very quickly and are exactly what we need. They match the current zippers perfectly. Zippidy do da.

I found the website through an excellent video on how to make a window seat cushion. The supplies available through Sailrite made the project much easier and I plan to use other videos and supplies on future projects.

I would like to look into the catalog for you. Chances are that it has mailed but since we use a mailing house the shipments have been a bit slower than we expected. This is the first time we have not done the mailings ourselves. But we do track which have been processed so I can determine that with you full name or account number. With regard to adding to orders we do have a strict policy that once an order has been picked up by an RF gun in shipping that the order can not be modified. In those cases we do require an individual to place a second order for the additions. But if the request to change an order is done before the order is at this point we are more than happy to make changes and additions. I do believe that we are very unique in this flexibility for organizations of our size these days.
