Generally two days to ship after order and three days to reach the west coast so average order takes 5 to 7 days if you are a west coast customer. No west coast service centers so only option is on line. So Sad.
It was a pleasure selecting this fabric online. I received the swatch in a timely manner and placed my order--all online. The fabric arrived and it was exactly what I was expecting. It is currently at the upholsterer updating a chair and I am anxious to see the finished product.
It took 2 or 3 days before it shipped. I emailed asking about it because I needed it and the reply was that it was in stock and should ship right away. It did ship that day. Why did it take 3 days before it ships? I admit I am used to buying on Amazon where it ships immediately but that is what you have to compete with. From Amazon I would have had it before it even shipped from Sailrite. Nice product once it arrived though.
I was on the verge of ordering a new cover for my hot tub due to the failure of the vinyl strip that holds the two halves together, otherwise the cover was in great shape. I looked up hot tub cover repair on YouTube and found the Sailrite video that showed how to repair the seam with supplies from Sailrite, HH-66 cement and Shelter-Rite Black 61" Fabric. For $40 I fixed my cover. It took only 24 hours, most of that was cure time. It was very easy and the repair is holding up to frequent use and 3 Nor'easters in Mass.
I'm very pleased with the samples I received and the timely manner that I received them. Ordered foam backed vinyl to use for boat's headliner and it came quickly and packaged well. I will certainly be a repeat customer to sailrite!

I purchased a continuous 75 feet of zipper and 150 zipper pulls. It was easy to find and order on the website. I received the items very quickly and it was packed perfectly. The zipper and pulls were high quality and they were easy to incorporate into my fanny packs.
I got everything I needed to install the twist lock fasteners to my dodger. I called and the chat person directed me to what I needed to complete the job - even noted less cost alternatives - I watched the videos and gained confidence to do the job. Love this company!
Worked perfectly with made in china awnings. The clamps that came with the Ebay kit clamped the awning on the wall from UNDERNEATH. How stupid and impossible to mount when 10 ft in the air. By contrast these Sailrite clamps worked perfectly.
