Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
If there was 0 star possibility - they are 0. The worst customer service (especially Sadik S and his supervisor Peter). Paid money, ordered suede shoes, received fake leather in a destroyed box - quality is like Temu $2.99 shoes. Wanted these shoes before Thanksgiving. The solution from the customer service was to pay for the return, get the refund within 30 days and order new ones. By that time, suede shoes I wanted were not available anymore. Peter (supervisor) was extremely rude.
This my second in a matter of 2 weeks that I ordered from off fifth and I have issues my order. Forget about getting help with their customer service. You hardly can understand the representative. They have 1 word to send you away "I'll give 10% on your next order"
If you ever try to use it, you will get this error message "coupon has already been used"
Can someone tell me what's going on? I don't have much time to waste.
I received an incomplete order, my discount was not applied and I am truly pissed with the representative that I cannot understand.

I cancelled an order since I forgot to click on the "signature for delivery" option in the shipping column, then I submitted another order with identical items as the cancelled one. But I was charged twice! They were already on my credit card balance rather "pending". My saks account shows "mastercard balance 0.00" for the cancelled order but they really told me nothing about the refund! Sent tons of emails and made many phone calls but none get replied! Since I used a China Bank Credit Card, for which credit card dispute is not available, I wonder if they intend to steal my money and pretend everything is ok.
Will never spend a penny at Saks off 5th again! Gross!

Placed an order for a purse last week, it immediately "shipped" out but really just the label had been created so I am just waiting for this item to actually arrive to the fedex center. The purchase confirmation email does not even summarize how you paid for the item, just the price total - does not list how long before the order is expected to ship. Then the next day I got an email asking to review my customer service experience with Amanda. Who? I never contacted support. Anyways a few days later I went to an actual store, found the same bag for $40 less than online... still waiting on this bag. I will most likely never order from here again.

Customer service unprofessional, can't answer any questions and fix mistakes from their side. Their manager rude, talking with nasty attitude, her name Melville, during conversation her dog did not stop barking. At the end she said that she tired to repaid over and over. She was making disgusting noises. They located overseas and definitely do not care about job their doing and Saks customers.

This place has beautiful stuff but for the average income earner, I think they're still too high. You might get lucky and find something but I have been disappointed every time I've gone in. I was there trying to get my daughter a dress to wear to a semi-formal school event - forget it!

I ordered a set of sunglass at nearly $200. When the package arrived I immediately opened it to find an empty sunglass case and no sunglasses. They started an "investigation" and two days later said my complaint was rejected. This was my first (and last) order from Saks Off Fifth. They clearly have a problem in the warehouse and place the blame on the customer rather than fixing their internal problem. Buy beware, shop elsewhere.

Store associates are unhelpful, selling items that are irreparable and insisting that it is final sale without previous notice. You know after payment that with a pink receipt there are no refunds. So I got stuck with this shredded white dress that I did not see the damage before. Luckily one kind assoc on the floor alerted me. The cashier Ann and manager were very unhelpful and unfriendly. I left the dress there and left without a refund. Will never shop at off fifth or Saks anymore. Very disappointed customer.

The worst customer service and policies. They use the cheapest delivery courier and when the item was delivered to the wrong address they completed their investigation on the same day. This means that they never did any investigation, they just say case closed and steal your money. They don't even provide any supporting information or a reason because they are fraud. I have been a customer for over 15 years including original Saks, but NEVER again. It's getting worse and worse. I'm closing their credit card and will never shop there again.

Don't shop here. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans. I pair was not included. I called customer service and was frankly told this was not an isolated incident! The company has yet to rectify the problem. I returned the remainder jeans over 2 weeks ago. No response from customer service despite email on their website. I've spent thousands with this company. As I explained to them, a $59 pair of jeans is not going to make or break me, but it's the principle of it, especially when their own reps say items being left out of orders is a prevalent problem. Shop elsewhere!

When i received my order, the bag was torn and an expensive item was missing. As others have mentioned, i spent over an hour on hold, waiting for a customer service rep. When someone eventually answered, all they could say was that an inquiry would be conducted and i'd hear back in 3 to 5 days. Needless to say i heard nothing. So much for Customer Service! Avoid this site!

I ordered a dress online which was on sale for $480 and in a few hours, got a cancellation notification saying my size is not available.
The next day, I check the same dress and it shows availability in all sizes but at a full price of $995. Their customer service over the phone was horrible and very rude. I wrote a negative review on their website and they never published it.

I had an order that I was made to wait 4 days for, paid for expedited shipping only to find my order cancelled without me knowing about it. I tried contacting them via chat and the only response was sorry but $#*! happens. Now my money is on hold by the bank for 10 days and no expedited shipping would get me my dress on time! Never again.

$300+ watch sold, fell apart within 3 months. Due to their strict 30 day return policy, there was no willingness to accept a return or offer ANY sort of resolution. Customer service department is rude, outsourced, and unwilling to escalate call or emails to a manager. Plenty of other retailers out there to shop with who have better core customer values.

As much as I love Saks Off 5th, they are horrible with deliveries. I purchased merchandise online on 6/5/2018 and was promised 2 day delivery. Well today is 6/12/2018 and I still have not received my merchandise. Also the store in Brooklyn does not honor the same sales that they offer in New Jersey or anywhere else. The staff in Brooklyn are very unprofessional. They think working is a big joke. They laugh and joke with each other and ignore the customers. I guess to them the customer is not always right. What has the country come too.

When I tell you I am shocked at how horrible this company is? I cannot get my money. It's been weeks. It's the most disgusting customer service I have ever dealt with. This is supposed to be a credible company. I have a feeling they hired a private firm their customer service and they remind me of the unprofessional debt collectors of the 80s. They sweet talk you and ask you how your day is. It's a joke. Every phonecall starts the same. We cannot refund your money. You have to wait for shipment. Meanwhile tracking hasn't updated in 3 weeks. They use a delivery service called T-Force. I never heard of them. I don't know what to do. But if this keeps up there should be a class action suit. I literally cannot get anyone to be straight with me. I WILL NEVER buy from their site again. EVER! Stay away.

Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses, one as a gift and one for myself. Well, the gift arrived safely and sealed. However, my package was NOT sealed closed and only an empty glass case. I ordered 4 sets of steak knives online but only received 3 sets in the box. I called immediately and was told I would be issued a refund. I even received an email confirming the refund. A few weeks later I did not see the refund on my account so I called back. I was told that they didn't see any record of my conversation even though I have the email confirmation and I was asked to send in pictures and was told that an investigation would be done. Then I received another email that my request was denied. It makes absolutely no sense. What investigation could possibly be done I never had such a disappointing experience with any other company before.

I stopped shopping here after recently being hit with a $500 bill when my online order didn't show up. I had to fight with my cc and them, they wouldn't return emails or calls when I asked for help. I was polite and told them I was worried maybe it was lost in transit. I called back again finally got a manager who said ‘well it shows it was shipped.' They hung up. I then went down the store and no one would help. They had one person working the floor and one at the register. Customers were complaining about the long wait. On top of that I spoke to one lady, who order some Valentino shoes only to have them arrived in a very damaged box (wrong branded box) and the shoes were scratched heavily. She had been waiting in line for quite some time. Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom's or anywhere else.

Tried to order from Saks Off 5th several times. Never doing so again.
Firstly, their shipping rates are horrendous. Secondly, regardless of what you're paying for shipping, your packages do not even arrive.
My first order was never delivered and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company before even hearing from Saks Customer Service.
My second order had a delivery date that was 11 days after the "expected delivery date."
My third order, which was supposed to be shipped via Fedex, was sent to the post office to deliver, so that Saks can save some $ on their shipping costs, and was never delivered. I waited 3 days, each of which had a status update of "attempted deliver," though no one came to deliver anything. After which, they told me I need to pick it up at the post office (because Im paying a shipping fee so that I can go pick up my own order?). Once I got to the post office, they did not even have my package!

What they sell from their online store are items that were perhaps returned or exchanged. Or those ones that are too unsatisfactory to be in their stores but instead brought them to this site to be sold in inexpensive prices. Save your money and invest in quality than quantity. In my experience, most of the items I purchased at Saks Off Fifth are simply poor in quality. And it is better for you to find other sites that sell with quality.

I purchased Steve Madden pool sandal at Gilroy, CA store. Well I received 2 LEFT FOOT sandals.
I called store and they told me they didn't take mail return. Ok now I contacted customer service. They said if you buy item at a store, they have to handle issues. Does that mean I have to drive 2 hours spend my time and gas money listen their favor?

I would religiously go to Saks Off 5th for great Clearance deals and percent-off discounts. They've moved away from this and gone to straight pricing. No more discounts - the price you see is what you pay. As a result, the last three times I have gone in there, I have come out with nothing and I can't see myself going back anytime soon. Black Friday sealed the deal. Signs all over the store stating, "Black Friday Weekend Four Days Only." Yes, Black Friday Weekend is in fact four days, but the pricing in the store was no different than any other Friday. I swear there's merchandise I've seen in there for three years that's priced higher than it used to be - and there it sits. I can't see their new pricing strategy being effective with their longtime loyal customers.

I'm so confused so I call and speak to them and they tell me "sorry, we'll contact the warehouse to see if it was there mistake." and doesn't offer a refund but tells me the jeans are now sold out.

I purchased a pair of boots and after maybe 3 wears they came apart. This company will only take returns up to 30 days even with a clearly defective product. I will never order from Saks Off 5th again... as a brand of Saks they should really be ashamed. How often is it you order an item and wear it right away to determine it is a defective product. They don't stand behind the products they sell. Never had this problem with Nordstrom Rack.
