Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
If there was 0 star possibility - they are 0. The worst customer service (especially Sadik S and his supervisor Peter). Paid money, ordered suede shoes, received fake leather in a destroyed box - quality is like Temu $2.99 shoes. Wanted these shoes before Thanksgiving. The solution from the customer service was to pay for the return, get the refund within 30 days and order new ones. By that time, suede shoes I wanted were not available anymore. Peter (supervisor) was extremely rude.
I don't think customer service could get any worse. Purchased a green handbag in June. They shipped a hot pink one. Called CS to make an exchange- she said she'd check availability and call me but she never called me back. I got a return label and sent it back. Their facility received it on 7/10. They said it takes 14 business days to process a return! I emailed on 7/30 and after 2 days they replied to say the credit is still not processed. Now it will now take 14 business days for them to research the problem - bringing it to the end of August! I posted a complaint on their Facebook page. They removed it but never contacted me to help solve the problem. I filed a dispute with American Express so at least they now credited my account. Purchase from this site at your own risk!

Recently purchased from this company and they ended up sending the wrong item. I attempted to contact the company and hear nothing back via email. I called and they offered no help or solution to the issue THEY created. I would not recommend using this retailer/business unless you enjoy wrong items with no way of correcting the problem. 0/5 stars.

The customer service is none existent and will not help correct their mistake of shipping the incorrect shoe.
They said, "There is nothing we can do, you must return the item and reorder even if the correct product is out of stock because we sent you the wrong one."
They did not even offer to refund the tax or shipping of the incorrect item.

I ordered a coat from off Saks on 10-19-23 the coat was mailed to the wrong address an entire different state. I filed a claim they denied my claim even though it was no fault of mine. I just called my bank and they will retrieve my funds.

I've ordered from Saks off 5th in the past with no problems. I had two separate orders placed on different days. One arrived with no problem. The other was marked delivered by the stupid Lasership company! They either stole my package or delivered to the wrong address. I've contacted both Saks off 5th and shipping company, and nothing has been done. I have security cameras all over my house and have proof no driver delivered any package. I will never order from this company again!

Ordered two items on the same order. One was shipped to my address and the other was shipped to some other address in a totally different state. I called their customer service and now have to wait several days for them to resolve. They wouldn't just ship me the item I paid for at no cost (like Amazon would do). Most likely my first and last order with this organization.

They lie to you. I purchased over $1000 of Christmas products for my wife. It took an hour to open an account to get 10% off.
I specifically asked about return since my wife has a 35 year history of returning my gifts. They said she could return and even gave me a "gift receipt" she could use.
When she tried to return them they refused saying tags had to be on product. Whoever heard of leaving price tags on Christmas gifts.
Dont shop here they are underhanded and liars.

Don't listen to anything they say. They lie about return policy. I specifically asked and the customer service manager and clerk both lied about return policy. Stay away.

I purchased a diamond cross necklace from Saks that arrived with one of the diamonds missing. I called them immediately and sent a photo of the damage upon request, to return the item and receive a new undamaged one. However their resolution was instead for me to purchase an entirely new necklace and to pay more because they would NOT apply the credit card award points that I had used towards this purchase because they take a week to reinstate… Excuse me? Saks sent me a damaged product… This isn't my fault. Why would I be penalized? I had to have 4 separate phone calls about this issue, even with a manager… so many wasted hours of my time, all because Saks sent me a damaged product. I am canceling my Saks fifth avenue card. They do not deserve my business if this is how they treat customers when they are the ones I made a mistake. They literally set themselves up to profit off of sending damaged goods.

I had 2 problems in a row with Saks 5th off. The first was that they lost an item (carrier never received it) and need days of investigation before refunding me. The second one was that I put 2 items in my cart and applied a discount coupon. I confirmed my purchase. When I received a copy of the order by email, only one item was there and with no discount. The detail is that I only purchased this one to reach the discount value. I had no real interest in it. I called immediately to cancel the order, but they said they could do nothing about it as the item had been shipped. Obviously, they lied as this happened on a Saturday evening and I was given no tracking number yet.

Too many things that went wrong. Had to make over a dozen calls from sending out wrong items, to cancelling some items without telling me, to not refunding me for items that were returned. A 4 week ordeal and speaking with these idiots was like talking to a wall and expecting a response. If you do get a supervisor, they were less empathetic to their terrible service I received and their mistakes. They ripped me off on my one refund and still waiting on 3 others and it's been 3 weeks. On p[hone now waiting for a supervisor and have written 4 reviews on them while I waited.

My package was lost by the shipper. I contacted Saks Off Fifth through chat. Two agents disconnected me before resolution. I called a representative who was unable to listen or understand my issue. I finally spoke to a supervisor l, who did resolve my issue but not to my satisfaction. I will never order through them again.

I found the saks site to be very unstable and constantly reporting that goods were sold out when they were not. Ordering to Canada is a real problem - if you use the promotional code you were sent for opening an account the order will be processed and then cancel - the customer service will not advise you that this has happened. Apparently you are supposed to input the order yourself and then call customer service for a credit equivalent to the $30.00 off for a 150.00 order. Watch your bag - the prices reported when you check out will not be the same - much higher than the quoted price. Head scratching - what to do? Wait on hold for 10 minutes or more. Total waste of time. Shop elsewhere when customers are treated better and the website is more efficient.

They had a great sale on a pair of shoes so I bought them, it took about a week just for the payment to process. And then finally a million years later it shipped. I finally get them and they sent a size 6 instead of an 8... ugh. I like that they have 24/7 custom service, which was ok, the guy was kinda $#*!y but I definitely don't plan on buying from them again.

This site basically sucks. They think customers are stupid. The stuff they have on sale is basically non-existence in your size. For instance, they have repeated this 97% sale on Hugo Boss jeans for men. When you visit the site, I doubted to find your size. This is true for too any of their items in all categories. But they have more choices on higher price items. Please give this site a one-star review to tell them they're the stupid one. I would give a zero star if I could.

Sent Damaged Item (with a hole in it). Have been promised GC in mail for trouble and nothing happens. Don't believe a word they say (if you can understand them)... Do not do business with them. Save yourself the headache and goto Nordstrom.

I'm from Canada. I placed an order on SaksOff5th.com. After one month without receiving my order I wanted to check the status. First of all, for some reason there are 2 websites: SaksOff5th.com & Borderfree.com. I was taken to either one randomly for no reason. I signed in to both websites and went to the My Order page. I specified ‘Orders placed in the last 6 months' and both sites told me I had no orders.
After 1 hour (1 hour! 60 minutes! With all other online purchase sites I use for over 15 years it always takes only 1 minute) I had to call customer service to ask why my order was not showing up. She had no ideas why, just kept telling me to do this and do that but nothing worked. After wasted another 15 minutes of my time she just HUNG UP ON ME! Don't buy from SaksOff5th. They are terrible.

Order a 2 pair of Roberto Cavalli shoes for me and my son to take on vacation only to find a pair was defective. I also ordered sandals for my wife that were terrible quality and really cheap those were also sent back. I sent them back and fed ex is taking forever to make the return and they still have my $250. Its been 3 weeks now and when I call they are doing nothing to get me my money back.

Never buy online, buy in store if you can!
They have huge delivery delays even if you pay for express shipment. When you call the customer service everything is a mess, no one is actually able to help you because they have very little/poor internal communication with their distribution centers.
Customer service staff not very amiable to help in general.
Very bad experience with their online shopping, and that happened several times!
So I just decided to stop shopping online with them.

I made a purchase for $227.17. When I check my credit card activity online, I had 2 authorizations for $227.17 and a charge for $227.17. That's 3 times the order amount. I called customer service they told me I had to wait 7-10 business days for the authorizations to be removed. As I was explaining to them that this was unacceptable, I could hear a chicken in the background. I am now 3 business days into my 7-10 business days, today is Saturday and I can not spend $454.34 because of these holds. I will definitely not be purchasing from Saks OFF 5th again. Their customer service is a joke.

Be careful when shopping here. They are thieves.
They have a way of stealing from people. You might order say a black shirt worth $80, they will send you a shirt worth $10 as long as it is a shirt and its black. They know many people don't really have time to go and return stuffs. Even when you try their distribution center doesn't even look at the item and they will send it back to you refusing to refund your money. Call customers service they tell they don't have direct contact with the distribution center. All they can do is write a note. They will do this to you until u become frustrated. Ask for cooperate number, they give a number that nobody ever picks up. They did this to me and they will do it to you. Be careful they are thieves.

Check your orders very well when you receive them cos they will send you something you did not order. Hopefully you don't get frustrated trying to return and you return.successfully

I bough ring Effy with diamonds but they sent me instead some ring with BH engraved on it with effy tag attached and in effy box. I was trying to refund it for almost 3 month after calling them and explaining what happens. All 3 month I was calling them back again and again and every manager in customer services promised me to resolve this. Eventually they said they haven't received my box, however fed ex showed delivered. I ended up getting my refund-one manager proceed refund but would never ever EVER purchase from them. Scam!

I called customer service today because I was having trouble getting my $20 off promotion that they sent to my email. Long story short they hung up on me the first time, I called back the second time and they put me on hold and never returned to the phone. After this experience and also after reading some of the other complaints, I won't be making any purchases from them ever!

Bought some boots for my wife for Christmas. She didn't like them and I returned them well within the return period, using my own UPS shipping. They received them on January 5th. After many calls, chats, and emails promising to credit within 5 days, I got a credit over 30 days after they got the boots back minus a $9.50 fee for a pre-paid shipping label that I didn't even use. I would give zero stars if possible. I will never shop with them regardless of the price due to the horrible service.
