Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
If there was 0 star possibility - they are 0. The worst customer service (especially Sadik S and his supervisor Peter). Paid money, ordered suede shoes, received fake leather in a destroyed box - quality is like Temu $2.99 shoes. Wanted these shoes before Thanksgiving. The solution from the customer service was to pay for the return, get the refund within 30 days and order new ones. By that time, suede shoes I wanted were not available anymore. Peter (supervisor) was extremely rude.
I bought Cinzia Rocca jacket for $380.00. I have had them in the past and they are beautiful. I didn't realize that Saks off Fifth was the discount store, and I thought I was getting a great deal.The cheaper jacket does not have the wonderful feel or fit of the higher price coat. I tried the coat on and it fits differently and was too tight. I returned it right away and to my surprise, they sent the coat back to me saying it was too dirty to return. I NEVER wore the coat. I called customer service and they said they would have FE pick it up. We did this three times, including getting a supervisor and have her lie to us as well since no one ever came to pick up the damn coat.
I am writing this to warn everyone not to shop there or be prepared to lose your money.

<Saksoff5th>: I had placed order # ******* (10 items) and got their confirmation on December 14,2018.
However, I only received 1 item on December 23, 2018.The rest 9 items were supposed to arrive on December 28,2018 (as their notice emailed) but I have NOT received the 9 items until NOW (Jan 10,2019). No email notice, no refund. Emailing them several times but no feedback. If you know how to contact them, please advise...

Such a $#*!ty website... if you want to waste your money go for it... if not stay far away from this website... I ordered a red pump... first day I wore... heel broke. Called customer care... they asked me to return it... returned... it came right back... again called them 4 times... every time they said 'with in 24 to 48 hours they will call or send me email' but every time there is nothing so 5th time they finally said they cannot take back their piece of $#*!... so what will I do with this new broken piece! Their cc is just full of liars... all thieves... I wish I read some reviews before buying... do not make the same mistake as I did... I am telling everyone not to buy from this website they are nothing but liars... I love Sorel boots so I decided to order a pair from here while living abroad (UK). It came with a manufacturing defect (leather scrunched together on right foot in which that shoe was so tight and could hardly go on). As I had to pay a lot to ship it here (about 30$), they said if I wanted another pair in the same size that I could get free shipping back but I would have to pay again for the next order (60$ Shipping) and they couldn't refund the shipping costs there regardless. It cost me a lot for them to send me shoes with a defect. It was unfortunate.

Recently purchased about 10 different items totaling close to a $1000.00. They shipped somebody's order to me. I brought it to their attention and I was told they will pick up the wrong items and refund my money in 15 business days. I told them the items were gifts to people for the holidays and I needed the items not a refund, but they basically told me that's all they can do. Their customer service group is based in South Africa and it seems they have not been empowered to address and resolve customers' issues. Very frustrating dealing with them.
Tip for consumers:
Normally one can return items they bought at the store if they don't like it, but items I received was ordered by someone else so if I return it to a nearby shop, the credit goes back to the person that ordered it not me.

Saw their ad on Instagram for deeply discounted shoes. Should have known it was too good to be true. They sent emails with tracking information, etc which said that the shows were "delivered at/in maillbox," however the package never arrived. Tried to contact them, to no avail.the company is in Hong Kong. Email response was automated to say "item was delivered, check with your neighbors." Started a dispute with American Express who thankfully credited my account during the investigation. Stay away from this site. It is definitely a scam.

Purchase a suit. It arrived (after a delay) with no pants and with a security tag affixed to the jacket. It doesn't get much worse than this. One is better off buying from unrated buyers on ebay. They would spend at least 10 seconds checking an order before shipping something like this which Saks apparently won't do.

Shopping at Off 5th for over 6 years. Great suits made from Ermenegildo Zegna cloth. Good deals but need to be patient. Returns no problems at the store but did lose 9.95$ a couple of times on returning since you cannot combine a return. Overall good online experience.

Very similar story with many of the reviewers. I was never payed back after returning a pair 550$ Jimmy Choo. I insisted, called them 30 times in 3 months and all they gave me was lies. If you want to play Russian Roulette with them, just give it a try. It won't take long...:-(((

I've placed 2 orders with Saks off 5th. The first one was okay. The 2nd order was placed in Oct 2017. The pants of a suit were missing from the 2nd order and I've been following up with their customer service for 3 months. Every time I'm told the same story that they are still investigating. Not sure why it takes so long to investigate as this is not exactly a serial murder. Suffice to say I'll never order from them again. Can't wait for Amazon to get into the high end clothing business and destroy them.

Unless you want to load your money out at 0% interest and wait at least a month to get paid back either don't order a thing from them online or make sure for certain that whatever it is you are buying will NOT need to be returned. These people have sent me the wrong items/sizes several times and made me wait over a month to get my money back. It's insane how incompetent and careless these big corps can be with their customers. They simply give 0 fcks. Bottom line. I'm not even sure how what they do is legal considering they're basically taking your money and making wait so long to get it back after their own mistakes. I'll NEVER purchase from their online shop again.

I spent two hours ordering my valentino studded bag in black i did all the right things gave my visa card info offered my security code which was refused... did not receive my coveted bag for ten days when i called they said oh it was cancelled because i did not give them my security number... also never received confirmation on the original order... now the bag is sold out after another two hours of discussing my problem agreed to buy the bag in another color and then HE HUNG UP... well professional is not key with saks off fifth... do not shop here it will only aggrevate the heck out of you.

I was visiting from Europe and was looking for a dress for my bro's wedding. The customer service are horrible. They were following us while we were looking around, talked about us etc. When I was asking about "Whats the issue"? They did not even say anything. And then still followed us. lol. I gave them a good excercise dont worry :)) )

Item not packaged for transport so of course was shattered upon arrival. According to the automated information, I will be charged $9,95 for a replacement or refund. If the product had been properly packaged, there would be no reason for a return. I have now paid for a totally useless product, have to go through the inconvenience of packaging the item, going to the post office, paying postage, and can not even speak to anyone in the United States. Saks is certainly not what it used to be!

Intro: Charged for shipping although shipping was Supposed to be free.
Call the customer service, was hung up on first time after 20 minutes, 2nd call Erin (she introduced herself) ID ******* was unhelpful and not understanding (although multiple times their catchphrase "I do apologize, and I understand"). Rep told me they can't remove the shipping charge and can't provide any incentive. Upon requesting a supervisor was told a 10% off my next order, meaning I have to spend another 100$ with them... Kept on requesting a supervisor for 20 minutes only to be told "All are busy, how about 20%".

I returned an item for $400 on 2/16/17. Fed Ex confirms that it was received by Saks on 3/2/17. I still have not received a refund. I have called numerous times and been placed on endless hold. Speaking to a supervisor does not help. I have returned 2 other items to other vendors on or after 2/16. These items were refunded promptly. I will not order from Saks Off 5th again!

I bought a fur vest on sale. It took them forever to ship it, but they charged my card right away. When received it was knitted (it wasn't in the description) and it had a bald patch. Had to returned it. I have submitted a review for this product on their website, but you can't see any reviews for any products at all there.
They have received my return on April 30 ( I have a tracking number). Yesterday May 21 I called them to find out about my return status (I still haven't received my money back). Guy on the phone said it will take 7-10 business days to investigate it. So it's been 3 weeks plus another 2 weeks maybe more. And we are talking about $400. Worst experience ever!

Have contacted them multiple times during the course of 5months regards to items I never received but were charged. Each time I call they tell me the same thing-apologize, promise me they will look into it and get back to me and never do. Some reps offer me a gift card for the inconvenience but never follow through with actually sending it to me or some just hang up on you. It is truly unbelievable how a company retains in business like this. I am also guilty of giving them a lot of my business but not anymore. STAY AWAY!

I see quite a few people on sitejabber getting ripped off buying fake prada bags, fake uggs, discounted fake perfumes and I just had to point out my favorite site for fashion shopping. If you sign up for Off 5th email newsletters they give you 30-50% off coupons to be used about once every 2-3 months. I usually wait until I receive these coupons and then go nuts shopping. With the savings you already get from Off 5th combined with these coupons you can usually find "something" you are looking for that is from a real designer and not FAKE as very good prices. Keep shopping and be safe out there!

Placed an order. Received different color. Called and what I ordered was sold out. So you just ship something else to me without contacting me first?! Then they send me a return label and an email stating I will receive a refund, minus the shipping. Excuse me?! Now I must wait approximately 2 weeks for my refund. Very unprofessional rude customer service. They are basically dishonest thieves who bait & switch.

The quality of their merchandise and customer service has become awful. I received a jacket with a hole in the sleeve by the shoulder. 2 times customer service agreed to take it back, once they actually did and sent it back to me. They accused me of wearing it and reattaching the labels, even though there were three factory sewn labels still on the outside of the sleeve. I spent thousands there and now I won't spend another dollar online or in any of their stores. Most ridiculous thing I ever experienced. They're farming all the calls outside the country to people who are reading from a prepared script so basically zero customer service. Be aware this was only one of 3 fiascos from them this past holiday season

I bought a white upper leather wedge shoes from Saks. I live in Canada and bought on-line. I must of wore my shoes less than 10 times for the summer due to COVID. I put on my shoes today to find it came apart (the upper to the sole. How does a shoe come apart like this? This is not a cheap brand? I called the store to get a script that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Really?!?
