Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.
This is by far the worst experience I've had while online shopping. This place is a clown house from top to bottom. They lost my first order, then refused to refund me until an almost month-long investigation. I paid again for a new order only to receive a used, dirty item that wasn't even the right model of what I ordered. Their solution is to pile another investigation and for me to order again for the 3rd time! That's a scam! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I shopped at Saks Off Fifth in the past and it was ok, but my last experience is terrible. Turns out they don't have control over the items they sell (which might be a new thing) - they are a marketplace platform just like Amazon where separate sellers sell their products.
I emailed and called 4 times and they are not able to help me. All they say is that they can email the seller and ask a question. What? If I wanted to shop from some unknown questionable source I wouldn't come to Saksoff5th. Basically, they are unable to cancel my order and return my money and they are also unable to provide me with any details or new ETAs for the items to ship or to be delivered.
This is the last time I shopped here.
Similar to my recent review of Bluefly and Belle & Clive, I received a knock-off Furla bag from Saks Off 5th. Poor quality leather, cheap lining, bad stitching and "Made In China" tags in the bag; for $200 and a name like Saks, I expected better. I was invited to write a review for the bag on their website, which I did, but it hasn't been posted. Their return process seems easy; there was a return label included in the package, and I'm fairly confident that the return will be processed with no issues. However, I am most displeased that Saks is selling cheap knock-offs of name brand items and passing them off as designer goods. I'm not interested in the name and having something that looks like a good Italian bag; I look at name brands for the quality they should provide. If I want cheap, questionable leather bags made in China, I can get them for $35 at TJ Maxx.

Never ever shop at Saks Off Fifth. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Dec 1 and did receive an email from TForce, the delivery service, that the package was delivered. It was not. Checked with the doorman all the rest of the day and the package never arrived. For the next month I was calling customer service to no avail. They insisted the package was delivered even though the picture was not my lobby and not my building. Obviously it was delivered to another building by mistake and will not accept responsibility or accountability. TForce is incompetent and inefficient service. I will never use saks off fifth again. Ever.
I ordered a few things from clearance and expected that 25% would be taken off at the checkout as the website clearly stated at the top of the website. The system did not accept the discount code HOHOHO stating the items do not qualify. When I called Customer Care and after i spent 45 minutes on hold, I expressed my frustration with the fact that the website is deceiving customers by announcing a 25% discount off the clearance and then not acknowledging it at the checkout. When I asked the agent on the phone to deliver the message to a supervisor and asked that someone would get back to me with the answers, the guy said that he would be lying to me if he promised that someone would actually get back to me. He repeated that no one would get back to me. Absolutely non acceptable.
I placed the order through https://www.saksoff5th.com website. The amount was $133.36. The order was for KARL LAGERFELD PARIS Snakeskin Embossed Leather Slip On Sneakers. I had received two left shoes instead of the right and left pair. Moreover, both of these left shoes were in a defective condition. The defects include broken zippers. The sneakers came in a plastic bag, without original shoe box. I returned these snickers and what was especially frustrating and even offensive that instead of getting a refund, I got a letter stating that the item was not in salable condition.

My order was delivered to the wrong city &address on 11/16 I live in Fairburn but item delivered in Newnan. I've called Saks of 5th several times trying to get a refund or help in locating my package. On 11/16 they said they had to do an investigation that would take 15 business days even though they could clearly see that their carrier(fedex) misdelivered the package. I was offered a partial refund but I declined. On 12/1 I was told that I would get a refund on 12/4(the 15thbusinessday) but today I got an email stating that they have decided not to approve my refund so I have no refund and no products? I called again and after several questions including if I used a credit card to make the purchase and a 30 minute hold I was told they reconsidered and my refund will be issued in 15 business days. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and will never shop with them again

I placed 2 orders 1 day apart, first order arrives and misses one item of 9, I file a complaint and within 24 hrs the claim gets denied because in the past I've returned too many online orders. (kept a lot too, but didn't matter) So when the second box arrives, I videotape myself opening the box, from the 4 items, only 2 were there. I file a complaint, send customer service the video and to my surprise they denied the claim. According to them, they contacted the warehouse and say they picked packed and shipped all items, so no refund.

They sent me the WRONG SIZE dress. I ordered a size 0 and was sent a size 10! ZERO to TEN.
When I called the customer service, the process was long-winded (I had to send a picture of the product, etc - what for? They need proof that they screwed up badly) and they explained that they use FedEx to pick up the product. It was such a waste of time. Or if I won't be home for FedEx pick-up (which I obviously would not be), I can pay for return postal myself and get returned later (after I provided all the documentation to show what I spent on postal).
Thankfully, I registered with ShopRunner and I didn't need to do anything with Shoprunner - I just needed to print my return label online. Should have just done that from the start without reporting their mistake. Stay away!
I placed an order, didnt receive it for 10 days due to an error in the system. I placed the order again and was promised next day shipping. I went online to check the status of the order and saw that the item wouldn't arrive for another 5 days, due to it having to come from a department store. Not sure why they lied to me about the next day shipping.
I bought a belt and tracking info said it was deliver by USPS and they left it in the garage, I never got it, this is a business with no garage. I purchased another belt because I really wanted it and i got it. When contacting Saks off for the first belt that I never got they said that USPS said it was deliver and that they can't honor the claim, I followed up with an email and two more calls to saks off, but couldn't resolve anything. I don't think is faire that I had to paid for the first belt that I never got with no refund. I definitely wont buy from saks off again. Horrible the way they do business.
No doubts, that there is a very little amount of people in ouw rodl who can afford themselves to wear branded clothes, because it seems to be very expensive. Of course I tell about famous brands like dior, chanel and other similar clothes from french fashion house. Nevertheless, I have decided to acquire some branded clothes in order to have something branded in my outfit and wardrobe. I applied to this company and I spent enough time to acquint with the assortment. Anyway, I managed this task and ordered some clothes which were delivered pretty fast. Guess taht I will apply here once again.

I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers on November 14,2017. It's now 12/29/17 and I still do not have the Uggs! I plan ahead and order early so that this never happens to me and what does Saks do? My attempts at emailing them were futile. It took the company forever to reply to just one email in which they were extremely cocky and not helpful in the least bit. My item has been sitting in Nashville TN since 11/16/17 according to tracking. Customer service via Saks was rude and not willing in any way to compensate me or even RETURN MY OWN MONEY that they've had since 11/14/17, yet I still have not received the product that I paid for. Stay away from Saks. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm sticking with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Impeccable service, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm also reporting Saks to the BBB. Beware.
So I order a $1000+ package and gets stolen. I file 2 claims with them that end up being denied. They refuse to refund me or send me a replacement. They rely on a FedEx delivery picture that doesn't even have an apartment number on! I call them so they file a claim with FedEx so I can at least be refunded, but NOTHING! Be ware I purchased a diaper bag from this store only to find out that it was misrepresented and was a preowned bag after I paid for it. I tried calling to cancel 2 minutes after I purchased it at 1:39am only to find out they were closed. I sent an email at 1:39am to cancel and reached out at 7am to speak to a customer representative after holding for 30 minutes I was told to give them 24 to 72 hours to cancel. This was 4 days ago I am still waiting on my refund. I called yesterday to follow up the representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I until 15 minutes after. My item hasn't been shipped and my credit was charged, I still don't understand what is going on. It seems like a scam!

Placed an order of $300 CAD egiftcard, before I placed the order, I asked to representative via online chat (name Keisha)
She confirmed I will received a $50 CAD egiftcard and was advised that I can place the order on phone as well.
Right after I purchased, I found out I was NOT able to use the gift card online for Canadian order. And was NOT able to use via phone order as well.
One customer representative on phone even told me, no refund, you can use it when you fly to Toronto/Calgary... (where there's a Saks store)
What a joke...
AND, I was told I am NOT qualified for the $50 CAD bonus gift card as well. Because it's not in USD.

Do not order from Saks if you are overseas, spent nearly gbp500 on a chocolate diamond, eventually arrived after the birthday but it was nothing like the website, tiny poor quality diamond and not chocolate, looked used and dirty. Returned item and after several months and many chases, received purchase price, I had been chasing them for UK Custom duty as they returned item to USA from UK but finally after many chases and 6 months, they stated cannot help, its up to you!
I thought US customer service was good, but not in this case!
I am a fan of Saks Off Fifth but they have lost my packages, sent the wrong things, and taken forever for refunds but my complaint is their website. The prices change minute to minute, and I have been trying to submit an order for a week to no avail. The prices keep reverting to FULL RETAIL and I have to refresh to get the real prices, and then it won't accept a current code. It's so frustrating and unprofessional.
Tried to purchase a shirt. Shirt had more than one price and the clerk rang up the higher price. Assistant manager did not attempt to take any responsibility for the error - even suggested the price had been tampered with. Next time you're in the store, check how many items have more than one price and be prepared to pay thei highest price and be treated badly. Hi do I had a terrible experience with saksofffifth.com. Ordered earrings on Nov 26 for Christmas present for daughter never received. Called 4x go the runnaround then on Dec 28th they reorddered had to fight to get the same sale price. They said I would get the the earring in 2 weeks not the status just changed to 30 days Jan 30th calling back now, Thisis insane
