Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.
I purchased some Valentino shoes for almost $500, they are still being sold at the regular saks for almost double so it seemed like a great deal. I bought the shoe for a special event so i did not fully examine them until only roughly 2 weeks after the 30 day return policy. I took pictures, screenshots and sent them all in to the email they provided, hoping an exception can be made. On top of this, I went back to look at the posting and you can actually see the damage in the pictured item! It's just not very visible until you put your hand or sock in, then you see the HUGE hole. This means theyre knowingly selling this. I waited for almost a week to hear back from the "return department" and they finally respond saying no refund will be offered but we can give you 15% off a different item. Horrible. They knowingly sell damaged and used merchandise! I think it's all factory rejects personally, and according to statistics, only 12% is actually merchandise from the real Saks. I've disputed this thievery. They do have real items but chances are it's damaged or not suitable to be sold in the real saks.
I recently purchased a handbag online with Saks. Within 3 days a large hole appeared on the side of the bag. It was clear this was a defect. I carried a purse for exactly 3 days before the hole appeared. I spoke with a customer service representative who sent me a return authorization. After three weeks with no communication and no credit, along with three unanswered emails through their website I was finally informed that since I used the purse I would not receive a replacement or refund. It was very obvious that the stitching missed the leather on the portion of the seam of the purse. I explained this in detail and sent photos when the bag was returned to me. It took another two weeks and two more emails to receive a response. The responses were rude, dismissive, and not up to par of a high-end store. Ive been shopping at Neiman Marcus and Last Call for years and thought I would give Saks a try. Needless to say Ive close my account with Saks and will only be giving my business to Neiman Marcus and Last Call. Their customer service, merchandise quality and overall experience is far and above that of Saks Fifth Avenue. Buyer beware.

I orders from the site saksoff5th.com over $500 of 3 mens jeans. Fedex tracking shows deliver today. But the items never came it was transferred to USPS.
Saks and Saks Off 5th have thr WORST possible customer service. I returned an item and after more than a month of getting the run-around by countless cs agents, telling me that a review of warehouse video would be done, there was never any such thing. They obviously lost or stole the item and iinsist I never sent it back. Ny other store woukd have refunded my money. I spent close to $1000 in the past six months at that store and now they're stealing over $300 from me. I had another incident with saks before, in which I returned a pair of boots, well within the return period and the manager just refused to take them back. I had to go theough bbb for a refund. In thenpresent case, bbb can do nothing because they continue to lie about not having the item! I will MEVER shop at Saks or Off 5th again!

SHOCKING! I ordered a size 46 'Brunello Cucinelli' navy wool blazer on sale for $999.99 ($1100 with tax), online, here in Chicago. What I received was a 'Robert Graham' blue blazer in a size 48, with Off Saks and Brunello Cucinelli sales tags on it. After numerous calls and a return to them, the item was sent back to me. It's been two months and they claim they never sold me the item. Pure insanity! Doesn't seem like anyone over there is going to take any responsibility. WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?! There is clearly some kind of a scam running at their shipping facility. I also received a size 40 jacket from them the same week, when I ordered a size 46. DO NOT RISK ORDERING EXPENSIVE ITEMS ONLINE FROM THESE CLOWNS!

Roberto Cavalli slided very disappointed in my purchase with saks 5th off my shoes looks so cheap, i thought this store get stuff from saks to make room for there new items. I will never order again.
I urge anyone reading this review to reconsider shopping at Saks Off Fifth. I purchased a Ferragamo hand bag in October of last year and hardly even wore it because I live in California and most everything was shut down till recently. I just so happen to be wearing it recently as I was shopping at Ferragamo in the city and the sales clerk asked me where I got my bag? I told her I got at Saks off fifth, she asked if she could look at closer and I of course didn't mind this only to be told that the bag was not authentic. I was in complete shock and to mention embarrassed having paid over $1000 for it. I contacted off 5th and they told me to send it back and even emailed me a shipping label, only to find out that this is a scam they pull bcs it has been over 3 weeks and still no refund!
I contacted their customer service only to be told that they are shipping the bag back to me bcs it has no tags. They don't care that they sold me a fake bag. But I'm not completely done with them as I am going to expose them for their fake products and the fraudulent ways they are deceiving the consumer.

I ordered a winter jacket made by Kenneth Cole and the zipper broke after only 5-6 of wearing and couldn't return or get store credit. I shopped here for quality but was I wrong. Never again.

I bought an evening purse (hoping it was the last one I would ever have to buy). It was half the price it was at other sites and so I thought "why not?". Here's why - It came with a defective clasp. I didn't find that out until I tried to use it at a black tie wedding 15 hours from my home. I used it anyhow and kept shutting it. I received many complements and many prompts to close my purse. The last time I closed it the chain also broke. I called Sax of 5th and they would not let me return it - "The distributor won't take it back", "we can't resell it"... They offered me 25.00 for a 32.00 purchase (credit towards another purchase). I said I wanted the full purchase amount or another bag (who knows what happened to the initial offer of another bag). "We don't take back used merchandise" - was another excuse. Finally I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they would send me a return label just for this one time exception but the distributor would determine if I got my money back. The return voucher charged 9.95 to the return with me getting a refund of 14.99. I called again and they supposedly will not charge for the return. Each time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes. Next time - Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom Rack - even if I have to pay full price.
Saks of 5th don't care about your package, they don't care how much you spend buying the goods they give your package to fraudulent company like CDL who are known for leaving people package outside lobby so the delivery guy can steal it or people can steal it. It's a SHAME that Saks off 5th use company like CDL.
I made sure I ordered in early for Christmas and I'm a official member but they never sent my package and don't want to refund me I will never shop back here because they lied telling me they shipped and the shipping company never received it they spoiled my kid's Christmas
Charged my credit card twice and ignoring me now sent many massages asking them the reason and to return the money but no response at all real scammer and I haven't seen the products at all.
Items shows available, they take your money then you get an email 2 weeks later saying it's not available. Last 5 times same thing happened to me.
Then it takes another week to have your money back
I bought a Valentino bag in June with 3 months the bag chain strap turned colour and started knotting. I take it back the store manager said they are unable to resell the bag, I said you sold me a defective product and you won't replace to fix the item she then supposedly went to her GM Mr. Guzman who upheld her decision. I was told to go to Valentino. I wrote to Saks and was told sorry for your troubles here's 15% off your next purchase. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT PURCHASE.
I ordered twice from Saksoff5th.com, and here is my experience:
1. They delivered damaged, defect products, the so-called up to 80% off items;
2. When I returned them using the return labels they provided, the information was not correct in the FedEx system, so the package was going nowhere, I had to call FedEx numerous times to provide the shipping address for Saks Returns to eventually ship the package to them, lots of frustrations;
3. After they received the package, it took them 11 days to issue a refund;
4. Even though I called at the time of return and told them the product is damaged and they promised me a free return, still I was charged 9.50$ for the shipping fee for the return;
5. When some Items in the same order was cancelled, but they never told me through email or online status update, I kept waiting until I called them and ask them. The service is so lousy and system is so poor that it makes customers feel they are dealing with a third world country store.
DO NOT go to Saksoff5th.com, you will experience the same thing!
Please do not shop with this pos company I was under the impression I was buying from a legitimate Saks ave store the products are total garbage this Chinesse company should be completely out of business quality is garbage not even real material total thieves you can't even return the items frustrated and angry make you believe you're buying good quality expensive and it's garbage POS

I order a pair of valentino sneakers they send me a totally Different shoes not even my size or my style, I called customer services they told me I have to return the item and after they received they will place another other for my sneakers, that's crazy is not my fault that the item shipped was wrong I should get my sneakers that I paid now I have to wait god knows for how many day but the time The order is placed again this shoes will be out of stock I'm very disappointed
Purchased a mother/daughter Alor gold bracelets ($200 a piece) for Christmas gifts from your online services on 12/15/2019. On 12/21/2019 package was delivered with only one bracelet. I called your customer service number immediately and was transferred to your call center. I reported the issue and was told I would have to wait 10-14 business day to get a refund. I was told they didn't have any more of that type of bracelet in stock. I checked actual stores and they didn't have any identical bracelet either. I eventually went back online to Saks Fifth and purchased two different ones at a higher price. I was more mad that they had made a mistake right before Christmas, then worrying about the refund of the non delivered one. After Christmas having received no emails or calls to ask me about the missing bracelet I kept calling to find out the status of what was going on with their "investigation" with no real answer. Today I received a call from the call center telling me they checked with fed ex and with their distribution center and their investigation concluded it was shipped and they were denying me a refund. They never called me or asked to send a picture of the shipping envelope with clearly shows the indentation of only one box. So people in your warehouse are above mistakes or theft? This has to be the worst experience of online purchase.
As I purchased using #paypal and I have made a claim. I spent over $1100 with Saks this year and usually spend about 500-700 a year for the last few years. Never will I shop with you again.
I will never buy anything from them. I got my boots with 12 days delay and when i received it the left security bag and the box was torn also the boots were worn with scratches all over them.
Purchase two fur pieces and a discounted price. They cancel it because of a glitch in there system. Did not call send email they refuse to honor the price I purchase online.
Purchased 2 items. 1 was received correctly the other was shipped in the wrong color. Contacted Saks off 5th customer service. They did give me a RA to send the incorrect back but would not ship the correct one at no charge for shipping. I was fine with paying for the the additional items until I received credit, just did not want to pay shipping again. In order to expedite, I took the hit and ordered again and paid shipping to have on time. Shipped wrong color again. Contact customer service... again. Ask to have RA and shipping credited. Shipping credit denied... WTF? They ship the wrong item twice and I am denied shipping credit. Fast forward, it is 12/21/2021 and I returned these items end of November early December. Still have not received credit on either return and I am hoping they do not charge me back for the shipping since it was their fault. Called them yesterday... agent sent an email to return facility. Wow... great job Saks off 5th. Will never do business with them again... ever.

I have made a few sizable purchases from Saks Off 5th (SO5) over the last 3 months. I have to say they have been the worst online experience I have EVER had and I purchase online very frequently. Not only is the site terrible and buggy and most things you add to your basket are actually not available when you go to checkout (lost 10 out of 16 items basket) and could not use my account to check out. Had to spend 2 hours on phone with SO5 support and only solution was to check out as "Guest". I gave SO5 benefit of doubt again and placed an order Jan 19. I NEVER received an invoice or confirmation of the order nor a single communication in regards to shipping/tracking. I have had my credit card charged and after 3 weeks received 5 of 17 items purchased! Terrible! I had to call and request a copy of the original order confirmation and an update on shipping status/tracking and again NOTHING! After calling I have sent two follow up emails... again no response. SO5 is supposed to be a premier retailer... receiving confirmation of your order and shipping status is table steaks for being an online retailer... SO5 cannot even do this well! This is by far the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with online
