Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.
I recently purchased a cross and received an empty box. After calling to notify them several times, they advised me that there is nothing that can be done. They just charged for it and I only received a empty box. I am completety disappointed. They are bunch of scammers. Customers service is terrible. Out of all things to not receive, a cross. Shame on Saks Off 5th. They are not doing anything about it.
I ordered two dresses online, received only one. I called customer service, they promised to investigate and send a follow up email. Nothing was sent. I called the second time, they sent an email: «We called the distribution center and they said that they had sent two dresses. The investigation is over. Have a great weekend!» That's it! They also refused to return money for a dress I did not receive. The Saks Off 5th online store is completely indifferent to its customers, taking money for unsent goods, and no one even cares to investigate the problem. This is a real fraud! I disputed the charge with my bank. I will never make a purchase again from this store! Be careful!
I bought a pair of jeans online from Saks off fifth. When I was on the website it suggested a size to buy based on past purchases, so I bought the size suggested. When I received the package the jeans were way too small. Now this was a "final sale" but I feel, that I should be given some latitude for a return given that they suggested a size.
I sent them back for a return along with a note saying that their customer service people said that they would give me a refund and put a note in the system saying so. Two weeks later I receive a box again in the mail. They spent money on FedEx to send it back to me again and was told that I will not be getting my money back.
In today's "Amazon age" this type of online behavior will mean nothing but failure for them.
I bought some boots and recieved a pair that were clearly used, the had a dirty sole and scratch marks on them.
This was my first purchase through this company and most likely my last. I shop online quite a bit and I have never had this happen with any other vendor.
Will be returning these asap.
Great site for information and coupons. I go to off fifth on the regular in two NJ locations, and it is the best spot for discounted real authentic designer items. The off fifth in vegas saved my life during a freak cold spell. There is no shopping from the site but the information is worth the visit.
Anyone else with issues with the delivery service CDL that this company uses. They claimed the package was delivered. There's no evidence that they did not on my camera or any proof of delivery from the company. But still, Sak will not refund or a resend item. Not fear. Never again from this company.
I ordered a down coat on 1/19 and received it on 1/25. However, the belt was missing. I called customer service but kept me waiting and waiting. I sent them email telling them I wanted to return it for a refund due to that fact that I got a defective coat, and I don't agree that I'm responsible for return shipping cost as it's not my mistake. They replied my email after a couple of days with copy and paste from what I can read in return policy. Nothing I can do but just packed the coat and dropped it off at FedEx. I'm so regret dropping it off at FedEx now cos after 2 days the tracking still shows "not found". I just have 14 days to go before it passes the 30 days return window. Finally I was told the return shipping can take 10-14 BUSINESS days, which is 20 days. But the return policy doesn't show the return shipping time can take up to 20 days. The 30 days return window is so unfair to customers. This is an excuse for them not to accept the return. Beware!
I can attest that Saks Off5th is legitimate. My orders were received during the holiday rush in a timely fashion and my merchandise was packed neatly and all my items were fabulous. I even ordered a high-end handbag and its ahh-mazing and authentic.

I purchased a pair of white jeans that arrived dirty (makeup marks on thighs and black mark on shin area). They were likely shipped from a store since they looked like they had been tried on numerous times. I returned them via mail the next day (tags attached, of course), specifying "unsatisfied with quality" as the reason. I called 2.5 weeks after receiving no refund or e-mail notification for the jeans and they said they never received them, even though the tracking number proved otherwise and told me that they were "opening an investigation". A couple of days later, I received them in the mail with a note that they are not in salable condition. This is the worst, most ridiculous, nonsensical experience I have ever had with a company. I filed a claim to dispute with my bank for the first time in my life and thankfully it was approved. I still have not heard back from Off 5th and I know I never will. I will never support Saks or Off 5th again.
Dishonest bill your credit card for items they never originally had in stock and then they put holds on your credit card and refuse to remove them. Cannot speak to anyone that speaks coherent English when you ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on you! I will be cancelling my card!
Ordered a bathing suit. It arrived without protective panty shield. I returned with tags in exact condition. Saks Off Fifth refused the return. This started the nightmare of dealing with their customer service. Promise that someone would contact me. No one did. Put on hold for15 minutes multiple times when following up. Overseas Customer Service reps appear to be untrained. Will now try to get hold of a Supervisor. Wish me luck. And note to self... I will never purchase anything from them again.
I went through the refund process and NO REFUND! Sent 14 emails to customer support - not one reply ever! Then telephone 3 times to the USA from Australia made me wait 35 minutes so then lodged a dispute through Paypal have written tonight if the PayPay dispute is not dropped it will take 180 days to get my money back! What a dreadful dishonest company with the shocking staff! One text on Facebook messenger said - hope you are well now - that was helpful!

Placed an order in the morning with next day shipping. Received a call from their "security dept" at night. Tried calling back and no answer... get a voicemail? Tried calling 24hr customer service and have been on hold for 30+min.
Online order fullfillment feels stuck in the 90's. Terrible system. Should be able to place a less than $100 order without all these hoops to jump through... calls backs, phone confirmations, etc.
I bought a few items totaling $105 dollars. I received an email indicating the item had been delivered. The item was not delivered and certainly not stolen (i work from home and live in a safe suburb). Called customer service and they were incredibly unhelpful. I not only did not receive the items but saks refused to refund me. They used a carrier that I have never heard of and tried to tell me that I needed to contact them or the police (as if the item had been delivered but stolen) to figure this out. After many calls and even speaking to management they essentially stole money from me and didn't even try to reach a solution. Don't bother ordering or buying from this company. Go with a company that cares about the customers that support them. I will never purchase something from them again.
Pathetic customer service... the 1866... telephone number is almost never answered. Bought an Elie Tahari blouse, paid rush shipping as I am going to be travelling soon. Item was to be delivered on Dec 7th, 2017... tried calling them yesterday as it had still not arrived. Sent an email asking for a tracking number, anything so I could confirm it had indeed been sent. This morning I see my order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service.
I really think this company needs an overhaul of its management. I first ordered shoes, got a confirmation and after a month I called in when I still hadn't received them. It turned out they cancelled the order because the store couldn't fulfill it and they didn't think to inform me. These shoes were supposed to be for my wedding! I am now having to scramble to find something else. Anyway I decided to give them another shot and bought super high-end lingerie for over 600 dollars and guess what, it came with tags but also with a huge black stain. How can a company operate like this? Whatever, I won't be fooled a third time.
If I could give it no stars I would. Not only was my first order cancelled but I did not receive any notice! When I called they told me it was because my cards billing address wasnt authorized!? Ive had this card for over ten years and the address change was 6 months ago. No other site has told me theyve had problems BUT this one. He reordered the product with fast two day shipping for free. Received an email later on that day saying again my order was cancelled. Checked my bank statement and they charged me twice. Trying NOT to refund me. Your better off just going to the store and not touching their site if youre that desperate.
Saks off fifth has the absolute worst customer service line to call into. The call is routed to the Philippian's and no one really understands English. I have had an issue in that my bag online will not load. After several phone calls totaling over 2 hours of my time the result is not even being able to sign into my account. So I am now worse off than I was. Half of the service people had no idea what I was even talking about. The other half said it will be fixed and never fixed it. How does a brand that stands for quality have such horrible customer service. I spend a good amount of money here and I am going to shop elsewhere. This has been terrible.
After placing an order friday april 9th got q call on the 10th saying i needed to "verify" my information... the guy said i must give him my shipping information along with my card details... nope not happening this place is a scam... seems they let you order then say they must verify your information when in reality they're stealing it... could be a scam site made to look legit
This company will go down for opening up my return and damaging it. Then lying saying that the product was damaged. They will not give me my return refund and I return it the very next day. I have my attorney on it and I do not play. This company will be exposed and taken down if it's the last thing I do. Please do not buy from this place..

I ordered a pair of Valentino sneaker. The sneakers arrived in very poor condition. The shoes were obviously used a the bottom and interior of the shoes were filthy. I contacted customer service and obtained information to return the item. The representative offered me a free return label in which I appreciated as paying to return dirty shoes was the last thing I wanted to do. I can not understand how the shoes could have gotten in the box as they were not just scuffed, they were very nasty and unsanitary. I mean seriously, imagine opening a box of sneakers during a pandemic where cleanliness is basically LIFE. ($288.46 with shipping) and they are suppose to be new. You get the box open and pull one out to see that someone else has obviously worn them... ALOT! It has been 13 days and I have yet to receive a refund. I could not be more disappointed.

The worst experience I have for online shopping! Fist of all, I got my package but missing one items. And I requested to ship another one. They could not do that because they have to give me refund and ask me to pay again to buy another one. It's totally waste my time And money! I promise I would not buy again on this website!
I expect a discount store staff not to be top quality servers. But the managerial level is the worst I have ever experience. What ever happened to 'customer service' and 'diffusing a situation'. My friend and I were treated discourteously by a salesman and when we complained we were met by an aggressive manage who ramped up the situation to where he was going to throw 'me' out of the store. He who raged how I had offended his salesman. Now there are always two sides to a story but in this case the manager was way over the top and out of line with a woman - me - who/is was old enough to be his mother. Friday, May 12 around noon. That's this snarky, aggressive managers beat. Stay away.
I bought a pair of sandals in July and it did not arrive. An email from them said that I had contacted them to initiate a return of my item and I would get a refund minus shipping and handling which would have been a loss of $18.30. I NEVER received the item so how can I return it? I contacted them on numerous occasions and they said I would receive the balance of my refund. Here we are in October and no refund!
I return several items during the return period. I received a refund on everything except 1 item. Saks off 5th refuses to give me the refund for the item that they missed... I provided the tracking number and they received it... but still say that they are not going to return my money! It's over $100... I am going to tell everyone I know! If I could give them a -100, I would!
