Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.
Saks Off 5th's unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially unlawful online selling practices include advertising and selling inventory that is unavailable, failing to issue refunds in a timely manner, shipping incorrect and/or damaged merchandise and not refunding consumers for the shipping expense following the return of the wrong/defective product, and rendering substandard customer service. Unfortunately, the Canadian parent company (Hudson's Bay) is unwilling to assist customers with a Saks Off 5th issue of concern. Thus, consumers can file a complaint against Saks Off 5th with the (US) Federal Trade Commission for deceptive, fraudulent, and other problematic business transactions. In addition, customers should notify their banking institution and initiate a full refund to their credit card.

Horrible customer service. Lost my package 6 days ago, said they would follow up in 5 days with a resolution. Day 5 arrives so I call and said still no answer but I would for sure hear something the next day. Called back at day 6 and Lisa could have cared less I was upset. If you want any promise of customer service DO NOT BUY HERE!
I was promised a partial refund for these hats since I bought three. It has now been 2 months since I was promised my money back and we have reached Saksoff5th 4 separate times and they promised the money back each time and still nothing. Very disappointed and do not know if I will continue shopping here if they make false claims and promises.
I ordered 5 items and 3 were missing from the package. Box was sealed when it arrived. Looks like the warehouse didn't put them in the box. I called customer service which said they needed 15 days to investigate and would e-mail me. They never did. On Day 16, I called again and the customer service agent said my request for a refund was denied because they had proof from the carrier the box was delivered. I never said it wasn't. Problem was part of the order was MISSING from inside of the box. Agent said I would have to give them proof the items were not inside. How ridiculous! How can I prove that something wasn't there! In the end I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
I ordered an item from Saks off 5th and never received it. When I called to tell them I didn't receive my item they stated that an investigation needed to be complete (3-10 business days). Investigation was approved. I was due to receive a refund. I never received it. When I called customer service, they stated that they would escalate the refund process (24-48 hours). Never received the refund. I called multiple times and was given the same response. Still no refund. All I got was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I want my money and not the apologies. I will not be ordering from this store again. Buyers beware.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be Kenneth Cole Gentle souls and when I received them, they were filthy and scratched! They were in a Karl Lagerfield box. I can't believe that this store, or any store would send a pair of shoes that cost over $100 to a customer. The customer service was great and after I sent the a picture, they sent me a return label immediately.
I bought a dress at saks off fifth at their shrewsbury New Jersey store, I tried 2 return it with tags attached but could not find my receipt. I assumed I would at least get a store credit. I was honest in telling salesperson it might of been more then 30 days. She refused. What if dress was a gift? I have never been 2 a store that does this. It wasn't that long ago I bought it, being it's a fall dress. If they gave me store credit I probably would of spent more I'm sure. Now I'm stuck with a dress I will never wear, I will not shop there again. Rather pay full price then deal with that. Buyer beware

My daughter purchased a Valentino purse online a few weeks before a trip. On her 3rd day, the strap on her purse broke. After she returned home, we tried to return the purse. They wouldn't take it back because it was more than 30 days by the time she returned home. They offered me $50 in credit. Paid $199 for a purse that lasted 3 days. Will never ever order form here again. Terrible customer service.
Great customer service from Alexander at saksoff5th Great mall Milpitas. This young man is doing a tremendous customer service. I've been observing him for a while, and every time I go to saksoff 5th avenue, he always helps with that smile on his face, and does his best to make the customer feel comfortable. That's why 5th avenue Milpitas has became my favorite store. He deserves a promotion!
Purchased a pair of shoes and wore them 4 times to my office. The leather on the toe of the shoes started to wear through so I called customer service. I sent the shoes back to Saks with an explanation. They sent the shoes back to me with a form letter which said" I had worn or altered the shoes and therefor they were not in saleable condition.". When I subsequently called customer Service I was told if I would return the shoes to them they would see if they could repair them. So instead of trying to fix them the first time I sent them they sent them back with a stupid non-responsive form letter. I will never shop at Saks again. I really do have choices who will listen and give me fair service, like Nordstrom's.
I purchased a suit and a pair of pants. Between the two of them I paid $300, they both ripped within after wearing them 3 times. The customer service people didnt care and would not give me any compensation whatsoever
I placed an order at the end of May, i spend $200, Saks supposed to send me a coupon,$40, they had an offer, of you would spend $200, you would get a $40 coupon. I never got it, I called, they laid me every time, that I am gonna get the coupon in a mail, email, different stories. I HAD the worst shopping experience, very unprofessional company
It's Wednesday, the store is almost empty. Just me in the checkout line. There are two cashiers in the store, one is out of service, the second is with the customer. I stand and wait for about 15 minutes. Rapidly, someone runs into the store and without even looking around starts a conversation with the cashier. So I go over and tell this rude person that there is a line to the checkout behind her back. The cashier is slightly offended, but he pretends to be polite and explains to me that he is not watching the line. Seriously! When I walk away from the checkout, they start gossiping about me, commenting on this situation, and laughing very loud. That cashier with such a not kind behavior shouldn't be there.
Please please advise anyone to stay away from this company. I was just scammed out of my money, placed an order online. Reached out to the customer service was hung up on several times. Contacted one of the store locations just to be told it's nothing that can be done by a manager. Reached out to cdldelivers. To also be told they never received the merchandise from saks off fifth. Disappointed is not the word. I wish I would have done more research within this company. The items that I paid for where Christmas gifts. I don't know what to do now.
On August 18th I submitted an order and paid for expedited shipping. My order was to be delivered on August 23rd. After calling customer service twice there is no resolution. They don't know where the package is, refusing to refund the shipping charge for 10 days. They are starting an "investigation" however that will take 5 to 10 days at least. Neither customer service associate or supervisor cared about my frustration. I will never order from Saks 5th Avenue or Off 5th Avenue again.
The Saks Fifth Avenue sells preowned items without indicating on their site or posting pictures of the item's current condition. I online purchased a HERMES watch. It came in heavily used condition and without the original box or proper packaging. Customer service is insulting, unresponsive when I asked them to send me the original box or questioned about the watch condition. Please see picture of their email response. This store does NOT understand that just because an item is at a discountated price, then it is fine for them to send a heavily worn and torn item without any orginal box or documinations.
Do not buy from this store EVER! Horrible customer service and they must go out of their way to hire the stupidest most useless woman to work at their stores! Total imbeciles. If you buy something and it arrives broken, they will not take it back! They will blame you and send yo the item back. Then they will insult you by offering you a 20% off discount coupon when you spend 200 or more at their store. Seriously? This is open store I am happy to hear they are going bankrupt. They should study Norsdstrom's and the Rack... that's a successful business. Good riddance Saks. They used to be great, what the heck happened? TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
They don't do price adjustment if item goes on sale even if I didn't even receive it yet. All stores make price adjustment some within 2 weeks, others within months, but saks off doesn't make it at all.
I ordered an expensive belt. Belt broke to months later. Off 5tj refuses to take back order. Shocked that such a reputable company can get away with such a thing. Wouldn't recommend ordering from them EVER.
I ordered two Versace shirts and they sent me two totally different shirts. I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. I going up to the Saks off store not to far from me tomorrow to see of I could get the shirts that they advertised online. SMDH.
I always go to the clearance title and click on it. While there are high-end items listed there are also items that are on sale. I always buy items that are on sale and these items are priced less than TJ Maxx and even Macy's. I've purchased cashmere sweaters that are made better than the ones at Macy's and at a lower price than them. I did purchase some shorts that were made in China and were way too small. Instead of returning them to China, I gave them to some friends. They are very good at taking things back without questions asked. They give you a list of problems that may be the reason you are returning the goods. Just enter one of them and return the goods. If I remember correctly they supply the shipping label prepaid.

I purchased a shirt from Saks Off Fifth using Shop Runner. I didn't like the quality of the shirt for the price I paid. I used Shop Runner to generate a return shipping label. If I had went through Saks, I would have been charged $9.95. This is why I went through Shop Runner because they offer free shipping and free returns. After I received my refund from Saks, I realized they had still deducted the $9.95 return shipping fee even though they weren't the ones to even give me my return shipping label. I then had to sit on hold for over an hour to speak to someone. She said it would process in 5 - 10 days, I still don't have the refund and I'm dreading sitting on the phone for another hour just to get the same response for something that isn't my fault. I will NEVER shop at Saks Off Fifth again. The quality of their clothing is horrible and their customer service is even worse.
I made my first purchase online with Saks fifth Avenue recently. I bought a pair of these house shoes made by Sanctuary and I just received them today. The postage on them seemed slow, but I can live with that, however, as soon as I saw them, I thought they looked small. They do say size 10 and I am a 10 medium, and that is the size that I buy when I go shopping for my shoes. However, as cute as they may be, as soon as I tried them on, the back of my heels are pretty much hanging off and I seem to be able to feel them on the edge. They seem to fit more like a 9 1/2 or possibly a 9, I don't know since I wear 10's, but my assessment was right for me as soon as I saw them. Because these were on sale, I just saw that I can't return them or do an exchange and so I don't think I will ever purchase from them, especially online, again. I am very disappointed in my first online purchase. I did purchade some Hue socks with my shoes and I do like them.

After I thought I couldn’t return them, I did end-up speaking to a very nice customer service representative who allowed me to send them back and gave me a full return. I would still give the shoes a 2 because of the fit, but would give the customer service I received on this return a 5.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and when they arrived one pair consisted of 2 different sizes. The box was marked size 10 and one shoe was a 10 and one was a 9. When I called to complain no one cared. They were then out of stock online. I returned them to a store location and they did not want to take them back because the sizes were different. I explained that a rep. On the phone told me I could return to a store so after talking to the manager they did refund me.
