Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.
I ordered a runner and a 9X11 rug. I received the runner and a 5X7 rug. The 5X7 rug was returned to them. I was told my 9X11 would be shipped out when they received the 5X7. All I received back was another 5X7! I went on vacation the day after for 10 days and came back sick. It was so much trouble getting the first one returned that I kept the wrong size and learned a hard lesson. Always check for reviews with a company before doing business with them. Never again SaksOff5th!

I bought a swim suit that was damaged - it was $64 with shipping. I returned it and they only credited me $45. They keep telling me they are refunding the shipping and its never been done. You can't get a human and I wait on line for an hour... then they tell me they are processing my refund and they DON'T - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Returned an item late December 2021. Return shows received January 4 2022. Now nearly February and two customer service calls later still no refund. Had to contact my credit card to file a dispute
I received an empty bubble envelope that was suppose to be a VERY expensive pair of earrings. Reported it sent photos to show the damaged packaging! Opened a claim with fedex - SAKS OFF 5TH Received their money but NEVER refunded me. 4 1/2 months later!

I bought serveral itels online. Somehow their system used my old address from 8 years,
When I called them, they apologized and asked if I wanted a refund. I told them that if they can retrive the items from the old address and send to me, I would be OK. They put me on hold, told me that they called FedEx, and my packages would be delivered to the correct address.
A few days later, I got an email that stated my issue was resolved. When I asked them how it was resolved, they said it was already delivered to the wrong address, and there was nothing they could do.
Several email exchanges later, I still do not have my packages or a refund.
I should mention that while thier support team is incompetent and dishonest, some of their merchandise is not bad, and when they have sales, you can find good value
The last few orders I've placed have been canceled because item is unavailable. Disappointing.
By the way, merch is much better online than in Saks Off 5th stores.
The best store ever! They got so much nice stuff! Great selection of shoes but you better come as soon as they stock up otherwise it will be gone. Expensive but with every penny!
I recently placed an order with Saks Off Fifth and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. When I noticed that an item was supposed to be 25% off, I called customer service to have the discount applied. To my surprise, I was told that my credit card information was incorrect and that the order needed to be placed again. Despite giving them the same card details, the order was charged without the promised discount.
I then contacted customer service again, hoping for a resolution. However, I was met with disappointment once more. The representative informed me that they were unable to refund the difference and instead offered a mere 10% discount on my next purchase. This response seemed inadequate given the inconvenience I had faced. To make matters worse, the situation escalated to the point where I had to spend over an hour on the phone, speaking to multiple supervisors.
This entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It's disheartening to encounter such poor business practices and customer service. I expected better from a reputable company like Saks Off Fifth. It's my hope that they take these concerns seriously and work towards improving their processes to provide a more seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience in the future.
Received an email offering an additional 40% discount off Meira T jewelry on top of the already discounted price shown on the site. Went to the site, added the item to the shopping cart and put in the code: 24HOURS in the promotion box only to get a pop up window telling me the promotion wasn't valid.
Called customer service and was told to try to buy it again in 1 hour as the site would be updated. Tried again and same result.
It's all just a fake promotion in the hopes of generating traffic to their site without any intention of honoring the promotion prices.
Here's one customer they don't have to worry about ever again.

Let me tell y'all that Saks Off Fifth is PITIFUL AS F*CK! When I tell you within a week I have spent well over $1150. WHY do they DELETE purchases, STEAL points, and DO NOT give you your CORRECT reward status. I would NEVER recommend Saks Off Fifth to my worse enemy. They CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They're going to regret losing my business. Because once I receive my Versace slides I will NEVER SPEND another cent with Saks Off Fifth! DEFINITELY BAD BUSINESS!

This company has gone to the dark side and is running a full scam ring! BUYERS BEWARE! I am a luxury consumer and have never had any trouble with any department store. The Off Saks Fifth shipping department is running a full luxury scam and is super corrupt. Please read their Instagram reviews and the complaints from MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS about the scams they have pulled on other customers like me. They are sending customers who place orders the wrong item, then denying the return and not refunding them their money. I never expected this kind of scam to occur from a name like Saks. I thought it was an honest mistake, but after reading all the reviews its obvious this is some corrupt scam! DO NOT SHOP HERE

Placed an online order never received one of my items and its been 3 weeks. Keep calling customer service and LIES are being told. One rep even told me she called the store it was shipped from and that check my tracking number in 24 hours, THAT WAS 4 days ago. Called today and the representative told me that it was never shipped and it would take 31 days to get my refund. EXCUSE ME? It didnt take 31 days for you to take my money and keep lying to me.
This was my first and last time ordering from sale off Fifth. I tried ordering two pairs of shoes for a wedding, so I could try them on and decide between the two. The first pair - which I liked more - was cancelled after the order had gone through. No worries, things happen, I ordered from Nordstrom Rack. Once both pairs arrived, I tried them on with the dress I was going to be wearing, and ultimately decided to return the pair I'd ordered from saks.
The entire process was a huge pain - the only store near me refused to accept them as they were closing down. Fine. I print out the return label, pay the $9.99 return fee, and ship them off. Today I find out my return has been rejected, and the shoes sent back to me, do to them being in "unsalable" condition from use.
To be clear, these shoes never left my bedroom, and were tried on maybe twice. I called customer service but they were unable to do anything for me, despite me looking at a brand new pair of shoes. I have never in my life had a return rejected, as I am extremely careful with clothes and shoes I'm not sure I'm keeping yet. While the deals are good at Saks, I can't run the risk of purchasing from them again.
I ordered from OFF5TH in December and in February. Both times they promised to do a $10 price adjustment on each order. I received an email approval for the first price adjustment and a verbal approval on the second ($10 SHIPPING THEY CHARGED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED FOR DAMAGED ITEM IN PICTURE) and neither were applied. I escalated and sent verification on the one approved by email after numerous phone calls and it was denied again after being told and emailed an approval. How pathetic is it when a company lies to a customer and then screws them out of promised $10 price adjustment twice in 3 months. Never will I do business with these liars and thieve again!

Go to Nordstrom Rack. Avoid Off5th at all costs! They will promise to fix an issue and never do so leaving you, the customer with the bill.
I've received the worst customer service I've ever had from your store without saying I haven't received my refund still and everytime I call to ask for it they hang up on me I'm extremely bad and do to the poor service I don't see myself buying again from the store therefore I need my money now and prepared a real good apology from all of the inefficient agents and supervisors I've talked to and have not only given me and honest answer but hang up on me when I'm claiming my money that's only going back and forth I'm tired of all these nonsense!

Their customer service is awful - I was promised the full refund because two items of the same brand in a swim suit fit differently although it was the same size - HE lied and never gave the full refund - no CS people to get a hold of now. It started with the company just straight up sending me the wrong product. They had "run out" of my pair of shoes so they sent me a different kind. So weird. First, how did they not have correct inventory in their system and secondly, why didn't they tell me before sending it. So I had them pick up the package. They claimed they'd refund the money since it was their mistake. Over the next few months, I had to contact them over and over to get small portions of my refund. They tried to withhold the taxes and the shipping. So weird with the taxes. I've never heard of that before. I don't even have the item. And this whole situation was their fault. I finally got the tax money back, but after several chats and phone calls and promises that the money is on the way, it never came. Luckily, I'm only out $10, but it's completely unethical what they put me through. They lied through their teeth over and over. It was multiple people. Either their system is ridiculously messed up or they train their employees to lie. I finally asked them for written proof so I could at least put in a claim with PayPal, but it wasn't enough of a receipt to get my money back.

Shopping here is either a hit or a miss. Sometimes there are cute clothes for good prices and other times the clothes are weird and still seem expensive. You just have to try your luck!

I wish I can give zero stars because I think 1 is too much for this trash like company. I ordered a Valentino bag few weeks ago. The package came few days after but the items inside is a complete stranger's order. I contacted their customer service and they told me they will open up a case for me for investigation and also gave me a return label to return the incorrect items (which I did). Didn't hear back for awhile and when I tried to contact them again, I was told I will not be able to get a refund for the tax because the government already took the tax. Ridiculous as I've never heard of not being able to get the tax back if you were to return something. 3 weeks passed and I got a notification that my request for the refund was declined because the tracking indicates the package was delivered (even though the items inside was not my order!) This is a complete scam and I can't deal with them anymore so just went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Never will I order anything from this company again. They have horrible customer service with people who can't do their job correctly. They obviously also need to update their system or assembly line to ensure the items in the packages are going to the correct customer.
