“This website is very fishy and fraudulent”

This website is very fishy and fraudulent. It has to do with a electronics from oversees. They say there are legit and verified by paypal but yet you can even use paypal to pay and then their site mysteriously malfunctions when trying to login after they have received your personal information. Won't let you log in, won't let you change the password, won't even let you completely check out. And then when trying to use their online chat, web help, the rep tells me "it is your problem". WTF?!?!
