I ordered a computer desk and used it for a month or so but the keyboard draw collapsed and almost struck my feet. The side metal piece is bent and the slide metal bits fell apart flying everywhere. I couldn't even find all the bits and I have a baby at home.
They have a refund policy for faulty goods but no one responds to emails and their contact number does not call through.
Tip for consumers:
Unless you're sure the product is not faulty and that you won't need to speak to them after the purchase, then why not?
