After ordering a pair of Salomon Walking shoes, I'm still waiting for delivery or refund. I was sent a delivery tracking number and link, which eventually showed the item as being at my local depot - for 3 weeks - when I questioned this, I was given some fob off about the delivery company being inundated with a large back log. I responded by saying that I had received 3 international deliveries which I ordered after my Shoe order and I didn't believe them. The next email I got was telling my item had been delivered - which it has NOT. This website poses as a NZ website however it is actually China - had I known that I would NOT have ordered - still waiting on refund or delivery not hopeful of either
