If you're thinking of buying their deals from Groupon or anywhere... STOP! Save your money. This company falsely advertised $99 brazilian blowout. They did say extra for longer hair. My hair is just a bit past my shoulder blade. After I took time & gas & paid for street parking, they tell me I have to add $60 to the deal because my hair is too long! No one will charge only $99 for hair past shoulder they say, I don't think so. A lot of other vendors give out deals. They said then just leave & return the Groupon as if my time, drive, gas, parking does not matter. Worse they skimped so much on the treatment product it does not look like it will hold. The stylist Coleen smells like cigarette, was on something she kept dropping everything, burnt my scalp, earlobe, kept pushing & tugging 2 my face. If there is anything in excess in this salon is heat! No aircon, just a little fan that they won't even point at me! What truly missing? Customer service and plain good business sense.
