Absolute waste of time, money, and resources. DO NOT USE. My case manager Hugh was non-existent and no help what-so-ever, no response to calls or texts for days. Their slogan is "Recover the Unrecoverable" and within 1 hour of my drive being delivered they deemed it "unrecoverable"...so much for that reassurance. The evaluation is NOT "Free", they required me to pay $40 to ship it back.

Outstanding, smooth, and timely service at a reasonable cost. It was a pleasure to work with you. They recovered better than 99% of my data on a hard drive that broke over 10 years ago. Highly recommended.

The company wanted to charge me 1800 to recover data on an external hard drive. When I declined they wanted to charge me 40.00 + 10.00 to return the media. I would advise customers to beware.

After they performed an initial screening and determined that all my data could be recovered, there was nothing holding me back from giving them a green light to go ahead. Though it took longer than anticipated in the end, they recovered all my data.

Because of lack of reliable cloud access at work, I had 3+ years of course materials on a flash drive. When it was bent and no longer readable, I went to retrieve the content from an external drive that I had used to back it up. The external drive failed... I was panicked.
