From start to finish it was a very enjoyable experience. When I first called the person I talk to is very pleasant on the phone and also very informative, telling me the process restoring my data and how much it would cost at ending on what would need to be done. I dropped off my broken hard drive and I got a email just a few days later telling me what was wrong and what it would take to restore the data if possible. Never underestimate what Salvage-data can accomplish for you. I had an ancient computer with an old hard drive that had been damaged years ago and Salvage-data still able to get a lot of information off of it. They actually managed to get all of the files I had hoped for and some that weren't as important as well. So I know that I can count on them for anything that I might need in the future. And I definitely know that they can accomplish what they say they're going to and then some. You won't be disappointed if you use them to get any of your data restoration completed either.

Very fast and reliable data recovery service. I was so devastated after my hard drive failed and i had all my data stored there. I researched online and came across salvage-data, They answered immediately and they said they would help. Sent my device to them and within 72 hours i had 99% of my data back. Thank you and i would recommend them for data recovery services!

I paid $1333. And the first time, I was mailed a blank hard drive. They don't answer calls after you've paid your money unless you threaten them through their parent company: Outsource. I sent back my computer and the empty hard drive and agreed to have another go at it for 1/2 price. Again, they didn't return calls or emails. The next time the hard drive and computer were delivered, it was nearly impossible to find anything they had recovered. After numerous calls (including a message I sent to Oursource) the salesperson, George, called to help me find anything.
I did find files, but they were randomly organized and took hours to get through. I didn't see near what they told me they would recover.

Again, numerous unanswered calls and no refund. Don't use them for anything. I've filed complaints at the BBB of Cleveland and am filing with their municipal court, in small claims. What a racket!
