I have used Salvage Data on several occasion and each time they were able to recover all my imaged and videos. Efficient and excellent customer care service.

The memory card that I had taken to salvage data was successfully
Recovered and I thought they would quote a ridiculous amount but they
Were really reasonable in pricing. Got my data back!

Couldn't have asked for a much better experience than what SALVAGEDATA provided. The free evaluation provided me with a chance to determine whether or not to recover my data. Lots of it were recoverable so I opted in and got my data back after 3 weeks.

This company is a swindle and a sham. They have terrible customer service. Two employees pursued me in a predatory manner after an initial expression of interest on my part. The first told me that after he quoted me a price point that I had to put a card on file to begin service. I said the quote was too high. He said the actual price might be lower and my card on file would not be charged until I selected to take the data. I explained that I don't have much money and that almost $600 was an exorbitant amount for me to spend. A couple months later, a girl called and said that I had to approve the list of data although that would not be the same as purchasing the data. In other words, once the job was done, I had to verify if the info seemed accurate. It did so I said yes.

I decided ultimately not to take my files back because as a teacher the cost was way too high. Fast forward five months and I am getting harassed by creditors claiming I owe this company almost $600.

This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. They have lied, manipulated, cheated, and now are stealing from me. Please do not support these people.

Worth every penny to get my data back! Efficient and great communicators. I hope I don't need to return but in the case of another corrupt drive, I will be going back to Salvage Data Recovery.

First off, I'm a tech. I've worked with computer technology since the 90s. I sent my drive to Salvage Data because I just don't have the time or a static free environment to work on this myself. I know the platter is the problem with the drive because it fell from my desk and hit the wall. I can hear it whirring.

The superfluous tech jargon that Justin the tech used to describe the problem with my drive was ridiculous and irrelevant. The only reason I think you used all this jargon was so that you could charge me $2000 to get my data back. Using a lot of high tech jargon doesn't make you sound smart, it's just condescending conspicuous communication (see I can do that too).

I just tried to get a copy of the invoice and because I'm paying $40 to have the drive shipped back (don't believe them when they say there's no charge, you still have to pay shipping to have your drive returned), they immediately removed the quote... that's very suspicious.

I would like to warn others out there. This company has a lot of positive reviews and yes they may get your information back, but they are WAY OVERCHARGING you. BEWARE!

Im a photographer and i had two days worth of Wedding photos that
Accidentally deleted off my computer, the SD card that the photos were
On got formatted because i rented it so had to return the card. Once i
Realized i had to get that SD card back my only hope was that the files
Can be recovered. I was able to get my files back and i owe the world to
Salvagedata for that. People need photographers BUT photographer need these guys equally!

They were professional, communicated immediately, and charged me a third of what other data recovery companies would have charged me. I strongly recommend it.

I inquired about an issue with a drive, they called and called until I had a discussion, the agent Cameron assured me that there operation was the best capable to handle the issued i described. So i took them up on their offer of free shipment to their facility. Three days later I receive an email stating my drive is not recoverable and if I want it back I an to pay $40.00 for standard return fee. I immediately placed a call and sent an email to Cameron, and three days later I have not heard a word. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION.

The process was long but worth the wait and the money. Successfully recovered 3TB of data from my device and had is saved in a cloud storage where I could easily access it.

I sent a Solid State Drive to Salvage Data. It took them 3 weeks to assess the drive, not 24-48 hours they claim, and then I was told no data was recoverable. The Solid State drive was not physically damages and it could be connected to a personal computer. The data should have been recoverable. I do not believe Salvage Data actually took the time to diagnose and recover data. Instead they charged me $40 to return the Solid State Drive to me which was a complete surprise and they do not tell you this when you open a case with them. DO NOT USE, GO TO ANOTHER VENDOR.

My 4tb WD external hard drive stopped connecting to my laptop, so I found this company to try and recover the data. First I dealt with Mateo, who sent me a FedEx slip to mail it. He lost my package and it took 2 weeks for them to track it down. He stopped responding after a week. I randomly got a call from Cameron who then took over my case, and he assured me he'd call me the next day with an update. Cameron never called me back and after another 2 weeks, some guy named Chris took over. He took my payment info (they had the nerve to try and charge me 1900 bucks, but I got them down to 600), and said the recovery was in progress and I'd have it back in a few weeks. A week later with no response, I got a message saying they couldn't recover it and they charged me 40 dollars to ship it back (it probably cost them 6). I just received the hard drive, but without the outside case or the nice after market zipper case I sent it in, just the opened up drive - like they gave up and never put it back together.

This company was a nightmare to deal with on every level. A total time-suck, impossible to communicate with, and a rip off. Do not go near them.

Chris Kumanchik Is the best. He completely helped me and my needs regarding my missing fruity loop flp files. This man deserves all the customers he can handle! A truly great guy all around!

They recovered my data in a record time of 16 days and while they might not be cheap, they surely give you ascertain assurance that you are in safe hands.

Although not all the data was recovered from my crushed hard drive, majority of it was as I thanks salvage-data and the effort placed in recovering the data. I am really pleased.

It was easy deciding whether or not to use SALVAGEDATA as this is not the first time I have used them neither do i think it is the last. We are an IT company and we sometimes run into unexpected data loss and Salvage Data has been with us for the last 5 years. Always a pleasure to work with them.

Everything from my hard drive that was corrupted was all recovered and shipped in a new drive. Process took 4 weeks and it was well worth it. 6 star recommendation.
