Few days ago I took my van to do the tire rotation at the Samsclub Location #******* located at 7400 Youree Dr. Shreveport, La *******. I always put a white mark on the tires just in case I encounter deceiving people. They took in my van in and they told me it will be ready in about 35 minutes. MORE THAN TWO HOURS later they call me and told me it was ready and done. I went to my van and realized that everything was exactly as before, they didn't even touched the tires, I went back to confront them and they started telling me that the "job was done" and they "could show me the cameras", after I start confronting them they ended up telling me that they couldn't do it because the van is too big to lift it up, but they gave a me receipt of everything been completed. They probably do this all the time to many customers.

Your cinnabons in your store is a C average because it taste like it has been added lemon in the bread & frosting. I don't think that's how it is supposed to taste like. NEEDS improvement!

Debit fraud
October 21, 2022

Went to my local Sam's club gas station for gas on 10/18/22. I used my debit card to purchase $14.03 in fuel. After doing some other shopping at other stores and returning home I used my bank app to check my account balance. To my shock and surprise, I find that in addition to my fuel purchase there was an additional debit in the amount of $100 as a preauthorization debit. I called my bank and was told that they do thus often and should credit after 72 hours. Well, in the meantime, I have a few autopays coming out of my account for a loan and my car insurance. I had to shuffle money from my wife's account to prevent an overdraft on my account and added fees. It's now 10/21/22 and still nothing credited to my account. This leaves my short for food and necessities to get us through until my wife next payday.
WARNING: Do not use a debit card at the gas pump! There is no warning at the pump about this practice.
I will be contacting my states Attorney General today to file a complaint. This should not be happening.

I have been a loyal customer of Sams Club for over 20 years. This review is specifically about online ordering from Sams Club. DONT DO IT IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN YOUR SANITY. I placed an order November 9 which got lost by Fed Ex. A replacement order was shipped which also got lost by Fed Ex. A third replacement order has now been lost by SAMS! It has now been 3 weeks with no delivery and I've been told it will take another few day's to investigate. What makes this so exasperating is the total incompetence of the outsourced help phone lines and chats. The people employed have no ability to actually solve the problem. All they do is constantly apologize obviously adhering to a script. When asked to speak to supervisor I was put on hold for an hour before I gave up. As we all know Amazon customer service is unbelievably good and their representatives are actually empowered to take proper action. As far as I can tell there is no way to bypass this awful customer support to speak to someone competent. I really hope someone from SAMS reads this and contacts me. So if you expect any minimal level of customer satisfaction do not order from SAMS online.

They advertise you will get a $45 credit if you open an account with them and pay a $45 membership fee. I did this. No $45 credit was issued. Many calls taking up hours and hours of my time and after following everything they told me to do. No credit! They said just place an order over $45 - I placed an order for $68 - no credit. I called. They said I would have it in 8 to 12 days - no credit. It called again - they said I would have it in 48 hours - no credit. I called again - they said I had to wait until the order I placed was actually received - no credit. All they do is lie and lie and lie. They have said repeatedly their back office would take care of it. Nothing but lies. Don't trust Sam's and don't do business with them. You will be frustrated. I shouldn't have tried them again. I used to be a member but after ordering a TV for Christmas and then having to drive to Memphis to pick it up myself in order not to wait 3 months (300 mile round trip from my home) and placing an online order one time and arriving at the store to pick it up where the manager told me I couldn't pick it up because I had waited past the 2 day pick up slot (even though I could see my order siting there), I should never have tried them again. They are the absolute worst

This was the Worst and LONGEST pick up experience EVER, from ANY store I've ever been to! This is in El Paso, TX. Customer service was NON existent. I waited for about 20-25 minutes for a pick up, and I was the only customer there! Two other customers came, got their groceries delivered and left. The employee didn't even have the courtesy to come over two spaces to my vehicle and ask if I have been helped. I actually had to call their store's number, and after like 50 rings some girl finally picked up and took my information and said she'd let the pick up crew know I was out there. FINALLY some guy came out, took my order number and said there was a glitch in their system and my order didn't show that I checked in. Ok, fine, but what's the excuse for the employees that were already out there helping other customers with their pick ups? They could've came over to ask if I needed help. Pretty pathetic. Then, FINALLY someone came out with my order, only the first thing out of his mouth was, "I just got back from lunch so idk what's going on". So obviously the first employee told him that there's an upset customer waiting for him. They have the most rude and fake employees that I've ever come across. I could've went in to get my own groceries and been done before this pick up was even completed. If I didn't have to be somewhere, I wouldn't have even attempted the pick up to begin with. Horrible experience. That's to be expected from a bunch of kids for employees. They aren't trained to have any customer service. Thinking of cancelling my membership.

TRAVEL: RIP OFF REPORT! PROMISED GIFTCARDS-GIVING RUN AROUND - WE BOOKED A CARNIVAL CRUISE FOR JAN2-5 THRU SAMS CLUB TRAVEL BECAUSE THEY WERE GIVING 50 DOLLAR GIFT CARDS PER ROOM 6-8 WEEKS AFTER CRUISING. Tire Dept. lacking

My husband & I both bought a set of new tires Jan. Of 2020. I had a tire problem in July of 2020. The gal at the register told me they were closed. (It was 5:30 on a Sat.). She told me I'd have to come back Monday after 10 am. When I got there, they repaired my tire however they said "they would fix my tire" but they weren't technically open for business. What does that even mean? They could repair it but not rotate them. Today 7/27 I inquired about new tires for another car. I had to present my Sam's card before I could get a tire quote, which seems kind of ridiculous. They could sell me tires, but they couldn't actually put them on my vehicle. Yes, we're in a Pandemic, yes things are not normal. But, if we can jump through all the hoops of masking up, putting gloves on and slathering ourselves in hand sanitizer, why for the love of Pete can we get no tire service. I just don't understand. The gal at the counter acted very put out by my presence. It was like we are here but we're not here. I'm not impressed with their lack of information to customers. Get your tires at Costco.

I was working with my business partner who had the Sam's Club membership and I ordered a pop-up canopy for our outdoor expos. I input my credit card information and the billing address was declined. I called the national call center and they told me it was because their online ordering system only uses the first five digits of the zip code, and NOT the zip + 4. They actually instructed me to call my credit card company and remove the zip + 4 from my billing address! I told them that the Zip + 4 insured that any statements and new cards would be delivered to me and not elsewhere in town. There are mailboxes across town with the same numbers but have a different zip + 4 address. I told them that such misdelivered mail could lead to identity theft and credit card theft, and that they were instructing their shoppers to make their bank and credit accounts less secure. I asked to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back. When I called their call center again, they claimed they could not open the account to view or add any notes even though I had an open incident. When I asked to speak to the person I worked with before, they claimed that person was not in their call center and they had no way of getting a message to him. In this day of global networking, a company that cannot communicate from one office to another and refuses to use zip + 4 in their ordering system is way behind the times. I will never get a club membership and will not be ordering from their online system..

Lousy Service
August 11, 2022

I purchased a washer on July 16th and delivery was rescheduled twice and finally delivered on Augst 11th but now they just leave the washer in the garage and say they do not have parts to install and I should call and schedule next week so they can come following week and they even refuse to use the parts I already have
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCE FROM SAMS CLUB, a very lousy company with rude employees

Former associate

DO NOT WORK HERE, not only is there no Human resources department but they also treat their associates horribly. They will upcharge you for your membership by ommiting information and falsifying prices without explaining the charges. Their cart associates are frequently doing nothing and are inconvenienced to help customers. The food prep areas are not the cleanest and specifically the Philadelphia location is the most disgusting of all. There was no store manager for months at a time, where they then delegated his responsibilities onto other lower level managers. Unfortunately for the associates, the manager they hired was previously fired from her former Sam's club, her name is Amber, and she openly disrespects associates and uses inappropriate language frequently. And the other store manager they currently have, Christa, ignores her phone when associates need her assistance or have a concern. This a horribly run establishment and if you ever have the displeasure of stepping into the Philadelphia Sam's club, just know that most of the associates are taken for granted or treated like theyre expendable. And their only focus is making money, getting customers to sign up for credit cards even if they wont be approved and raising your membership prices from 45 to 100, because thats what the upgrade is.

Complain about a Chashier
November 30, 2021

Today I was at Sam's club in hilliardRome and I bought food for $65 and I have the cashier her name was Tanya and I gave he $100 she gave me $30 she counted the change to me said 20, 30, 35 and whe I looked at the money infront of her I told her this is $30 not $35 her face changed it means that she wanted to steal $5
How that happen? Becareful from this lady cause she can do that with other customers as well.

We bought brand new Pirelli Tires in September 2020 for our vehicle. Had a flat on Tuesday and took the tire I. To get fixed. But of course they couldn't fix a tire that showed little wear. Oh No! They needed us to buy a new tire. Here's the rub. Because Pirelli's newly designed tire is so "SPECIAL". We couldn't just buy one. We were told by Ed(the manager at the Glendale Sam's Club) that the new tires couldn't be paired with our only 16 month old tires. We had to buy 2 new tires that matched. Are you kidding me? Who designs such a tire? It would possibly cause damage to vehicles if not matched with the same type tire? It sounds like a bunch of Bull$#*! yo me. Is it so Sam's Club doesn't have to use their own Warranty? Ed at first told us he would Comp the second tire. But he then prorated both tires. When we called him on it. He wouldn't even follow what he said. He is a liar and a cheat. Sam's Club Assistant Manager even backed him up. We spent over $144.00 on 2 tires I don't think we even needed. Certainly we shouldn't have had to pay for a tire Ed says we can't even use as a spare. Really? The tires are so "SPECIALLY" designed to not even allow us to use a 16 month old perfectly fine tire? Who the hell designed this Scam? PIRELLI OR SAM'S? Or are they both in this to rip off the public. I'm pissed as hell and am going to spread this nonsense to let the public to not Trust Ed, Sam's Club or Pirelli Tires.

I ordered my kids a 20 ft. Round pool in June. Instead of 2 box's (box 1 of 2, and box 2 of 2) they sent me 2 boxs of only #1. They weigh over 125 lbs or more ea. I removed both boxes just to find the same liner and net. There's no frame and no filter. They said they sent out a replacement and they were picking up the original 2 boxs. I chatted with them 5x about this problem! This has been going on for weeks! Now it's the end of July and there "replacements" consisted of just 1 box, NOT 2! And guess what? It was once again only #1 box, which makes 3 #1 boxes we received. Luckily I was out front when FedEx came. I said where's the 2nd box. They said this was all. I told them to turn around and send it back! I called and they said sorry and that they would refund me instead of sending a replacement and since they took everything back. They wouldn't send it to the store for me to pick up. My kids were so excited to get a pool. We are all so disappointed! We purchased all the chemicals, floats and even a fancy vacuum. What a waste!
