This is unconcerned of Department I have ever dealt. You buy your tires from from them but you can't get them on the phone to schedule an appointment for rotating your tires. But Sam's you need to hire someone that will be able to stay and answer your telephone if you want people to buy continue to buy tires from you all. This is poor business ethics I know I'm Not The Only One have complained about this problem are you just don't care some people don't live 5 minutes away and it's just stupid for you not to answer your phone I would never buy any ties from you all again and then when you call the 1-800 number to make a complaint you get a people who do not talk English and they just transfer you right back to the store this crap. Anyone having this problem please write a review. I wouldn't even giving y'all the one in this department I guess you have to put something but far as I'm concerned you a zero. I have been trying to call for 2 to 3 weeks and can't get an answer. That is containing the stores in Huntsville Alabama both stores you can't get an answer.

I am a former customer of Sam's I have always enjoyed shopping there I came into the Sam's location in Douglasville the pharmacist Mr. Chris refuse to fill my prescription's he stated he couldn't filled my script due to the way the order was written i've never heard of anything so bazaar this was my first time getting my prescription fill at Sam's I just recently gotten out of the hospital from having major surgery and didn't fill like driving across town to get it fill I felt I was being discriminated I am on a walker if the pharmacist had any discrepancies with the prescription he should have contact my doctor's office for Verification he taken it upon himself to refuse to fill my medication which is a delay in my care also the pharmacist assistance asked me what was I taking the medication for that's a HIPAA violation.this issue needs to be address so the next customer doesn't have to endure this. This was so disrespectful
I applied and recieved sams club master card, at first it was good the randomly with no notification by sycrony the would lower my limit and making me at my max limits sycrony also did this with my lowes card, and when they would lower the limits it would put me at my max limit or over the limit and double and triple it my credit scores every 3 to 6 month. Walmart stopped using syncrony because of this, i canceled there catds and anything thT had that bank tied to it. This is not a bank or credit card to deal with. Until sams club corrects this i will go else where

Today I have been Harassed and Mistreated at this club by couple of employees (Roan and Dough)
And when I asked to speak with a manager
Manager Scott came and instead of resolving the issue he makes it worth,
He laughed as if he don't care and when I explain that I have been Harassed and mistreated by his employees, the employees started yelling at me and him in front of all the customers in the club (3 on one),
He wasn't able to take control over the situation

As a business owner in Ocala Florida I'm one of many with a business membership at sams club. My current membership is good until 2/19, or so I thought.
It has come to my attention that they are changing memberships. It will be either a basic or a plus. To have the plus membership is now $100. A year versus $45.00 a year. If I want to upgrade now it's $30. More but then next year it's $100. As a result I can no longer shop at 7 AM.
If they want to change memberships, that's fine. I do not feel that it is right to change customers memberships before they come up for renewal. I sent an email to the corporate office - there response. They sent me back the renewal information and said if I wish to cancel I can call an 800 number! Really! Are you kidding me? I responded and explained they never addressed my questions, I'm not stupid I know what the memberships are.
As far as I'm concerned it's more indication of sams club greediness. They've attempted countless times to get me to upgrade. I have no need for an upgraded membership. Maybe others feel the same way so now they want to force it on customers. No one forces me into anything.
Personally I wish Costco would come to Ocala Florida and give sams cluba run for their money.
If anyone agrees with me send corporate an email let them know how customers feel about this change and the way they are going about it.
The app messed up our pickup location and we called the other location to let them know that we would be there and to not look for us yet and they were understanding, yet they still proceeded to walk back and forth in the parking lot looking for us, EVEN THOUGH WE SAID WE WEREN'T THERE YET. And then they cancelled our order because they were frustrated and "fed up" because of their own idiotic mistake. Like girl just stay inside if we have specified that we are not their yet, you just literally wasted your own time and OURS. Also experienced such rude customer service over the phone and in person, very unprofessional.
As big as a company as Sam's Club is WHY in the HELL are the customer service ppl in the PHILIPPINES? They know NOTHING! If you ask for someone in the USA they "cant do that" WTF?! Im trying to get my account fixed and they don't have the common sense on what to do that!
I wish I could give this a 0 star rating. I have been a Sam's Club member for many years now & up until now have been mostly happy with my membership. I will not renew my membership. I have to pay for a membership this is not a free service to me. I live too far from the closest Sam's to go often, so I buy enough to last a month. Today I went & was told I could only buy 1 per item. This is not acceptable to me. I am not a hoarder & I feel I am being punished because of others bad behavior. Another thing that concerns me is that they are discontinuing items that I buy regularly, so this is another reason I won't be renewing my membership. My daughter & many of my friends are very happy with their Costco membership. My friend took me to Costco & I was able to find the items that Sam's has discontinued plus they had many items I was interested in trying. I also found that Costco employees are much nicer than the Sam's Club employees. A lot of the Sam's employees have a "I don't care" attitude. Looking forward to saying goodbye to Sam's!
No matter what you do to this meat, whether it's prime or choice, it stinks. Never again. Tried three times to make this meat turn out good and it is no match to what Costco sells. Done for good!
