Hi, I just got to work and I am absolutely furious. For the past year or so, a small black honda fit with a handicap license plate drives down Jonesboro Rd in Mcdonough, Ga at a high rate of speed. He has cut me off several times before but today he cut me off and brake checked me for no reason. I had to slam on my brakes and go into the right lane to avoid hitting him. The car that I went behind was scared also as they were half way into the ditch by the time I got behind them. When we came to a red light he had stopped with no car in front of him at a red light and started cursing at me. When he did that a motorcycle went around him and stopped in front of him.When the light turned green he passed the motorcycle so close I thought he was trying to hit him. While he was cursing at me, that's when I recognized who it was. He works in the Auto department at Sams in Mcdonough. He's a short latino guy with a salt and pepper beard. He drives a black honda fit with a handicap license plate. He has issues. This happened around 7:30 am today. I thought Sams opens at 8am, this all happened less than 5 minutes from Sams on Jonesboro rd there is no reason for this other than he's a maniac. I certainly won't get my tires there any more.
I have a 6 room Hotel in a rural area. Have to drive 80 miles to get to my nearest Sam's. Very frustrating that they are always out of basics that I need.
I had placed a $200 curbside pick up. The actual pick up wasnt bad but the fruits I got Blackberries, Blueberries and grapes was bad in about a day. Also was charged for items I did not receive..
We received our glasses at Sams vision dept paid our copay
3 months later received a bill for more money
We questioned what these extra charges were
1 misalliance charge Which no one knows what it was ( I guess they must have had lunch that day on us)
2 special eye markers for the lens
This was not not 1st time purchasing glasses from Sam's; but is was our last!
Asked for our billed to reviewed but 3 months later still waiting.
Had to pay the bill or be turned out to collections
Or they may need lunch again and charge us again
I will tell everyone I know never go there
I will tell any customer I see about to buy glasses

ONCE YOU PAY YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR WHAT THEY WANT EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY PAID

The location in Wilmington, NC is starting to be a bit RIDICULOUS, a few weeks ago I called and the answering machine prompts you to mash the button for the department you want & then a person finally comes on and says that the meat department does'nt have a phone, and today I call and try to get the bakery & no one ansewers and then an associate puts me on holds for 13 minutes before she comes back and tells me to hold on AGAIN and hangs up the phone on me. In this length of time she could have walked to the bakery and had someone come to the phone. When I called back after about a number of rings the manager Shawn picks up and says he had just come in. THIS IS RIDICULOUS SERVICE & makes no kind of since. ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER!
Worst customer service I've ever had. U literally get no where with these people no matter how many times u call u will get different answers from different people it's soo bad.
The drivers for sams club wont set up furniture they will try to drop it off and leave it... ordered from macys, drivers set it up, made sure everything worked... as usual sams/Walmart falls short

I pull up to a gas pump that had no markings of being out of order after waiting in line for a long time only to find the printer was out of order! Of course the kiosk at the pumps has no way of giving a duplicate receipt; I've been through that before. You have to go inside the main store and wait through the customer service line for a ridiculous amount of time for them to print a receipt. I have to have a receipt for my company vehicle fuel purchases or I will not get reimbursed. So, I spot an open pump on the far outside and get back in my truck to pull around there before someone else takes the pump. No sooner to I do this than the attendant shuts the pump off because of my maneuver. CLEAR ABUSE OF POWER! What a joke! So, rather than walking over and asking me not to do that again, he yells from his little booth, "My door is open; come on over if you have a problem!"ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This is not some school yard game! I yelled back at him, "Y'all can't fix the printer on that pump over there?""Nope", he said. I wanted to kick that little millennial age punk into next Tuesday! But, I just left and bought gas somewhere else.
Every week I spend a lot of money Sams because our family owns a business and they have a lot of food and supplies we need. I went over to cafe to get their Member Marks hot dogs because none were in fridge and they sell them in boxes at cafe. When I asked if I could get a box of hot dog they didn't even speak to me. You could tell they were annoyed and didn't want to do it. They were mumbling under their mask but would not acknowledge me. One lady walked off and that's when I decided ok I don't need them that bad. I told two associates and they just said ‘ok'. It was 9:00 am and they weren't open yet but they just didn't say anything. If it's such a hardship to get something for a customer when it was quite easy to do so maybe they just don't like working there. It's not the first time this has happened in the cafe. I'm going to work real hard to find another supplier. If you need need proof of purchase why don't you go to Sams and ask them to look at camera at 9am Friday October 11 2021
I had a fraudulent purchase FOR AN IPAD on my samsclub.com account and called Sams Customer Service to have the order cancelled. Not only could they not cancel my order they didn't offer to help whatsoever. I was told to get my money back from my bank. Well my bank wasn't hacked, it was Sams. Why should my bank be responsible for your crappy policies. Also, they didn't care my account was hacked just told me to change my password. I think it's ridiculous that they were not able to cancel an order a WEEK BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED! There's even a "Cancel this Order" button on the website but it DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I work in IT Networking and I know how easy an order is to cancel, they just choose not to care! My account is up for renewal and I can promise you I won't be renewing. So just so everyone knows, samsclub.com has been compromised and your account is not safe!
