So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I pre-ordered my phone and when it did not arrive on the day it was supposed to I called customer service. I talked to someone for an hour before they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else for a while. They were not very helpful and when I asked for their name or if I could speak with someone else they hung up on me. I then called again and they said there was nothing they could do before I even told them what was going on. Worst customer service ever. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got nothing accomplished.
I received a defective unit (monitor) 6 days after the promised delivery date, and i have been chasing tails ever since to get a repair service or a replacement unit. It has been 20 (with more than 30 calls) days since i received the defective monitor and all I have to gotten from Samsung are false promises and lies. They offer one thing, then come back and rescind the offer.

The customer service is extremely bad for new installation. I have bought an AC two days ago and nobody has come to install it yet. When I called the customer care they are saying we don't deal with installation and when asked for number to talk about installation, they are asking to Google the number!

A year into having the galaxy s6 the screen began to peel off and they refused to fix it. Why should I, after already paying $600 for a phone, have to pay another $200 for a faulty screen? They refused to acknowledge that it was their fault that my screen was literally peeling off due to their mistakes. I have never seen this happen on any phone before.
Sumsung used ASG to ship my TV and they destroyed it. Ran Forklift forks into the side of the box while the $1600 TV must have been sitting face down on a pallet. I filed a complaint with both companies and am returning the damaged TV to Samsung. ASG has the worst reviews and countless stories like mine of destroying and delivering bad TVs to Samsung.com customers. Samsung needs to get their act together and hire a new shipping company.
I recently bought a Galaxy S22 cell phone. The thing turned out to be junk. I called Samsung 15+ times trying to get help. The phone dropped calls, incoming calls went to voice-mail, texts had to be sent twice, and it would constantly black out during conversations. After 5 days of calling, I finally reached a supervisor. He started right out yelling that they would not replace the phone, it had to be sent in and repaired. This is a new phone. If I wanted a repaired one, I would have checked second-hand stores. The phone technicians were polite, but useless. The supervisor was rude, yelling and would not listen to me at all. I will never own another Samsung phone.

Samsung as a company has disappointed me greatly.
On June of 2023 while shopping at Brandsmart I was promised a cash back rebate of $350 from Samsung if I bought 4 or more home appliances all by Samsung. So, I purchased ALL my appliances by Samsung including combination microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, surface stove, washer, and dryer.
It is now January 2024 and after filling out the rebate information twice with Samsung with model and serial numbers and after complaining to their customer service department 3 times over the phone, I received NOTHING. Talk about FALSE advertising!
The latest piece of junk product from samsung that we foolishly bought was the r9000 vacuum bot. The retailer won't accept a return because it's electronics and samsung wants money to fix a defective product. Retailers enjoy great margins while consumers add samsung products to the landfill
I have been a big samsung supporter going back to my first cell phone back in the 90s.
Well that is over! Never again will I buy samsung. My first defective device and I was treated like garbage by tech support. Interrupted nonstop by the most rude tech support ever. Then hung up on when I wouldn't let him interrupt me anymore.
I will be steering people away from Samsung as well as myself for the future. No company should have agent that behave like this.

Returned watch after 3 months and no help from samsung except numerous hoops to jumps through. Luckily amazon helped me return the watch outside of samsungs warranty program after I got hung up on again with Samsung while on the phone with Amazon.
I bought a washing machine in august 22, delivered and installed by professional. I found out there was a missing part - dispenser drawer detergent - I have been on the phone w them for the last 3 months to try to resolve this issue with no luck. No follow up. Every time I was assured the part was sent. Every time after few weeks since I was not getting any news from them, I will call to get an update to find out nothing was done. I am so disappointment with their lack of knowledge and professionalism. To this point, I CANNOT RECOMMEND TO BUY SAMSUNG. Don't expect anything from them after you buy from them. They don't care about their customer...Walk away and buy a different brand.
Purchased a samsung stove 3 weeks ago, the stove stopped working, and samsung customer dis-service is telling me they can have someone out in a week... what a joke... i keep trying to get higher up the food chain, but they say they will get back to me in 24 hours... so i have spent 2 days trying to get a better appt... and still have gotten nowhere----do not purchase samsung products at all costs

Over one year old expensive refrigerator has a not cleanable shelf, no one can help. Samsung wats $120 just to see that shelf. Maybe that "technician" will give me advice how to clean it or not for additional $90. The dirt is not reachable, and shelf is created wrong way. Do not buy Samsung product!
I can do chinese voice search in s5 but in s8, and that is a down grade in my opinion. I preferred to have the Mic on the keyboard for all function that way I can select the language rather than the Mic on the Google search bar. And that it only function in English which is very suck.
I purchased a new 4-door refrigerator less than 3 years ago. The compressor went out on December 8. After numerous calls to Samsung, they finally gave me one company authorized to fix their products. Of course, that one company is so slammed with repairs (not just Samsung) they couldn't get to my frig. For a week later. They came out, ordered parts, came out yesterday, December 27 and installed new compressor. The refrigerator ran for about 10 hours and quit again. Of course this authorized service center doesn't work on weekends, so it will be December 30 before they come to check it out - - - AGAIN.
I thought I was purchasing a good quality refrigerator from a good name. I paid 3,000.00 for this with a warranty and several repairs has been made to the ice maker and still having problems without offering a replacement. I will never purchase another product from them. Including electronics

I encourage people not to buy Samsung products. Their products are the worst, I bought a Samsung 65 inches from best buy store in Newport News, and in less than two years the Tv is bad. The company refuses to send a technician to come over instead they want to charge me 300dollars for someone to come over. It is better to buy other Tv products and not Samsung, their customer service is nothing to write home and bad leadership. I have a bad experience with their product this is the second Tv from Samsung.

So disappointed with Samsung repair policy. Sent back laptop with trackpad that doesn't work. They wanted to charge for repair because there were a couple cracks in the screen which I didn't want repaired. I kept escalating with customer service they stopped responding.Don't understand policy, if I take car in for repair they only repair what is requested. Went round and round with customer service with no agreeable resolution. Stupid policy, I am done with Samsung.
I brought a brand new Samsung galaxy 8+ with 8 months the phone stop working properly when contract customers service they refused to help or replace my phone with a new one they try to send me a used phone or ask me to send mind to get fix at my cost, which means I will be without a phone for 7 to 10 business days and I still have to pay my phone carrier for a phone that I'm not using not fair. Think twice before you buy there phone.
I have two white circles on my tv and waiting for the next one to appear. Just out of warranty, so buy a Samsung tv and divide that by 60 and that will be how much it cost to own a Samsung tv per month. Then have to buy a new one.

If I could give lower than a "1" rating I would. I wanted to upgrade my Samsung S7 phone to an S10. They offered 100.00 for a trade if it turned on and was wiped. There was nothing wrong with my phone. It turned on just fine and it was cleared. I got an email from them stating that it did not turn on and it was not wiped. First, how would they know it was not wiped it they could not turn it on? I called them on it and they said sometimes things happen and they are graded incorrectly. To this day, they still have not given us the full credit. They are completely dishonest. Sell your phone privately! They have my perfectly good phone and screwed us out of 100.00. Shame on your Samsung! We have a large family who is always upgrading our phones, and due to your dishonestly it won't be with you.
I Purchased a 58 inch big screen TV from Samsung three years ago. I started smelling something burning in my home and had the fire department at my home. The firemen found the source to be the TV. I called customer service and they were very concerned for the safety of my family and Home and said they will pay for all the parts and labor. They did not have to do that because I did not have an extended warranty. The customer service is so pleasant to deal with. They basically gave me a new TV and the repair man was top notch. From customer service to the repair man they were great to me. Anyone buying a TV I recommend go Samsung all the way. I know I will always buy a Samsung product. Thank you again Samsung. Your products are the best and your customer service is A+.
I purchased a Samsung white French Door Refrigerator in 2010. The ice/water dispenser had to be repaired 3 times in 2013, glad for the warrantee, extended warrantee purchased thru Lowes Home Improvement. The dispenser was repaired but due to it malfunctioning water dripped down the sides and caused the dispenser to rust. This is a totally white refrigerator and now is trashed with brown rust stains. I can no longer stand to look at it in my kitchen. I spoke with Samsung customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could get a credit on the purchase of a new one and they said there was nothing they could do. So now my fridge, that should have lasted for 20 years, has to go in the dump and I am left with footing the bill for a replacement. Thanks for nothing Samsung. I will never buy Samsung again and I recommend that no one else does.
Should have known better but tried again. Told delivery will be 2 days after order, nope but ok. Called set a date, arrange around it and get call thinking it's delivery window, nope its a new del date and no one to talk to about it. Few hours later a new delivery date. Call Samsung about it-get bounced around, tran to surveys or hung up on. Then yet another del date is sent. Now trying to cancel and back to a bouncing ball, trans to surveys or wrong dept or hung up on. Can't cancel order, went to credit card company to dispute letting them know hours (literally) spent on this with no luck. Also filed BBB complaint. Never Never NEVER again with this company.

I will never buy another Samsung product again. Samsung intentionally sold a phone with a manufacturing defect. Then demanded that we pay $75 to get it fixed. Hoping to reduce our loss, I paid it. Samsung then took our money, never intending to fix it, and just sent it back to us, without even looking at it.
Samsung has lied and lied and lied, over and over again, trying to justify their actions, based on a policy that had nothing to do with the problem, and that we didn't have anything to do with. SHAME ON YOU! You take my money, promise to fix and and don't even look at it.
As far as I'm concerned Samsung is just as corrupt and a thief as a guy to robs you in a dark alley.
