So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Samsung received my tablet as a trade in. Sent me 3 shotty pics of it. Stating they couldn't except it. After having it a month and a half. I call and the lady told me since I asked for it back they couldn't help me. Also, I was promised a 100 dollar google play and NEVER received that. Two customer service reps hung up on me. Do NOT order anything from them. They are are ripping people off!

Customer service's are rude and not knowledgeable. I was over 2 hrs on the phone to try to purchase a product with someone on the phone for them to just tell me that it would be escalated and they would email me back. Then I chatted online and that guy said he didn't know the answer for me to call customer service who just told me they couldn't help me. I asked for a supervisor. They told me they didn't have one.

That their customee service have no knowledge. If you have an issue with their product, they do not care.

Being wout a refrigerator in the middle of summer for 3 weeks is only entitled to a $50 compensation from lovely Corp Samsung buyer consumers do yourself the favor and buy another product Samsung customer service sucks and they don't care your just another number they will push your phone call and emails off left unanswered for weeks they don't care your just another nobody to them after spending $1300 for their products such a shame
Worst customer service, after wasting several hours of time with online chat, I ordered washer and dryer. The customer support engineer "naveenkumar.d" lied to me that the order would be delivered on Mar-02nd. I even asked him why in the checkout page, it was as Mar-07th. He was keep on lying not to worry about the date. He said it would get updated. But once the order is posted, I received an email stating that the order would be delivered on "Mar-07th". When I enquired about it, he asked me run behind order team to further coordinate on. He disappeared now.
I would try once again tomorrow with the order team, if they could resolve this. Yes I would cancel / dispute my order.
Always recommend ordering through Costco... I made a mistake.
I have received the worst customer
I have received the worst customer service ever when attempting to get a brand new Samsung dishwasher serviced. The 48 hour rule is ridiculous and provides no comfort for the customer at all. I was told it was a installation issue and needed to call those whom delivered. I called to have the installer return and they reported the item defective. By the way the dishwasher is a week old, but when I called back to Samsung customer service to get a technician to come out and then was told it was within the 30 day period of purchase from retailer and needed to contact the retailer. The retailer then informs me that it is Samsung's responsibility to get a new dishwasher to me and shouldn't continue to pass me around in an attempt to avoid helping a customer. This has been a very frustrating ordeal and now I set waiting for a Samsung technician to call me back to even schedule service.
Piece of junk. I bought one 4years ago and the ice maker never worked right. I replaced it it worked go a few weeks and now it stopped again. Samsung service department is useless. We'll send a rep over but it will cost you 280 dollars but we've had this problem now with thes 3 door fridges for a while. Had a Fridgadare for 15 years without a problem. Stay away from Samsung

I wanted a device to track my workouts for a triathlon. A Samsung sales rep at Best Buy sold me on the Fit2. He told me that it was s water resistant, but would be fine with swimming on the surface. Just after the warranty period it stopped charging. I sent it to Samsung for repair. I was just told that it had water damage and can not be repaired. Feeling duped!
I have had three galaxies and all 8f them have a problem with keeping a charge and because the warranties expired a year before I bought it i gave no option to get the phones fixed or get my money back and the issue is a hardware problem nothing I did. I will be switching to Apple and I will never ever purchase another samsung product again. This company sells,defected devices and make sure there is no way to rectify the issue. Samsung I was a faithful consumer but no longer. You have robbed me if enough money. You lost a good loyal customer who always recommended your phones but no more. And I will tell as many people as I can to also boycott you. You are a horrible company.
I ordered for a Samsung phone battery Before 5 days but still no response from Samsung online store. I also tried to track online from shop.samsung.co/in but that portal is not working properly also contact numbers are not available on that portal. I will never recommend others to shop from Samsung online store.
I bought 49'' Samsung TV on 13-Oct-2018. After 3 month, facing display issue like purple green screen was showing. Samsung is blaming to setup box which i am using past 3 year.
I am ready to replace the setup box but Samsung is not ready to give in writing. After replacing setup box still issue exist then they will be blaming on something else.
Believe me, be carful while purchasing Samsung TV. There's are brand which are cheap and reliable

Absolutely horrible, they did nothing to resolve my issue with my samsung galaxy s6. They argued back and forth with Best Buy who sold me the phone as to who was lying and who was not. I left in tears with no answer and no solution. No one could make up their minds and it was very unprofessional. I was given a damaged phone from the store and was told Samsung would cover the damages and they never replied to me and when the phone proceeded to break even more they told me it was no problem.
Samsung, like most big companies these days doesn't care about their customers. If they did, they would let us get rid of all their bloatware apps that nobody wants and they would allow people to put apps onto the SD cards. They act like you can, they say that the stuff has been moved but you check the SD card and nothing is actually there. When My Samsung phone dies, I will be looking for another brand that cares more about their customers. Although, I probably won't find one. I may just give up my cell phone completely. It is just not worth all of the hassles and all of the issues. Too expensive all the way around.
I purchased a Samsung 49" curved monitor. I raised issues regarding it blanking out while using it, primarily when browsing. I assumed firmware/driver incompatibility as the issue and tried to address using their non-functioning set of instructions, so it did not help. I called and requested for Samsung to have a technician remote in to experience the problem first hand and assess the issue for any remedy. They would not do it and handed me over to USSIGLOBAL service partners who evaded their responsibilities under one excuse or the other beyond my control. After several months of going back and forth, without assessing the issue, they want to repair the unit, without a loaner, not knowing if the problem may not even be with the hardware. I have a decision to make if I want to go through what maybe a fruitless effort.
Bottom line: Unless you're willing to write off your investment, don't buy any Samsung products as their Customer Service Support sucks!
Our house is filled with Samsung products from appliances to gadgets. The quality of the brand just encourages me and my family to buy Samsung. In viewing and purchasing products from the brand, we use samsung.com. It's the most reliable and safe way to go.
Samsung 9 is a great phone but if Samsung is listening. You have to make it a bit less sensitive to the touch. Its very hard to handle and the the phone jumps from one app to another. Other than that... its a step in the future

Save your self time and a headache, all you will find is delay orders, when you finally receive your order something wrong is going to have ( crack screen or shutting down). When you try to reach costumer service they will make you explain the situation 5 different departments and finally all you get is a non Speaking English Asian answering the phone and only reads what the screen says or they practice to say, ( an outside question, they won't understand) and you'll be repeating all this over and over. Lies over lies. JUST DON'T

Bought galaxy fit from Samsung US. After 1 day of use, won't charge anymore. Sending it now back for the 3rd time. Keep getting the wrong charger. For 2 months used only for 1 day. Never again buying Samsung.
I brought a Samsung tablet for my grandson for Christmas from argos, the screen went completely black one day whilst he was using it, my grandson suffers from autism and was distraught when it broke, i called the Samsung support team as it was barely 5 months old and i had the receipt and box. I was very annoyed when i spoke to a member of the support team a female named Jay and she was completely unhelpful, i asked to speak to a manager and she told me there wasn't one! She kept repeating herself like an idiot saying the same thing over and over 'your device needs sending away!' I explained my statutory rights and that it was a child involved that didn't understand! Anyway to cut a long story short i took the tablet back to argos and they exchanged it no problem, no question and gave me the rights as a customer i deserve, i would NEVER recommended Samsung after care nor there team.
I did not buy a expensive TV to go out in 4 years. I have a line going down my right side and it cost just as much to repair it as I payed for it. Don't but a qled or any other expensive TV from Samsung. Call for help and they laughed at me.

Do not buy qled TV from Samsung. Life if TV less then five(5) years. Cost as much as the TV to repair. On top of that did not watch the TV everyday
It is the ever best company which produces quality cell phones and also i am very proud to say that samsung is the first ever company which sells android touch screen phones for the lowest prices. Though the rate is low the quality is really at its best.
I bought the latest S7 tablet and it works like a charm... no complaints. I went to buy a cover after few days and they said I have to pay the full price (I had discount if I bought it together with the tablet). I was so disappointed.

Phone is 6 months old with a 12 month warranty. Samsung will not honor warranty. Phone was taken to a certified Samsung tech center. It could not be repaired. Sent phone back to Samsung for a promised refund. They have had phone over a week and are still stalling on providing refund. Purchase receipts provided a week ago, they are asking for more paper work and maybe will send a refund in a week or two. Thought I was finally making progress after filing complaint with BBB. Gloria A promised the refund and promised to help. Over 2 weeks later, still nothing and Gloria A will not return any of the 3 phone messages. Do not buy a Samsung Phone and understand that they will not honor their warranty.

Start with online reviews, especially BBB. Without the public attention, Samsung will do absolutely nothing for you.

Samsung Fridge RS265 keeps failing, replaced all sensors, heaters fans and control boards, several times all trims etc. look perfect. And the freezer still very warm (55F). Reset the fridge (unplug fro 5 mins minimum) over 10 times, still bad, Even though the heaters and control boards were tested good. Called Samsung stating the only thing left is the compressor must be bad and It should have 10 years warranty, several tries with them, and they deny the warranty stating it is only 1 year. I went to BestBuy to ask, and the sales person stated you should have bought LG they last a lot longer. Well, This is the 2nd newly owned Samsung going to the dump. It is ashamed that after putting over $375 is parts on top of the purchase price, it is all gone, the parts that I still have for photos are the control board and the freezer sensor. I have purchases a Samsung Flip 3 phone, and after 10 month it started to turn off when closed. I contacted the warranty department and sent the phone. Samsung repair team came back stating that the phone is scratch and that they have to charge me for repairs. I had the phone sent back. What kind of service is this?
