So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I have purchases a Samsung Flip 3 phone, and after 10 month it started to turn off when closed. I contacted the warranty department and sent the phone. Samsung repair team came back stating that the phone is scratch and that they have to charge me for repairs. I had the phone sent back. What kind of service is this? I research and this is an issue that a lot of other people have.
I have had an issue with an active samsung watch, the back fell off and burnt my skin and I called samsung to get the watch replaced. They have lied to me, ignored me, I sent my watch in and they have no idea where it is. This company is not professional at all and do not care about the consumers. They are such a big company, that taking care of the situation is not their prioity. I have owed samsung everything but I will no longer do this

Never again will I buy from Samsung or have a Samsung product in my house! I bought a for a 75" TV and it never arrived. The shipper assured me it was coming and after 6 weeks they said they never received it. I asked for another TV and received a refund along with a link to buy it again at at a much higher price! That's no way to do business!
Sent my Samsung S7 in for repair and it came back worse then when I sent it in. Called samsung and they want me to send the phone back to service center again. I have kept the phone in a in an Otter protective case and now the screen is scratched and the phone still glitches
I am using a Samsung S7 edge since last 6 years and it is giving amazing performance. Until now it is not taken to a service centre even once for any reason. Even I have used this phone in the swimming pool snd seas for underwater shooting, I am being exposed continuesly to extreme weather conditions of Qatar as part of my job since I bought. Thanks to Samsung for giving such a wonderful phone. I never thought for an upgrade from this even in this 2021.

I recently purchased a Sam sung electric smooth top range.It came with a defect on the smooth top area.The first time that I cooked on the range, I got some water on the top of the range.The instructions that I received from the company was let the stove top cool. Then wipe it with a smooth damp cloth which I did.The water spots did not come off unless I used cerami brite and even after using the product I still saw residue spots. To make a long story short I called the company and they told me that they would not replace the smooth top.The defect was not my fault. I will never buy anything from Sam Sung again.As long as the company got my money that is all that they care about. I am hoping that consumers do not buy their products until they change there policies and start caring about the consumer and not themselves. I plan on going to the higher ups to plead my case.
I purchased a robot vacuum for $600 brand new from Samsung, the vacuum stopped holding a charge within 3 months of using it. The fixed the issue and mailed it back to me. 5-6 months later the same issue happened. I am now within 90 days of my warranty expiring and their only option for me is to fix the same issue again. They refuse to send me a new vacuum or extend my warranty. My worry is that the same thing will happen for the third time and I will be out of my warranty and I will be either out $600 or forced to pay them to fix it. The last vacuum I bought was for $70 from Walmart and it never had issued and lasted 10+ years. I can't believe I ever spent money on this crap. Samgung customer service is horrible and they do not stand behind their products. If they did, they would extend my warranty or replace the vacuum.
I bought qled tv for $600 from best buy in october 2020. Recently it broke down. After so many phone calls management agrred to fix for free. A week later i was told that parts to fix tv are not available. So they can not do anything. Could you believe that they can not find parts for their own product? Should tv last only 2 years. I will never buy thier product again.
I was a bit hesitant to switch onto the Android phones. But it turned out that Samsung makes pretty decent phones that do not concede to Apple.
Probably it was because I had some experience with Smasung phones but it was too long ago. And since then they have improved a lot.
They are not the best but not worst also. The electronic products they produce from phones to blenders are of good quality but the prices they charge are not good. There are other's offering the same same products with same features at a low rate as compared to them.the service the provide is also ok ok..
I love my Samsung galaxy note 2 and im impressed with the new Samsung galaxy s5 that is coming soon into my country. Its far better than iphone, and I really like the new updates of the android system.

I was locked out of my account and it literally took me almost a WEEK to get help. They transferred me back and forth, and finally to a dumb kid munching on chips who had NO idea how to help me reset my 4 digit pin... jeepers

Sent order cancellation request - and they sent confirmation that they will try to cancel. Not sure why they so poorly organized - after 3 days - it s still not shipped and also not canceled. Horrible operation practice for online shop...
A Samsung watch severely burned my wrist and the face popped of damaged when i ripped it off my arm. I called customer service abd they after receiving pictures and medical information promised to refund or replace the watch. Agter it went to the next level Tatianna called and refused any help in the situation because the watch had no face. She repeatedly refused to negotiate at all just reading over and over the company policy. Samsung as a multi trillion dollar company annually is refusing to help in any way over a 180.00 wearable. Lets all boycott Samsung all together. Bless them as they continue to make trillions and offer no care or appreciation for the customers that made them rich.

Horrible company to deal with when things go wrong. Delivered a broken TV and also took my tv as a promotional credit same day. Unfortunately most companies will rectify this within days. Nonetheless 3 weeks later and over 10 hours on the phone Samsung has decided to refund me the promotional price of the TV and refuses to honor the credit my other TV provided. Customer Service Reps were understanding of our plight but all decisions are left to a 'mythical' executive team and customer service reps are ALLOWED to lie to consumer to simply get them off of the phone.
Tip for consumers:
Please if you do decide to go with Samsung OPEN the box upon delivery and inspect everything before you sign for anything. Assume the reps are also lying when they say anything and ask for everything via email for possible small claims later on.
My husband purchased his phone new. Within a few months, it would not charge. We sent the phone to Samsung and they said the motherboard was going out. They said in order to replace it with the warranty, they need to fix everything, including the screen that had a small crack. They said the screen would cost us over $300 to fix. We told them we didn't want the screen fixed, just the motherboard which is covered under the warranty. They said they wouldn't be able to unless we paid to have the screen fixed as well. $300 was out of our budget, so we couldn't get the phone fixed. It went into a drawer and become a $1000 brick that was not usable. Biggest scam ever. I've always gone with iPhone, and their customer service is amazing. They really back their product, and my husband will now only purchase Apple. Samsung lost a lifetime customer over their ridiculousness.
Samsung washer is the worst washer machine I have ever owned. I will never recommend this brand and will go on social media to tell everyone my experience. I have wasted my money and will purchase another brand. Samsung sucks.
To me Samsung is the best electronic brand so far. They just tend to get better and better every year new phones, new t.vs, new dvds, and radios also tablets. And every year they tend to get more advance... Tvs and phones upgrade on everything graphics and bigger screens i have a Galaxy S6 edge and i love everything about it
Seriously, I've bought my SyncMaster 943n way back in 2006 and up until now it worked perfectly. Though colors may not be the most accurate in the world and it heats up quite a lot after a couple hours, but that's minor issues.
I purchased this phone as all the reviews basically said its problem was no removable battery. Well this phone has a lot bigger issues. It totally shut down after 19 days and even the samsung rep said it was dead and it had to be sent back. Now since its passed 14 days which is ridiculous, it has to be mailed back. So now i have no phone for at least 7 days. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. I believe that the samsung egde has the same issues. Buy an LG and do yourself a favor.

After the last update my phone Z fold 4 have restart itself several times and since the moment phone switched back on it couldent locate any WiFi network, cannot turn on bluetooth, cannot provide hotspot, draining battery much faster and slowed the phone 10 times and because of a tiny dent they didnt want to fix because of the warranty.
I believe that was Samsungs doing so they should cover the whole cost of the repair and they didnt.
Please avoid them at any cost!

Extremely poor service starting from ticket creation and response from service center.
Its been a month that I am trying to get my TV fixed and due to extremely poor customer service, I have not been able to get it done.
Tried to redeem a FREE offer that came with a newly purchased phone. Had the hardest time with customer service. It's free afterall... why put me through he'll. Had to listen to service rep complain essentially about phone carrier not having the free item at store. Not helpful at all. Was back and forth between phone carrier and Samsung customer service. If it's so hard to get free item included when buying phone don't advertise it!
I already had a Samsung DVD player that has no on-off light which cause much inconvenience.
I bought the a Galaxy A32 5G phone from T-Mobile and it was never satisfactory mostly because the touch screen is hyper-active. I changed server to Consumer Cellular. Whenever I allow a Samsung update it invalidates the new connection and I have to reconnect to the network. I will never buy another Samsung product. The customer service rep was less help than the bot that answered the call and only established that I was out of warranty. I do not consider that to be the issue.
