So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

Looks nice, I love the Samsung phones, Though the new S22 is totally unusable. We got two neither one we can hear the other person; they are wispier quiet. Oh, and where are the chargers? You spend good money for a phone and need to spend more money to use it. Yet more corporate greed.

I love their cell phones. I hate their financing company TD Bank, as I set up autopay via my checking account yet they never processed it fully and they did not get my initial payments and I never got notified until 2 months later. By then it was too late and the late pays hit my credit score with -50 points.

WARNING: if you have to deal with their financing co TD Bank, triple check your autopay is turned on.

Tip for consumers:
do NOT use their financial company TD bank, they are very shady and will ruin your credit score unless you watch them closely.

Home Depot-Samsung THIEVES. How I got robbed - bought a combo washer-dryer, after deliver (~1wk) noticed a noise when using the washer (see video). Called Home Depot-Samsung back and forth, a serviceman came out to take a look, but did not see anything. A week went by and the noise was there - serviceman this time moved the machine and noticed a large dent in back right corner (from or during delivery) and said only fix is a replacement. So, still waiting (by the way machines were delivered on Nov. 04, so 2 months and counting). Thank you and happy holidays to you as well Home Depot-Samsung THIEVES. So negative 5 stars, nice service... sorry video is too large to upload.

Tip for consumers:
Not necessarily an issue with product, but return-service is the WORST

Samsung customer services is without question the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

If you can find another product, I urge you to go elsewhere. If something goes wrong with your product, or you need to return something, or you just need technical support, you will find the most inept service that will probably result in you losing the will to live.

Bought a Samsung washer and dryer set and within a year, the washer bites the dust. Samsung says they will replace, but this process takes forever. I am on week 3 without my washer working and they are saying it could be another week. Their replacement process definitely needs to be reviewed, as how can they expect a family to go 3-4 weeks without their washer? They clearly do not care about their customers. I guess, off to the laundromat again. Thanks Samsung!

I dropped my samsung 8s only had it for 8 months cracked glass, samsung told me that it was not covered? Talked to friends and a Lot of them have the same problem, sound to me like a bad or weak glass? Maybe they should build a product that will last for more than 8 months.
I moved on after lots of samsung phones and will not buy another untill they back there weak products.$200.00/285.00 to replace untill it breaks again?

Once again I am disappointed by Samsung. My Note 2, my Note 4, and now my Galaxy S7 still have the same problems as ever. Voice typing does not work properly which in this modern day is a huge problem. Punctuation is spelled out just as often as it is properly placed. Punctuation matters, Samsung. You might want to check out the website dedicated to Samsung punctuation malfunction. Additionally, about every third word is mistyped. It is very frustrating to have to go back to every single thing I just voice typed and make all the corrections and add the punctuation and delete the wrong words. I have to do this every single time and I've had to do it for all of the years I've had a Samsung phone. Are you ever going to correct your voice typing problems? Or are you just going to continue to come out with cool gadgets without ever bothering to fix real problems, ala Deep Water Horizon?

I just called to find out the TV frame that I purchased from their website does not seem like fits the new QLED TV that I also purchased from their website too. I was in the phone for more than an hour and being transferred to 4 different representatives in different departments without any solution. It looks like everyone is waiting to transfer to the next person as none of them knows what they are doing. At last I was told that I need to call the first person where I started (e/commerce) as I have to return the frame as it will not fit. Horrible experience. Will never buy anything from this website and advise everyone to do so. They deserve ZERO star.

I had ordered two cases for my samsung s7 edge. When my ordered arrived after three weeks. My order was to be shipped expedited. I only received one case. I had called customer service and they stated there was not anything they could do and my issue would have to be escalated to warehouse. Warehouse would have to locate my item. I have not heard anything from them. I contacted my bank to receive my money bank. They have lost my business.

I have always loved Samsung products but the customer service is horrid. I applied for financing and was approved however they cancelled my order the next day so I reorder and the same thing I call and they put me on hold for 40 minutes just to tell me to call TDI bank so I do. No problems there, I still was approved and no block on my account so I call Samsung back and they tell me there is nothing they can do unless I want to pay with my credit card. Seriously!?! So needless to say I take a small hit to my credit for applying for absolutely nothing.

Screen protector that come on phone is cracked. I have spent HOURS on call with Samsung and have got no help at all. I spend a lot of money on phones, but this is absolutely the worst phone and phone service I have ever had.

I've got a smartphone that belongs to that brand. What I really like and find the biggest advantage of this phone is a high quality of screen colors. Even the iPhone doesn't have such a high quality of colors. Of course, there are a lot of disadvantages like after a year of using the phone it works unnormal and loses its charge power. Anyway, it is one of better brands that produce phones with good quality.

From my first mobile phone brand which i was using during my childhood to the phone brand that I am using know, there is only brand that is Samsung. But the phone which I have know is not as good as said by Samsung. Disappointed know due to the product quality.

They ran around when they couldn't fix my galaxy8+ when my phone was still under warranty. They put me on hold for nearly 1 hr more than one time and promised to call me back but they never did. The problem has been about two months and after they couldn't fix my phone they tried to avoid me. Today when speaking to the $#*! supervisor, calling center in Canada was told by her the 1 yr warranty doesn't give me brand new phone when they couldn't fix my phone (which was not true when I purchased my phone) but will give me better options. Samsung just lose a customer. If I can give them a negative star I would cause they dont deserve any star especially with all the rude $#*! customers service

I bought a washer and dryer set for my mother. She was excited at first, until she turned on the dryer and it was extremely loud. So we called Samsung to get it replaced or fixed. They sent someone to fix it and we were told the dryer was damaged on both sides of the drum and it was unfixable. So now samsung is giving us the run around and a customer service agent even hung up on my mom. They're dragging their feet, trying not to replace it and we haven't even had it for 30 days, plus I bought a 5 year warranty, which was no help. Safe to say this will be my last time shopping with Samsung, which is sad because I've always been a supporter of Samsung. But this is the 3rd product I've bought from them in the last year, they has been defective and had to be replaced.

Wish I could rate a ZERO. After numerous phone calls concerning the volume for my television which started a few months after purchase, well within the warranty period; Samsung now tells me it is out of warranty. They didn't correct the problem when it first started and would not authorize a service call when it was within the warranty period and now as they planned the warranty period is expired and use that excuse not to fix it. We have numerous Samsung products, but will NEVER purchase another one.

Wrost services given samsung. I used samsung galaxy a12 last 6 months and I have facing lots of issue, after 4 month charger is not working, now speaker is not working properly, hanging issues,. Customer care not help properly. Don't buy samsung phones

I bought a refregerator samsung french doors, 3000. 00 for this hunk of junk, it has not worked right since i bought this thing, if you buy one of these, buy the extended warranty, i bout the extra 4 year plan. Every thing on it has been replaced, the compressor twice. Lots of luck to you when you buy one of thier refers

My refrigerator wasn't cooling and eventually went out. I called Samsung and was told I could get compensated for my food loss. Several times I had to call and every time they had to give me a new ticket number, I sent a copy of my food receipts and then they told me no they needed a list. So I do all of this over a month's time only for them to tell me oh your refrigerator is not under warranty so we can't compensate you. All this time none of the reps told me that. So I wasted a months time for no help at all with my food loss and having to get a new refrigerator. Sucks won't buy from them again.!

Refrigerator did not last two years. TV did not last five years. Poor performance and bad quality control. I am done buying inferior products from Samsung. Going back to Sony and LG on TVs and back to Kenmore on refrigerators

I purchased a Samsung frig at Lowes. It is less than 4 years old. Broken twice and I had to pay for the repairs. I found out there is a class action lawsuit against them for this frig. I called to see if they would stand behind their product. They said they would send their repair person out to check it. I get a text from their repair person stating that it will costs me $200.00 just for the person to come into my house! That price is not even deducted from the cost to fix it. That is just to show up. It can't be fixed. It is defective. I'm screwed and will have to purchase another frig. NEVER EVER EVER will I purchase a Samsung product.

If you would like to talk to smart $#*! customer service that are happy to send you to dead end recording that is the company you shpuld choose, otherwise stay away from this product! Never again Samsung!

I have a new Samsung dryer (1 year) and the lint basket in front allows all kinds of items to slide down into the bottom of the machine. This causes it to make a grinding noise. Once I had a service person come and he found coins and again I am having noise. I used all kinds of contraptions to clean out under the lint basket and there is still a noise and Samsung will not honor the warrantee unless I pay to have a professional appliance person level the machine. (It was hooked up by Best Buy and an appliance person was here previously) I am disappointed with the machine and Samsung.

Samsung website never work correctly when you try to make a purchase with discount offer. It happened to me when I tried to purchase my S22 Ultra and now the same when i tried to buy the Book 2 Pro 360. The discount doesn't applied. Contact their support. Virtually useless.

Tip for consumers:
Don't try to use their website for discount offer. It never work. Seem like they did it intentionally.

Products used:
only bought the S22 ulttra... couldn't get thru with the Book 2 Pro 360. I gave up. Hate the buying experience on Samsung website. It's so dumb.

The customer service is extremely bad they hang up 2 times in 1 day the phone just because they are not able to answer to simple questions like "Why samsung pay is not working in ireland and if there is any plan of fixing this problem in the near future " and " if esim for galaxy watch will be available in Ireland in the near future " basicly the girl on the phone had no idea what i was talking about, it is absurd for a big company like Samsung to have such a pure customer service and to put on the ireland market at full price products that don't do what they promised to do. I am a fan samsung, and i feel disappointed. Hopefully they will improve in this side o their business.
