So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

Samsung refused to repair my dishwasher that was diagnosed with a "pc" error code (circuit board or wire harness defect) because the plastic rail that supports the front left foot has a small crack in it which I had nothing to do with. They blamed the retailer's delivery service. I spoke to a representative from customer service, a representative from repairs and finally a supervisor. The best they could do is compare their policy to other companies rather than explain why their company is different than any other. The dishwasher is 11 months old and is unusable, it cost over $700.00. Samsung is a $233 billion dollar company that gives no latitude to it's supervisors. The supervisor that I spoke with explained to me that as a supervisor he cannot change policy and can only explain what it is. He apologized for not giving me any options so I told him that he did give me options...the option to never do business with his horrible company again. Awful company, awful experience. If zero was a rating I would have picked that!

Samsung is the name of a company that is synonymous with lack of ethics, deception, scams and no customer service. They sell defective products that end up costing you more than the exorbitant amount you paid in the first place. Like paying double for a samsung waterfall dishwasher that never worked in the first place. Samsung is filled with CEOs who are scammers - they are in it for the profit. They do not understand what customer service involves and they avoid taking responsibility for any problems cause by their poor manufacturing standards. NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT + you will regret the purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Should have done some research on SAMSUNG in advance to learn about how unreliable they are and unethical.

Products used:
Samsung provided a new dishwasher, microwave and stove and all were defective and didn't work for long. Thereafter there was always difficulty getting service and charges were exorbitant. I asked for items like the dishwasher which didn't work from the start to be replaced - but there was never any response or interest in providing customer service. Samsung should not be allowed to operate in Canada - they are scammers.

Bought a refurbished phone, camera wouldn't focused and made a weird clicking noise, tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back because of a scratch on the back of the phone. The phone was broken when they sold it to me and they wouldn't take it back because of a tiny scratch on their flimsy phone. Customer service guy was rude and yelled at me accusing me of breaking the phone and trying to return it. Threw the whole phone away. I'll never buy Samsung again.

Received Gear watch for Christmas 2018.
Watch wasn't working as of May 2019.
Contacted Samsung. They told me that I needed a serial number for the watch. They told me that the serial number would have been on a piece of paper on the backside of the watch!

Needless to say after wearing the watch for six months, There was no longer any piece of paper on the backside of the watch.
Samsung did not stand behind the watch because I could not find the piece of paper that had the serial number.

I did have an invoice from Amazon showing that the watch was purchased on December 2018. Unfortunately, for some reason that invoice did not have the serial number.

They will not honor the warranty!

UNBELIEVABLE!

Why am I not surprised at the 1.7 rating of Samsung. I ordered a new Samsung S22 Ultra on April 1st, received it on 4/5. Noticed that Samsung has a new promotion starting on April 4th for a $100 Samsung credit which could be used when you order a S22+ or Ultra. I called the customer service to request the $100 promotion so I can order the cases but they said thy cannot as the promotion started on 4th. The option they gave was to return the S22 Ultra and re-order, how dumb are they as the phone is no longer new as I opened it and when I return the phone which is no longer new lost more than $100 promotional credit. Why am I not surprised at their stupidity. Well I decided to return the phone and reordered to get 3 free cases and a new S22 Ultra.

Google for promotions before you order.

We purchased all of our appliances from them when we built our house. A stove, refridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Exactly one year the door to the dryer broke and we had to pay to have it fixed. We were told we were too rough on it. We are a couple in our 60's. Next, the stove top stained when food spilled over on it, next the dishwasher broke and luckily my husband fixed it, next the ice maker started spitting out ice cubes all over the kitchen floor, next the dishwasher broke again and the husband fixed it again, next the dryer broke and we had to pay to get it fixed, it broke again one week after being fixed so we bought another a Whirlpool.

My wife and I purchased two Samsung Galaxie S7 edge's and submitted a claim for the Gear VR offer. They rejected the receipt saying first is was not purchased at an approved location and secondly that the prices of the two devices were not on the receipt. We spent around $1600 for two phones at an approved Verizon store and sent them the entire receipt and Samsung ran out of the product and is doing every thing they can to get out of honoring this promotion. Samsung has great products what is happening to there customer satisfaction?

I bought this galaxy c9 pro 64 gb on 18 june 2017... its not even a month old and statred showing its real colors... i mean they say it has a 6gb ram etc etc... after few days it started lagging... phone apps crashes and lot more... problems... and one day the phone starts unlocking by itself. I mean what the hell is this. The phone has fingerprint and password but still it was unlocking... sorry to say but this is the mistake of my life for buying samsung c9 pro. Wasted my ******* rupess... i swear i will not buy a samsung device next time..

I bought the samsung S22 ultra and traded in my samsung S22 ultra 5g. Samsung charged my credit card $829.25 and said they never received the phone! Wow, I'm in the battle now trying to get my money back! I have spent thousands of dollars on smart watches, cellphones, and bluetooth devices from samsung. No More this is a nightmare!

I order S pen October 1st and today is 31. Call 7 time to the customer service Look like monkey business customer service to warehouse nobody answer correctly today the told me the item is auto off Stock end up canceling the order I will never buy anything direct from Samsung anymore

I love my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 to film for my growing YouTube channel. It really is the best phone I've owned in terms of performance and features. But our very high-end 82" Samsung 8 series 4K TV is an awesome machine to watch Netflix, however the remote will lose connection when the TV is first turned on, and I have been noticing the issue for a whole year. Overall great company with quality electronics.

I called Samsung about a damaged device. I was on the phone with a female rep for an hour and completely explained my problem with the phone. The rep told me that the phone is under warranty and there would be no charge to fix it... it would take about a week. She sent me an email to print the shipping label and I mailed the phone to the service center. A week goes and I get a email saying that the price is being changed from free to $150.46. I called Samsung to find out why and am now being told that the problem is not covered, that the 1st rep gave me the wrong information, and that if I want the phone fixed that I would have to pay $150.46. This is unprofessional! BAIT & SWITCH tactics to charge unsuspecting customers and piss poor service. I talked to customer service and 2 supervisors who apologized but did nothing. Bottom line... pay. DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT OF ANY TYPE. I know I will never buy their products again.

Samsung is unable to block scam calls. Idiots...and frustrating. If I was able to block and add in scam rightawsy.I would save myself of repeated scam calls.
Samsung programming is cheap.not intellegent.

We purchased a Samsung aFter having problems with Electrolux(the repairmen we're older and didn't know how to repair the computer part of the refrigerator) and we went from the sfiring pan into the fire. I don't know how many times this refrigerator has had issues. The freezer has frozen up countless times, but now the refrigerator part has stopped working and this is the 12th time that the food has spoiled. Do yourself a favor and stay away fro Samsung!

Every Samsung product my husband & I have purchased either breaks down easily, doesn't do what it's hyped to do, or it's no longer supported by them within a short product life-span. Trying to purchase on their website is a nightmare! My latest horror story? I went on their website, had a question about the product, so I clicked on chat. "Sure, I can help you," the representative writes. Ha! 1. I didn't get any help regarding linking to my existing account -to apply it to the newest purchase. 2. Rep entered WRONG Trade-in item. 3. When I realized his error, Rep wrote "so sorry for your inconvenience, but I can't help you," and told me I had to cancel it myself. 4. Their system is NOT user-friendly -if not rigged- thus it would not allow me to CANCEL. 5. Many chats, text messages, emails & painful phone conversations with outsourced call centers filled with reps who do NOT have a TRUE command of the English language, my issue is still NOT resolved! In the meantime, I have been greatly inconvenienced all week with my funds tied up by their charges to my credit card, and my schedule totally disrupted! No, I would NOT recommended Samsung!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of the hype! They're not worth it. They do not deliver on their promises, and their customer service stinks, to say the least.

Purchased a Galaxy Tab S7+ directly from Samsung. During this process I had a live chat going and was asking questions about delivery. Multiple times I was told that it would be delivered that day, which didn't seem right. I went ahead and ordered, and immediately the expected delivery date changed from 8/5 to 8/10, not surprising. On 8/10 the status updated to delayed, with no other details. I lost track of exactly how many times I was in contact with Samsung regarding this, but between 7-9 times, and during all that, the only resolution options were as follows:
1. "Let me escalate this": which leads to an email about a day to two days later stating 'your order is still delayed'
2. You can cancel your order.
3. Please wait.
4. About three times I was offered a 'supervisor' though magically the last two times my connection was terminated, which never happened any other time...

That's it. This is the entirety of Samsung's conflict resolution. At this point maybe I'm just lucky I didn't get the tablet and have a problem with it because obviously, I'd be on my own. Not done with Android, but I am done with Samsung. That does include their TV's, home appliances, and accessories. I've had problems with them all over the last five years. Steer clear of Samsung!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this site. If you're dead set on a Samsung product, buy from a distributor that knows what they're doing.

Never received this product ordered. Have used 3 models of Galaxy smart phone, Galaxy tab S3, dish washer, washer and dryer, refrigerator, and TV.

I was on phone with customer support for over 2 hrs to purchase a new charger. I was transferred twice, was forced to download an application for remote access. Samsungs website couldn't process my payment and then I was hung up on. I never got the charger.

If I could give a -10 I would! I bought a TV. It went to 10 places incorrectly before it got to me. It was a gift for my daughter. She lives in a different state and drove it to her home. She returned it on time and unopened. We got emails saying return accepted and then it arrived at Samsung. No refund. Called for the 20th time and a guy sent me an email saying full refund would go through. Next got a letter saying won't give me the refund because wasn't returned from the original address. What a bunch of BS. On yet another call. No one state side to talk to. No corporate phone number. This is the worst company ever!

DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG EVER!

I bought a new washer and dryer 2 years ago, after a year the washer started to make a swooshing noise as if the water did not completely drain, took apart and found water was caught in upper rim of drum, had to drill holes to drain
Today on the dryer the main control board fried, could see arcing in the card when powered up, $230 TO REPLACE. My old whirlpool set lasted 23 years, the only reason I replaced them is a bearing went in the washer. There was nothing wrong with the dryer

We bought samsung french door fridge freezer a few months ago, since day one we had a problem with it,fridge has a manufacture fault, there was some fixing missing, we contact samsung straight away, it took them couple months to book engeener, after egeener visit we find out that work he has done was very,very unprofesional, wrong type of fixing was fitted,also we found some scratches on metal brackets expose bare metal, now we have even bigger issues with the fridge then before repair, and we still cannot using it propely, avoid samsung!

Terrible customer service, their own we page is full of deceptive reviews. The batteries will only charge with the specific Samsung charger, non compatible with other high performance accessories

I bought a Samsung screen in November of last year, but unfortunately, it was filled with technical problems. There was an annoying sound of discharging charges and an issue with the screen's remote. I contacted the technical support, and they informed me that there was no problem with the remote and that the reason was the sluggish Tizen system. After arguing with the representative, they told me that the remote was faulty, but unfortunately, the warranty was only for 6 months, and it had expired, so they couldn't assist me.

As for the issue of the discharging sound, I contacted them several times, and each time they responded by requesting pictures or videos of the problem, claiming they would help. However, they eventually attributed the problem to the home's electricity, stating that it was causing the issue.

Is it reasonable to blame the electricity for the problem, Samsung? Why didn't I face this issue with my old screen?

I don't recommend anyone to buy samsung
Buying samsung is waste of money
You buy expensive phone after 1 year you have to replace the motherboard
And the Samsung service is very bad
Can you imagine having important files and important calls and meetings and suddenly the phone stops working and it's barely new
And when you visit the customer service first thing they say that you have to pay and you have to delete everything and replace your motherboard and we can't help you more than that...
I paid 1200$ for my phone and all i get is bugs and freeze and crashes
