So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Here I am wanting to buy a phone and what happens they $#*!ing reject it TWICE. And they dont return my money till five business days after they charge me for nothing. Now i would not mind getting the money back later if it where a small amount but it is 700 POUNDS. I AM SICK AN TIERED of these MORONS. Samsung sent a technician to repair a leak in my refrigerator. He took 40 minutes and replaced a condenser fan which can be ordered online for less than $100. They charged me $500, a sum I allowed them to hold until the problem was diagnosed and repaired. I have never received an invoice or accounting for the cost of labor or parts. Repeated calls only got me passed around from department to department with failed promises to escalate and remedy the complaint. I spent hours upon hours on the phone talking to over a dozen individuals without any proper response or explanation. I feel I was mislead and deceived when scheduling the repair and offered no satisfactory explanation after the work was completed. I emailed the CEO's office and received the same run around. No one seems to know anything or have the authority to do anything. WARNING: If something goes wrong with your product after warranty, do NOT contact Samsung and fall into this pit of lack of customer care and absence of good business practices. I will not purchase another Samsung product ever. I will be replacing my phone and other household appliances with products from companies that treat their customers with respect and care. Samsung is NOT on that list based on my experience. BEWARE!
Worst customer service experience we ever had. We purchased a brand new home in Dec 2016. Moved into that home in January 2017. Turns out Samsung dishwasher from day 1 never worked. It was a brand new unit, never before used. I called their technical support a series of times for over 2 months. They considered the product out of one year warranty zone because the builder's purchase date exceeded a year. Learned from local appliance service techs that this particular model has a water level sensor issue and Samsung never did a product recall. Twice, Samsung issued me authorization codes for service repair. BE CAREFUL with those! They did that on my expense. Bottom line, they never took responsibility for the defect. They wore me out and I just went to purchase a new dishwasher NOT a Samsung. Their customer support telephone staff are very POLITE - but they give you the Chinese grin (or should I say Korean grin). They say yes, we help you... but as it unfolds, they mean NO, we won't pay one penny - you are on your own.
Samsung has to be the WORST customer service i have ever seen. Order a washer and dryer 3 1/2 weeks ago still haven't received it. You call customer service all you get is somebody you can barley understand they don't even take the time to look up the item they just say oh it's delayed will CLEARLY that's why i called cause i can see that on my end but instead of them researching to see what's going on they just end the call you literally have to ask for a supervisor just for somebody to do some work. Absolutely RIDICULOUS i will NEVER EVER ORDER OR BUY FOR SAMSUNG AGAIN.

I bought a stove, microwave and refrigerator 2.5 years ago. Within the first month one of the stove burners didn't work and i had to fight to get new stove but now my fridge just went out and I had to contact them multiple times because they were not even going to tell me!. After talking with someone for about 10 minutes on the phone they tell me there is no one in the area to fix their crappy product... I take that back they said they had someone but he doesn't come with good recommendations! SERIOUSLY bad PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE customer service NEVER AGAIN!
Three months ago I bought a new Samsung Qled tv and it stopped working two days ago out of the blue. I called Samsung and within two days they sent someone to my house and luckily I had warranty with Samsung for a year they fixed the problem with no charge and btw the guys name is Scott he was awesome!
Do not use this co. Unless you don't mind the product being obsolete by the time it finally arrives shipping is horrible and customer service is no existent

Samsung's customer service is horrendous. They would do better just not having customer service reps as their agents are sarcastic, hang up and a huge detriment to their company. Its the opposite of customer service.
Their s8 and s9 devices are arguably the most fragile in the industry, despite their good functionality.
Making phones entirely out of glass because of the visual appeal is pointless because in order to protect your phone you have to get a solid case that protects the entire device. These are NOT strong phones.
Called Samsung asking about an easy way to get the phone repaired, and they said it had to be sent across the country to do so. (there was an authorized samsung repair where I live they were unable to tell me about)
When I complained about the fragility of their device, the agent became sarcastic and said "well its made of glass!" In the same call he said how strong the glass was.
This company is a joke, they do NOT care about anything but your money, even at the expense of their own reputation. They have no way to escalate anything besides copy and paste agents who repeat the same line without even understanding what your concerns were to begin with.
Tread with caution buying ANYTHING Samsung. They have a strong reputation for abysmal service. If you ever have to call them for anything... good luck.

I spent $6.5k on a whole suite of kitchen appliances - not great, but dishwasher is horrendous - does not have a heating element so their answer is to run the tap for 7 minutes until my water in the sink reaches 120 degrees, and then run the dishwasher OR increase the heat on my hot water heater, no matter the danger it will cause to a kid who just switches on the tap. I have just had Penelope from Extra Care (LOL) call me - is should be Less Care - they can do nothing as I purchased a machine without a heating element - who knew that in 2022 Samsung would omit a main part of a dishwasher - she also told me she was calling from the office of the CEO - a sad day for Samsung - I guess reviews speak volumes!

While I think Samsung does very good deals for trade-ins and buying a new phone, their website for ordering is HORRIBLE. I spent 2 days trying to pre-order their new z fold 4 and every time I try there is an error that prevents me from checking out. In addition to this, once I finally got my order through, I saw that some of the credit from a promotion was not added. I spoke with an "expert" through the chat service on the app and they instructed me to cancel my previous order, and re-order so they could email me the credits. Once I did all the "expert" had told me, they disconnected and I never heard anything about how to get my credit sent to me. I spoke with support about this issue and its been a week without anything resolved. I only get emails every few days letting me know that it is under review.
Overall, the website crashes and has a ton of errors, and the customer service is bad enough to where the "experts" seem to just lie to you and then disconnect when they realize they have given you false info.

Be ready for frustration if it's during a pre-order time.
Honestly I am very happy with my Samsung phone, this is my third in row, and I prefer more Android phones then Iphone, it's much more easier to use, at least for me. I bought Galaxy 22, I love everything, but camera is really great, and since I travel a lot, I use camera the most!

Returned a product purchased from Samsung Direct. Three ticket/case numbers, 4 calls and nearly 3 months after Samsung received the product - STILL NO REFUND - "it is still in process". Last call: no prediction as to when refund will process.
HORRIBLE - fortunately it was a $100 product. Have purchased many items before and did not need to return. Will NEVER buy an expensive item due to this HORRIFIC experience. Almost ready to request a refund from credit card issuer.
I really don't understand we pay all this money for a Samsung phone witch is priced over $600 in some cases, my question is why are the Chargers so cheap I haven't had my phone for year and my charger cord is ripping in half, so basically you have us pay all this money for the phones and the Chargers are cheap as $#*! you need to put a warranty on these broke cheap $#*! chargers.

I placed and paid for an online order and was told delivery would be 2 days later... then on the scheduled day they postponed to 10 days, then 12, then just delayed...(BTW - at least 2 other stockists have the product in stock for next day delivery at same or better price - which I have now purchased - but I thought I was doing the right thing going via the Official Samsung website). So I contacted them by chat/and email, with no success. Asked them to cancel and refund me. More than 3 weeks after this (6 weeks from ordering) and despite chasing with several emails, 2 online chats, and a 35 minute call they STILL don't know when they will refund. They are not even disputing they owe the refund, they just don't know when they will do it (or when they will get round to it). Asked to speak to a supervisor - "can't do that, they will be back to you within 48 hours".
A shambolic customer service experience. They have had my money for 6 weeks (undisputed), I do not have the goods (undisputed) so what is so difficult? I expected much better.

I am really satisfied with Samsung generally. I just bought Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, and it looks incredible, i never imagine that smart phone can look like that, amazing! I am a college student, I NEED my phone to use blackboard and to access some of my penal law files. I just got off of the phone with Samsung customer service regarding my galaxy s6 (which was the worst 2 hours of my life). My phone will not take a charge whatsoever regardless of the method, therefore not powering on. A fairly large issue. They told me it would be 9-11 Business days to get it back! WHAT THE HECK I cant go a class period without using my phone 20 times for laws and books! I can't go two weeks! I WILL BE SWITCHING TO APPLE AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME BEFORE YOUR PHONE HAS AN ISSUE! Screw Samsung and their crappy customer service, who by the way hardly speak a lick of English!

Worst phone I've ever owned. 21,22 & 23 Ultra are known to have bluetooth chipset and other motherboard chipset issues. All samsung offers is to do a factory reset of the phone.

A year ago we bought a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot in Ontario, CA. A year later, it buzzes like a wrong answer on a game show. It does it 24 hours a day and the worst in the middle of the night and loud. Trying to get Samsung to come out too a week. Their service person said I needed to record the buzz. You try running for your phone in the middle of the night or across the house because the buzz is only seconds but long enough to make your life hell. So they schedule another person to come out. Its' already a week with this. We are ready for this appointment when that tech calls and says he's too busy and can't come out for another week! 6 calls to Samsung, demanded a supervisor but she had no idea what a buzzer was. It was almost comical. So I decide to call Home Depot. Yeah they have what they call Customer Care. He listened to the whole story and came back on the phone and told me nothing they could do. The worst part is I bought two of these fridges, one for me and one for my daughter because they were on sale. So here I am. This noise box. Waiting now another week for him to come out and tell me he needs to hear the buzz. Then he needs to live in my house. Samsung needs to replace this refrigerator. Maybe I will edit my review when a decision is made about this but one thing for sure, I sure wish I had purchased a Whirlpool.

I purchased a Galaxy active to watch about a year and a half ago. Had no issues with it till recently when it stopped charging. Called up Samsung and they stated it was still under manufacturer warranty. Awesome so I sent it to them. About a week later I received an email stating that my warranty will not cover the repair due to water was inside the watch. I found that hard to believe because water never touched it. Yes I'm one of those guys who took off his watch when was raining because I don't trust the "water resistant". They wanted me to pay an extra $238 dollars to fix the motherboard. Told them no thank you because if arm sweat can disable a $300 watch it's not worth it for me. They sent the watch back and two days later I decided to charge it one more time. The battery started working again. So now I have questions if the warranty department even looked at my watch. I do not believe in motherboard angels and don't believe that they sprinkled chipped dust to make why watch working again. So I guess maybe it's time for me to get out of my safety zone and try out other products. Sorry for the long story. Thank you Samsung for not fixing my watch. It's working now
