So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER.
We purchased a Samsung Dishwasher 6 weeks ago. One week ago we found water pooling at the base of the dishwasher during the wash cycle. We called Samsung support and they sent local service company to inspect for repair. Local company found a split in the seam which was responsible for the leak. There were no signs of damage to the exterior of the unit. If the unit had been dented or damaged from the exterior with force enough to impact the interior the aluminum plate on the side of the machine would have shown signs of impact. That was not the case. This was a manufacturing issue. When local service company called in to report findings, Samsung technical support declared leak due to "physical damage" and refuses to do anything in way of compensation. I called Samsung for 3 days being bounced from one dept to another and finally escalated the issue and they said their hands were tied b/c the Samsung Technical Support Team by way of video link and photos had deemed issue due to physical damage. The local repair company disagreed with the Samsung conclusion.
I have done some research over the last couple of days and have found I am not alone. Samsung dishwashers are a minefield of repair and manufacturing defects, my finding supported by anecdotal feedback from local repair company.
We were big fans of Samsung until this issue. We have purchased (2) refrigerators which we love but we will not purchase another Samsung product because of this experience.
I wanted to replace my 13 year old Samsung fridge with a 29 cu. Ft. Smart BESPOKE 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Customizable Panel Colors. I paid up front. Big mistake, never do that! First confirmed delivery date was scheduled for Dec. 6, which was pushed back to Dec. 13 and then to Dec. 20. Today (Dec. 14) I received notification that "We may need to reschedule your installation service."
When I speak with their reps I get no help. When I try to use their website form for contact it doesn't work properly. When I called to cancel the order I was told it can't be cancelled, I need to "deny delivery" when the trucking company eventually contacts me.
I can't even check on the status of my order because I've never been given the name of the delivery company or an ID # to use for tracking. So Samsung will keep the full payment I made and, if the delivery service ever calls and the fridge is returned, I will apparently have to wait for a refund till Hell freezes over.
I will never buy another Samsung product since I now know that they grab payment as quickly as possible, don't deliver on their promises, won't cancel, don't give the name of the shipper or an ID# to track the order, have a website that makes you go round and round without letting you get anywhere, and won't return payment. This is not an honorable company.
Update Dec. 15: My newest "confirmed" delivery date is Dec. 27.
I am dedicating my day to making sure i can review samsung as many places as possible. This is the worst exerience i have ever had with a product. Customer service is a goddamn nightmare! 12 weeks without a fridge, 5 weeks go by before i had to contact them again about refunding me for food lost... they say they want one thing... then they say they need another... such a run around. DO NOT BUY Samsung A22. I got one with a huge defect. Basically it cannot load the data of certain websites and apps and if has the worst camera ever! Such a pain in the $#*! when you need it to work. Talked to their team for three months. One department said I should send something called silent log to them for analysis. When I told them it didn't work to turn the silent log on, I was sent to another department, who told me only developers can turn on silent log. When I told them I needed to send the silent log to them for analysis, they again sent me to the first department, who told me again to SEND THE THE $#*!ING SILENT LOG that I can't turn on. It goes in a circle. I give up. I'm going to purchase a new phone og ANOTHER brand.
I bought a range, used the stovetop about 3x and 5 weeks in the surface is rubbing off. They told me it was my fault customer caused damage. How, by putting a pot on top of the stove? I guess they think we're supposed to hold it above the range top and let it hover so it never touches the surface. I've had glass stovetops for 15 years, I only use cerama bryte which is their recommended cleaner and the surface is peeling off. Samsung's warranty is a sham, they'll just blame the customer no matter what so they don't have to pay a dime to fix their defective products. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG

It's still on a very dated Android 4.0 so many apps cannot be installed or updated; in fact there's been no software update since mid 2012! According to CSRs at Samsung Contact Center, that's their business strategy to limit updates so to force customers to buy new phones. One rep even said 'that's how Samsung stays in business... do you know how many new phones Samsung released in the last 6 months'. Samsung only cares about profit not consumer rights; I bought a smart phone and nobody told me it would become a 'dumb' phone after 3 years. A word of caution: all Samsung smart phones have a maximum lifespan of THREE years only and they will NOT update OS ONE year after your phone purchase!.
Samsung's excuse was 'hardware limitation'. Extensive online resources point out it's up to the cellphone manufacturer to develop and release new OS versions to existing phones, nothing to do with 'hardware'. Samsung is doing exactly the opposite of what they should do to force new sales. Very insidious business strategy! Stay away unless you want a 'dumb' phone after 1 year!

I have a Samsung fridge and have issues with it. Lost tons of food. Samsung said they would make it right and to get a list of the food and cost of loss. I don't just that and it was hard to put a cost on wild game and salmon I have caught. I gave them a list and all I got was Silence. I had to get the BBB involved. They sent them a letter and they finally gave us a check for the junky refrigerator but would only give so much for the food loss. So my wife wanted to try the same fridge but newer model. It has been so so but things breaking on it all the time. We also have a Samsung doulbe oven. Now it is a pice of junk. The door is warped never sealed properly and trying to order any parts is a joke. JUST AVOID SAMSUNG APPLIANCES LIKE THE PLAGUE

Customer service is basically non-existent. The website is a joke. First I tried to see if I would be able to purchase an extra canister for their highly talked about Jet 90 self cleaning station. The chat support asked me to confirm multiple times what I was looking for, after which they told me to look up the parts in the J&J site or call a phone number. The J&J site didn't have it as far as I could tell - the site had no extra information on parts or images for the parts to know what I am actually looking at! I also tried to reach out with regards to my rewards which I have partial awarded. The other half is pending with no valid reason (all purchased same day). The site says that the reward would be given 15 days after purchase was received. It has been amount 2 months. When I reached out to the chat support, they stated they only provide technical support. Gave me a number to call and a website. The website was the Samsung website - loop around. The number called was incorrect, as they supported Home Appliances, but not vacuums... so then I had to be transferred to ANOTHER department! After another long wait on the phone, the rep was not able to answer anything. She was extremely confused and just gave random answers, but when met with more questions, she got flustered and said that she couldn't give an exact answer. She put in a case and said someone will contact and that points will be given 03/10/2022 (purchase made 11/25/2021). AFTER ALL THAT, received a SPAM email with a Samsung address. When reached out to the customer support, I did not get ANY response. The line was dead.

Bought the $1899 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. After six months, the screen developed a crease in the middle which made that part of the screen unusable, it was just black. Retailer referred to Samsung as the phone was still under warranty. Called their customer service who created a case for me and sent me a box to ship it in. I wrapped the phone in a zip lock bag and about 2 feet of bubble wrap and sent it in. A week later, they sent me a bill for over $900! Said that damage to my phone voided the warranty! I refused to pay and asked them to ship my phone back. I received it a few days later.with a cracked screen! When I called to complain, and threatened litigation, they agreed to extend my warranty and repair the damage to the screen. Ran through the whole process of packaging it up and shipping it again. A few days later, they called and said it would be $560 to fix. Totally fed up, I told them to just ship it back. I received the phone back 3 days later, and now it won't even turn on. Their standard cells, no frills, are a good product, but I'll never buy any Samsung product again. They don't stand behind their products.

I find their products very good and reliable. I have their washing machine, cell phone, and a TV/ All these items work perfectly. Will keep using this brand.

3 weeks ago I purchased galaxy s7, the price has dropped because s8 is getting out this month so I decided to do this. The phone is working very well so far, no problems at all.
If I could give them a negative review I would. I dropped my phone 5 months of purchase and the screen went black, even though I had an otter box case on it. I was first told by customer service that my phone was under warranty and there would be no cost at all for repairs. I was later sent a bill from their repair department for $140 dollars. After talking to multiple service reps I was told that there is 2 warranties and that my phone wasn't covered for physical damage. I tried explaining that if they told me that in the beginning it wouldn't be an issue, but because I was lied to they should repair it for no cost like they said they would. Well after HOURS of getting the run around, I was told the same thing. This is my 5th Samsung phone and first time I had a phone break like this. I love the phones themselves but after the way I was treated, I WILL NEVER USE THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!

I purchased a 415 Lt Samsung Refrigerator (Model RT42M5538S8/TL/2019) for almost Rs *******. Very very disappointing experience. Never buy a Samsung product again. Such an expensive fridge lacks even basic features like wheels at the base - making it almost impossible to shift it for cleaning or any other practical purpose. On complaining, Samsung has a simple solution - buy a stand for Rs 2200 - how simplistic and they wash their hands off the issue. Even more frustrating is the absolutely indifferent and almost callous attitude of Samsung's Customer Care. I escalated this issue to various levels but the response was uniform - the customer is stupid and ignorant and it is entirely his fault that this product was purchased. Did I ask samsung representatives whether the product had wheels? No I did not. But I also forgot to ask if the product has a door or trays or a handle! I am never going to touch a Samsung product again. They are totally indifferent to customer needs and the attitude is absolutely pathetic.
Had my s7 brand new less than 6 months old after last software uodate just before christmas the software update crashed faulting the software resulting in the phone no longer working took them from december till 2nd of febuary to acc have someone come collect the phone for repair only to be told now tgey wont fix there software issue in the phone unless i pay £92 first for them to repair a small crack on the glass that covers the camera lense which dosent acc affect the use of the phone the phone was ment to be sent for software fix which they are now not going to correct leaving me with a 6 month old samsung s7 thats never going to work again thanks to there faulty software

I ordered the Whisper Quiet 46 dBA Dishwasher in Stainless Steel direct from Samsung.com. It was delivered damaged. I was unaware of the damage and the 15 day return rule. I called samsung a few days after the 15 day window and spent days being passed around their support lines. They are only allowed to read from their script and will not listen or make an exception to the rules.
I am not the first person to have issues with this dishwasher leaking or being delivered damaged it is a very light weight product and i can see why it was damaged in delivery. I have been a loyal samsung customer have never had an issue with any of my samsung appliances. I paid a premium price and expected premium service and product instead i got a piece of junk! Do not purchase samsung.com they will not take care of you if there is an issue.
The order returns service department is extremely difficult to work with they will pass you on and on without care. I was on hold for 1.5hrs at one point and multiple times told to wait 48hrs for a call back. This is the worst service i have ever experienced.

Samsung is no more a brand that produces quality mobile phones. Now finally it is evident after their release of Galaxy note 7 which is famous for Fire / Explode. Using a Samsung phone is like risking your life, you never know when will it explode. Samsung is releasing millions of phones every year, out of which 20% are faulty pieces. If you are lucky enough. You would get the moderate ones that will last for an year and some more than that ( Bonus), if not then you know the story. I was also one of the customer who always liked and admired Samsungs technological instructions to the market. But it did not last for long. I was terribly back stabbed by their recently launched Samsung S7 Edge. Which did not last for no more than a month. You know what was the problem? The mobile phone goes off for no reason, and overheating when not in use, even if the battery is fully charged and never turned on even after several attempts to do so. I did call the support centre- the dealer from where I bought from and also Samsung directly. The response was really astonishing. I was asked to hold the power on button for more than 10 seconds. Oh really? As if I am using the mobile phone for the 1st time in the world?
Samsung was never bothered to support me in this regard and they just informed me to speak to the dealer. What a great service! I have immediately sold this mobile crap off and would never buy it again. Great technology is it? :D
DO NOT believe Samsung they will NOT honor their own warranty. Had their product for less than 3 months and they will not do anything about it. Even though they promised either a repair or replacement. After dealing with them for over 4 months they refused to do anything about it. They only gave me empty promises. This company's refund process is absolutely atrocious. I've been a longtime Samsung customer for years and I got a Odyssey G9 monitor. This monitor has notorious problems with dead pixels, which I ended up experiencing. To get a repair person to my location took TWO MONTHS only to have the replacement screen have DEAD PIXELS on it. I requested a refund, which itself is taking TWO MONTHS as well. Go the refund code yesterday only to be made aware that it's not working, at which the rep recommended I request a check, which can take up to 10 more days! Absolutely unacceptable and just a complete runaround when it comes to their constumer service. A FOUR MONTH ORDEAL to get a solution for a problem they already know is part of their product.
$#*! Samsung the Z flip 4 is Dog Water I bought it and second day dropped it with a case and it broke the hinge. IT COST A CRAP TONE AND IS SLOW GLITCHY AND BRITTLE ITS BROKEN 3 TIMES SINCE.
