So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.
Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!
We had a Samsung GalaxyS6 egde for about 6 months and it just stopped working. We called samsung to see if it was still under warranty and they said they would replace it. It took 3 weeks of calling back to receive an email with a shipping address in it to mail our phone to. We received a phone back about 10 days later. It was shattered and I am fairly certain it is the same phone, not repaired, not replaced but broken. I have called to report this and have currently been on hold for 35 minutes. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them and in the meanime we have been without this phone for 2 months now. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!
My new tv came with the wrong remote. I can't use my dvd player or ever hula or netflix, sending in receipts being on the phone for hours still did not get me a new remote. My paypal receipt I was told the font size was not accurate. I have never in my lifetime had to spend over 30 hours on the phone and I was lied and lied too so many times sent to so many departments still nothing resolved! I am paying to ship back the tv I had to put my old one back up it ruined my Christmas with 30 family here. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE IDIOTS!
I purchased a Samsung tv I saved and saved and and finally got enough for the curved aug 6th by Sept 3 half the screen went out and been playing phone tag ever since finally got an offer to pay 889 for my tv that I paid 1200 because samsung doesn't have samsung tv in stock I just want to cry I am so frustrated this was a big deal for me I worked hard for this and they treat me as I am wasting there time when I am the one who been without a quality tv since September and I have been patient and nice.
I bought an A20 2 months ago, and out of nowhere the motherboard goes bad. Not only did I loose everything from the last 2 months (I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old and take tons of pictures) but they have been a nightmare to deal with. First they send me 20 minutes from home to a repair store of theirs to be told the motherboard is bad and the phone is junk. Next they make me mail it in so they can look at it again. After a week with no phone, they tell me it will cost me $180 to fix a phone I bought BRAND NEW 2 months ago for $150. They said there was water damage and that's why the motherboard went bad. I took amazing care of that phone and I know for a fact that it was never exposed to water in any way. Just them getting out of their warranty. I've never had anything but problems with Samsung. $700 dollar tv lasted less then 2 years and the only other phone I've had in my life suddenly stop working was Samsung (that one amazingly made it a year). They will not stand behind their product AT ALL. They even make it super difficult to leave a review on their website. Companies with good products don't do that. I wish you luck if your planning on buying a Samsung, but be prepared for great disappointment and trouble.

Samsung and customer service SUCKS!
Samsung customer service SUCKS! It took 3 months to get information to return my new Gear S3, a $350 watch. Samsung received the watch in January and its now March and I have nothing. I was told so many lies by so many different people. This lets me know that its a company issue and not employee issue. I actually had a service tech tell me he had the watch in front of him for repair and would have it to me that week. I literally received a email within 5 minutes of hanging up to say the watch could not be repaired due to missing part. I was finally told I would receive a refund that same week and have yet to receive it. I've literally called every week since then and have been lied to each time. First it was in process and "oh sorry, i will get this expedited" and still nothing as of today. I am out of a watch and lost money on the data purchased to use it monthly. Worst products and even worse customer service! Reading the issues everyone is having, we should post this in as many places as possible, its the only way they listen, when they lose money and customers...
14 months after purchasing my Samsung S7 cellular phone, the phone started to bubble. It never charged correctly and I purchased the wireless phone charger. I had a Life Proof cover on the phone. A few weeks ago I took the cover off to clean and the phone split down the whole left side. I went to Verizon where I purchased the phone. They said they have never seen anything like this and there was nothing they could do since I did not have a warranty and it was two months past the one year warranty coverage. They said I will have to buy a new phone (I still had $200 left to pay on this one) or contact Samsung. I e-mailed Samsung Technical Support and sent pictures explaining the situation. Samsung said I would have to send them my phone, they would inspect, let me know how much it would cost and once repaired (if possible) send it back. Total time without my phone could take up to 12-14 days. I am a new small business owner and can not be without my phone. Verizon was not willing to give me a loaner. Today I went to Best Buy to see about investing in another phone. They took one look at my phone and said my battery had exploded and potentially could catch on fire. I was appalled because I had just returned from a trip and to think my phone could have caught on fire on the airplane was awful. I am very reluctant of working with Samsung or Verizon in the future.
Today is May 25th I ordered on April 7th Samsung watch along with some bands, It was showing as Delivery by April 15th, But then received a email saying delivery on 5th May. I tried to cancel it did not let me cancel and I have called Customer Service more than 20 times. They are not able to cancel as they shipped just 1 Band not the watch. I Called so many time they keep lying that they sent email to cancel and I will receive my refund, Still nothing happened every time I call I have to keep repeating my situation to each and every Agent and Supervisor. They are not able to cancel and not refunding and just ending the call abruptly. And Keep lying again and again its been 50+ days
Tip for consumers:
Dont buy

Literally the worst phone I've ever owned anytime I try to talk to text it constantly shuts off I can't use it through much of my apps the phone is super slow I can't stand the way the keyboard is an extremely limiting phone I've had cheaper knock off phones that work tremendously better than this one the camera is horrible
I bought S7 from the site with Black Friday promo that comes with VR, wireless charging pad, $250 ecertificate. Well, I received 2 shipping confirmation emails, one is the VR and the other was S7 along with the wireless charging pad. Then received my 2 packages, but the wireless charging pad was missing. I had to call about 7 different times, waited about over 20 mins for some calls. Not only that, each time different rep would give me different info or they hung up on me or tell me to file claim with the shipping company. They blamed it on the shipping company, which I doubt it because the packages were not tampered. My other issue was there was no $250 ecertificate. They gave me all kind of excuses like to wait for 30 days or the promo it was only for the S7 edge or promo for November 23 not 25 or they ran out of items so the charging pad and vr were the replacement or only for locked phones. I knew I checked everything carefully before I placed my order. After going all these headaches, I searched the reviews of this company and found out others have same negative experiences like mine. Samsung customer service is #1 negative. Do not buy from them. Save your money.
After purchasing a Samsung refrigerator I had nothing but problems with it. I had the geek squad over to fix it so many times can't count. Samsung admitted to the service tech that was working on it that the problems were due to poor engineering design. Samsung won't fix it as they have now service trips in WI. So their answer is to pay me 40 percent of what I paid for it. That stinks. A refrigerator should last longer than 6 years. Also they should be taking care of this as it was a problem from the start. Elen talking to their so called refund depth. They told me they would reimburse 70 percent of what I paid. They sent me a message with s link for the refund. It basically wanted me to click a button stating I agreed to refund. Again I called at that time was told they would refund only 40 percent. I asked to speak to person that set up the refund to begin with. She said I can't transfer calls there. What kind of customer service is this. They don't take care of their products even after admitting it was an engineering mistake. And then to lie to customer on phone. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN.

I love Samsung but my phone hasn't received updates in over a year. There are soooo many cool new features and I cant get them because my phone isn't receiving updates. Please fix this problem
I am proud owner of galaxy s7 and it is amazing update from s5 that I had before. The design of phone is something new, no more plastic, aluminium all the way. Gr8 job samsung!
When their product fails their customer service is worst that I have ever seen. You buy a new phone something goes wrong with it they replace it with a refurbished one.
I bought a Samsung M31 Prime mobile in the year 2020. It was working well, but in 2022, after a software update, my phone started restarting again and again automatically. It was also making some loud sounds sometimes, and it looked like it will blast in few seconds.
I formatted my phone, but issue was not resolved. When I searched on the internet for any troubleshooting/resolution steps, then found that many of the Samsung's M and A series phones are having this manufacturing defect and it's a motherboard issue.
I went to nearby Service center and asked to check it. They checked it and said, it will cost Rs. 6828/- to change the mother board. I said that it's Samsung's manufacturing defect. They told me to contact Samsung Customer care. Then I called Samsung Customer Care no., they suggested to send it to Service Center, and if there is no Physical or Liquid Damage, and Job Sheet has this thing mentioned then we will repair it.
I did the same and Job Sheet have the comment mentioning "No Physical/Liquid Damage". Still, Samsung Customer Care Executive and Senior manager refused to repair it. I also requested to repair it at lower cost if not free, but that also was refused by them.
Now, I don't have any trust in Samsung or any of the Samsung products. And I swear not to buy any of the Samsung products in my life.
Bought 2 years ago a Samsung tv, 65 inch, series 7 (7150) for $2000. It broke down after 2 years. Of course out of warranty. I live by myself (divorced) and travelled a lot for my work. So I am more gone than being home. I didn't used this tv that much. Called Samsung tried to fix it over the phone. Didn't work. Gave me a phone number from an "authorized dealer" to fix my tv. To get somebody to look at it is $150. To repair it between 500 and $700. I think it is a bad product if it breaks down after 2 years when it was barely used and also bad customer support. We give you only 1 year warranty and after that you are on your own. Please stay away from Samsung. My ex has a sony and a sharp. The sony is almost 8 years old and moved twice (still working) and the sharp is 6 years old and still working without any problems. Again please stay awy from Samsung it is a bad product and they don't want to listen to the customer or helped them out. Don't by their products you will be disappointed and frustrated. Please.
We've had a samsung dishwasher, while wife complains it doesn't clean well (been working on not overloading) I noticed a rope rack was starting to rust. Kids are all grown up so, there's no reason for it.
I used samsungs technical support via text. Wonderful invention. It was "solved" pretty painless as compared to a phone call. They were going to send a new rack in two days. Figured it was done... nope... only the beginning!
Short version is I bought, installed, disposed of old dishwasher faster than the amount of time it would be required to get samsung to actually do what they said they would do on call one...
3 additionally text supports with same unfulfilled promise. 1 phone call with same promise.
Surprisingly after 6 weeks and a whole bunch of time (hours and hours) we received a new rack.
Given the service experience and the first xleaning complaint, I am now looking for a new dishwasher before there is another problem.
What a disappointment and huge waste of my life in getting Samsung to do what they should have done on call 1.

I bought a Samsung Chromebook on Dec. 16, directly from Samsung.com as a Christmas gift. The shipping information said I would receive it within 2-5 business days. I received a confirmation email that the order was placed and that I would be notified when it shipped. A week later I had not heard anything and contacted them. I was told I would receive a tracking number when it shipped but they could not tell me when that would happen even though the money had already been charged to my card. I called again a couple days ago and was told by the rep that I would be getting a tracking number at the beginning of the week, which is Christmas week, but she was obviously just reading from a script and not being truthful. She kept giving me vague responses when I challenged her and kept saying beginning of the week. I asked for a refund and was told I cannot get a refund because the order has already been sent to the warehouse. Now it is a couple days after Christmas and I still have not received an email or anything letting me know when this will ship. This has been awful customer service and poor communication. I have purchased Samsung phones from other retailers, but I will never purchase on the Samsung site again. There is no excuse for this kind of low quality customer experience!
Awful customer experience. I bought a new Galaxy Chromebook in January 2023. All was fine but then in a month and a half the chromebook stopped working if not plugged in. Obviously it was a simple fix of replacing the battery or fixing the connection to the battery. I sent it in under warranty twice, with each time them saying "No issues detected" and having them send it back. It would work for maybe a day or two and then the same thing. After sending it back twice with same issue I called Samsung and let them know. They said I had to send it in a 3rd time before I could expect a refund or replacement. So, sent it in for 3rd time and low and behold the repair place says the issue is that it is physically damaged (bid dent, cracked screen, broken motherboard) and that to fix it would be $1600. Now remember, I paid $600 for this new. So after all this, I'm not getting my new chromebook sent back to me as a dead hunk of useless metal. Samsung is offering me no other options. I have been a fairly loyal Samsung customer since the Note 3 (many years), but will no longer be using their products and will be letting all of my friends and family know to be wary of buying anything Samsung since they will not support their products and customers. Purchased a 65' TV in Oct 2015. Last week in a sudden when I turned the TV on, I saw vertical lines covering the left half of the TV. After a few loops on telephone I got a repair ticket and a local repair facility got in touch with me. The asked me to take a few images and email them to the given email address what I immediately did. 2 days later, I got a response that there is physical damage on the screen and of course no warranty coverage. I protested and mentioned that we did not do anything to the screen. It just occurred when I turned on the TV. Later, I got emails from Samsung customer care as well, denying any responsibility. This is so bad, I am so frustrated - all these promised about customer care but I do see caring in a different light. I am a business owner and serve more than 1000 customers. If I would act like these crazy folks at Samsung I would be out of business so fast.
My recommendation: Don't buy a single Samsung product if you expect "customer care". They are really, really bad. I will not buy a product from them in my life and will recommend to everybody to keep your fingers away from Samsung.
Purchase online, was supposed to have an education discount only to find out after it was removed. Was told only way to get it was to return the phone! Total BS!

Bought a smart TV every time we would watch Netflix or Amazon the voice would go in and out. Call customer service about six times they kept disconnecting me, now that we've done some changes to the TV call back that happens again, so you call back when it happens again and you got to go to the same thing over and over again and I was told it's protocol. It's been months and it's still not working and they still won't send somebody out or pay for my TV to be fixed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I called customer service to speak with someone in the USA and get somebody in the Philippines. I don't want that I want a USA representative. I am actually due for a new tv and you can be sure I won't be purchasing another Samsung if I can't get somebody in the USA!

I'm reviewing mostly based off of samsung pay. I enjoy it but find it doesn't work a lot of the time. Still find it cool to get points on things I am already buying.
Bought my 3 year old a tablet for $99.00
She broke it though I could send it in for repair thinking it would be $59.
Nope $79.00
My next purchase will be the iPad
I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR 6 YEARS AGO. I BOUGHT TOP OF THE LINE. THE FREEZER QUIT WORKING IN IT. I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE PROCESS OF ELIMINATION TO FIND THE PROBLEM. I COULD SPEND ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE REFRIGERATOR COST AND IT COULD STILL NOT WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A JOKE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG OR LG APPLIANCE AGAIN!
