So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

A Good Smart Friend as Samsung Smartphone, really helped me in all my online work and writings. It's been 5 years now and would love to continue this relationship for more 5 years to come. What a great system from look and features. It's a value for money and best for a mobile shopper. I like all the inbuilt features of the phone.

I bought 2 phones online from Samsung. They said they sent it to Fedex for shipping 2 weeks ago. But Fedex is claiming that they have never received it from Samsung. Anyway my package is missing and nobody is taking responsibility. They are just blaming each other. I had to cancel the order and waiting for the refund. Hopefully I will get it. I will never ever buy anything from Samsung and won't recommend to anyone.

I order a wireless charger from Samsung and because fedex states it was delivered and I never received it they are making me do all types of things to show I didn't receive the order! As a customer i Think this is crazy that I have to go to a police station and use more of my time for something I never received! I will never order something from Samsung again! This experience was the worst!

Giving 3 stars so they cant remove my review. Really should be none!
My phone went black after 4 months of owning it. I sent it to Samsung Cuz it was still under warranty. I received an email stating I needed to pay $377.76 to repair it. The LCD screen stopped working (no $#*!!) and this isn't covered in their warranty since "its such an expensive fix". Samsung is a multimillion dollar company and they can't stand behind products! I find this to be insulting to the consumers of the world! I will be taking this case to my attorney ( i took photos before sending my phone in and theres NO physical damage, but sumsung claims there is) and will NEVER again spend a single dime on any Samsung products again! Let's keep the rich people rich by taking advantage of the working class!

It is really a nice work experience with Kliento Technologies, good infrastructure, great management and no blame-game policy. The management is supportive and motivates you to bring the best foot forward. The seniors are experts in their field and are always there to help you. On the Hr front, there are varying employee engagement activities helping you in stress relieving and enjoying work. It is really a nice experience so far and I am definitely looking for a long career with the company.

Samsung refrigerator Model RF263BEAESG is a real piece of junk. We have had the repair man here 3 times to fix ice maker. Keeps freezing up. Replaced cracked box... then came back and replaced whole unit... still freezing up. Repair man says nothing they can do now, its a manufactures problem. We took extended warranty, hope to get some of it back so I can buy a new refrigerator.

I consider Samsung to be one of the oldest and most successful brands ever. We bought a Samsung Washers recently and it was a really energy-efficient, long life of the device, several price points. Also, let me tell you some bad stuff about Samsung and that's a really short return period and some items may be costly.

I was suppose to receive a FREE Gear VR with a purchase of a Samsung phone. Waited the 4-6 weeks and now I am going on my 8th week. Have not received product in the mail. I called the customer service line and waited a long time. Finally someone told me the only thing they can do is send an email to the people who deal with these situations. Are they even real people?! I'm never buying another Samsung product in my life.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and it has been a pleasure to use. The vibrant AMOLED display and smooth performance make it ideal for both work and leisure. Its robust battery life and quick charging speed are impressive, ensuring minimal interruptions during use. The S Pen, which comes included, offers added functionality and precision, particularly for note-taking or sketching. On the downside, Samsung's keyboard cover, which I feel is essential for getting the full functionality of the tablet, is sold separately and quite expensive. Ordering directly from Samsung was straightforward and fast, with the product arriving in mint condition within the stated delivery period. I ordered the new Fold 3, given a delivery date only to be told they're not in stock. Further, the incompetence of their staff is unmated. No matter my issue it was clear they were just reading from a script. Probably the worst customer service from a major company i have ever experienced. If only Samsung products weren't so good. I was on hold for such a long time only to have them say they'll call me back (they didn't by the way). Samsung must have the worst customer service of any major company and the worst I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I am seriously considering Apple.

Samsung top load washer not even 3 yrs with it and started to malfunction then the recall happens and I call and they will only give me $25 for a new washer and they cant come and fix it since there is no tech in my area! I am really irritated that I spent over $800 and they will only give me $25 rebate to buy a new one for something that has to do with Samsung and not from personal use.

Spend $1k on phone. Buy cover. Cover doesn't arrive. No refund. No replacement. Just an investigation that could take 30 days until I know what happened. Meanwhile you have the $60 I gave you hostage. Shocking customer service. Never buy direct from Samsung. Never buy from them directly. Always go through your carrier. Not worth the hassle.

I've bought over 6 samsung galaxy series phones in past 5 years none of them ever lasted a year samsung phones are junk ill never purchase another samsung product again if anything atleast stay away from there phones

I'm left angry after using Samsung phones. The A11 and A13 have been poor. The problem is it feels as if the phone is trolling me. Trolling me to make me mad. It put's a bad taste in my mouth. There accounts have never been user friendly either. The phone most of the time prevents me from moving forward with things. And i just love Samsung Pass! How they save the wrong passwords and emails. The email or password will be twerked in a way that makes you have to reset everything. Someone is trolling and that someone is Samsung.

I have contacted Samsung on multiple occasions to receive a refund for a defective dryer. Rather than tending to the issue, they have given me and my Research Assistant the run around. I have talked to multiple departments, send numerous emails with proof of the defective dryer and repairs that were made, and every phone call there has been an excuse as to why they cannot resolve this issue. I have been hung up on, ignored, and disrespected by the customer support team. This has been a horrible experience and I will not be buying anything from Samsung ever again.

Flat out lie on a delivery date. Was promised to be delivered in 5 days and then the day before they tell me that they aren't sure when it will be delivered. They have taken the money from my account and want me to just wait until the fridge is found? This is a scam and would easily be considered theft if I did the same thing to someone else. Would never buy an appliance from samsung again.

A little over four years ago I bought a Samsung refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from H. H. Gregg. The dishwasher didn't last three years, and the cheap plastic knobs on the front of the stove all broke requiring me to spend $174.30 to replace them. Lastly the ice maker in the frig broke about six months ago. After four service visits and almost $700.00, the service company tells me they can't fix it. I'm waiting on Samsung to make what they call an "accommodation" whatever that ends up being. In summary, I don't recommend buying Samsung products.

I purchased a stove from Canadian Appliance store. From the first day the stove wasnt working properly. I was given the number of a so called technician who said he had fixed the problem except it isnt fixed. After calling Samsung several times and given a different answer each time, i was finally told that they would do absolutely nothing! The stove takes forever to reach the required temperature. I will never buy Samsung again and it is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

I have recently had to write off a Samsung tv and dishwasher both appx 3 years old as they have developed faults.

The customer service is appalling!

Unfortunately I can't give a rating of minus ten.

Never again will I buy Samsung.

I bought all Samsung Appliances for my house Refrigerator, Range Oven, Microwave Oven. After two years Microwave numbers stop working and start working randomly. All numbers on the panel would not work and on repeated trying a random number would work. Oven began spewing steam through the control panel when baking something. On the refrigerator, when I replaced the filter, it will still indicate my filter need replacement and old. All in all Samsung appliances for me is very shoddy quality despite cosmetics on the outside.

I have long been a fan of Samsung products, have had good luck with all, phone, fridge, washer/dryer... Until yesterday when I needed a little help from customer service to reset my freezer temp. Well, I had the pleasure of speaking to two of the most rude men I have ever spoken to in a customer service position. When they have attitudes and hearing issues on top of speech barriers... this is a bad combination! I have never had an issue with c/s from here before but two in one day... uggggg so mad! Ps. Fixed the issue myself by going online... will rethink purchasing Samsung anything in the future.

My S8 Plus Is only a few months old. I am not impressed. The technology is fine as it usually is with Samsung. About the same with everything I've owned S4-S8. But I woke up one morning and it had a huge crack in the screen and I had never even dropped it. It happened because it was in my back pocket and a dime was in there with it so when I bent over to grab something for my kids it spider cracked all the way across. It's in a case that got excellent ratings but I one day last week I took the case off for a second and the entire back glass is cracked also. I have no idea when that happened. For the amount of money I spend on these products, it is built terribly. And spending $200 on an insurance claim for a product that should be able to withstand, in my opinion, at least a fall from pocket height is ridiculous. Samsung should replace every one sold with a quality product. I doubt I will be purchasing a Samsung phone again.

I purchase one of these items from Sears this year and after hearing about them exploding decided to contact Samsung. I was informed to keep the machine but do not use it if I am uncomfortable :( While Sears continues to sell these same washers that aren't on "recall".

I will not buy another Samsung since they do not stand by there products.

I bought a phone directly from Samsung.com thinking that it would be easy. They sent me the wrong product then denied my refund because I didnt send the product I bought. I have gone through 2 weeks of hell trying to get my money back and noone seeks to ever know anything that I previously called about when I call. The automated system is trash and noone speaks good English

I purchased my curved 65 in samsung from paul's tv. After the purchase paul's went out of business. My tv now a year later has led issues. Warranty is only 2 weeks past and samsung is terrible and won't send a repair person out... any suggestions?
