So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

In a household with two adults, we have purchased a new set of Samsung washer & dryers TWICE in the last 8 years. They just seem to fall apart prematurely and require very expensive repair. For example, our newest washer main bearing failed and the authorized repair company wanted $550 to make the repair. We decided to switch brands to LG instead.

I had an issue where the Center speaker on my q800c started to go bad, rang Samsung and they told me to book it in with a local authorised repair centre. Few days go by and I hear from them that the soundbar is ready for pickup and that the centre speaker was replaced. I get home to plug it in and the way it was reassembled was terrible the soundbar doesn't sit flush anymore it has a wobble. Long story short I rang Samsung to express frustration and they said to take it back to them. Who's got time to $#*! around dropping off picking up 1000's of times to fix a clearly terrible product at the expense of my time and fuel. If y'all want a good soundbar go with Sonos or JBL.
Don't expect any after sales service even from HO, poor quality products, worst customer care support... don't buy premium products of samsung else you will loose your hard earned money...purchased Tab S9 Ultra.pathetic experience

Our 65 inch tv that is under warranty went half out. The screen is half black with no picture. Was told a month ago that it would be replaced and still waiting. They have made several excuses I say I'll not do business with them again and don't recommend anyone purchase from Samsung.

We bought a washer/dryer set less than 3 years ago. The shocks need to be replaced@ $300 per shock, total of 4. Also, sensor has gone bad. Want spin. Very disappointed. You would think one could get more than 2+ years.

Bought this TV two months ago.
Samsung denied me a refund while waiting and kept saying is was underway.
When it finally arrived after 7 weeks, the packaging had clear signs of water exposure.
Samsung refuse to acknowledge this and come up with any solution, - instead advising me to place a new order and wait 1-2 months. Zero compensation offered - except a $100 coupon that does not even work. It´s a joke.
The customer support shows complete negligence and keep looping me around to different representatives. I have been in contact with over 10 people now.
I am returning this TV for a refund and will stay away from Samsung.

Place an order last Friday and immediately cancelled it. Said order used my upgrade with Verizon. It is seven days later and I've been told to wait 24-48-72 hours at least 4 times from various low-level techs via chat; I've called in and had to re-explain that Samsung.com simply hasn't updated since the cancellation only to be "transferred to a leader", hung up on, etc. I have proof in screenshots that Verizon thinks my upgrade is ready but Samsung can't get their sh*t together. Soon enough the promotion I am chasing will be over and I may be without a new phone after countless hours of trying to get through the low-level "customer service" to someone that will do something about it.
Please don't waste your money on Samsung appliances! After 6 months wasted trying to repair our faulty Samsung fridge - which we had owned for 2 years when it quit cooling - I have heard from countless people that Samsung is KNOWN for faulty appliances and sketchy customer service practices. I experienced it all firsthand. They won't honor their word nor do they have any regard for the broken fridges they knowingly manufacture and sell. Our repair technician said this is his weekly experience. WHAT?! How are they still being sold?!

My refrigerator went out a year after I bought it for $2000. Samsung does not support their products. The service people, when you call, do not understand "it has no power, is not running". I bought my Samsung washing machine 4 years ago. It is now going in the garbage. The lid starting giving me hard time closing within the first year; and today the whole glass top shattered. Got a new s23 ultra that had a bad board. Instead of doing whatever it takes to make me the customer happy. I had to send it back to them for repair. Parts are on back order so instead of sending me a replacement. So representative hung up on me and refused to let me speak to anyone else just told me they don't care about customers.

Have owned the French door refrigerator with extra drawer, ice maker in the refrigerator cavity, freezer on bottom. Worst product ever. Have had a technician here 4 times in 12 months. Ice maker keeps freezing up and will not dispense ice. Now it is frozen solid, can't even open the ice maker if you tried. Would NEVER recommend this product. Samsung keeps giving me a "tech". The tech disclosed they've had nothing but PROBLEMS with this model. Absolutely frustrating & ridiculous.
This is a terrible article, don't spend your money on Samsung! I bought this TV, and after 32 months, it broke down. I called Samsung technical support, who told me that the TV has a faulty circuit on the screen and that the repair costs €903. Samsung's response is "according to Samsung's procedures, internally damaged equipment has been subject to external damage and use outside normal standards which alters its reliability". My equipment is perfectly kept and has never suffered any damage. Run away from Samsung, choose another manufacturer!

Purchased a slide in SS Oven directly from Samsung. Unit delivered without a working oven. Immediately submitted a warranty ticket the same night, Jan. 5th. Their chosen repair provider was out of business so after multiple phone calls to a terrible phone system I finally was given the choice of a refund. They said they do not do exchanges. It is now March 22 and I after receiving my refund last week I called today about when they were going to pickup the unit. Was told I am responsible for disposal since it was a refund not an exchange, which they didn't offer in the first place. DON'T buy Samsung! I was a long time multi purchase customer. NOT ANYMORE.

Bought a Samsung fridge, 2.5 years and it stopped working, Lost all my food. Had to call in service $100 who determined it was the compressor. Part covered by warranty, labour not. After numerous phone calls, Samsung agreed to cover labour. A year later fridge stops working, call service guy again, it's the compressor again. Service guy says the system is fouled. Samsung won't do anything! Even though the compressor is supposed to be covered for 10 years, they seem to only cover 1 compressor! I am a single woman, this fridge was lightly used. Hundreds of dollars of lost food, $200 service calls and a dead fridge. Will NEVER buy another Samsung product ever again.

Samsung operates on advertising higher values on your phone and reject the trade-in, saying it didn't meet expectations. They take still screen shots, doesn't prove it's your phone. 2 months, $600 additional charge automatically taken out on my debit card and I still don't have my phone back. I smell fraud, class action lawsuits on operating procedures. Interesting part is they will have detailed records of all the phones they rejected.
Purchased a Samsung 65" curve tv December 24 2018. The tv sat in all its original packaging (unopened) until beginning of June 2020. Had moved to a new house September 2018 and left it in a spare bedroom until ready to set up. Only 1 month of use and it already is broken. Shadow line down the middle of the screen. Called to get the issue resolved and was told due to the 1 year warranty being expired there's nothing they can do. They would send out a tech to fix it but we would still have to pay. Now I completely understand the whole warranty issue (if the tv was used since purchased) but if Samsung truly stands by their products they should have offered some type of help. This wasnt a simple case of a $200 tv. This was a $1500 tv that lasted 1 Month of use (perhaps an hour or two a day) I have an insignia tv that has last 8+ years and is still going. So buyer beware!
