So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

I LOVE Samsung products! My first real experience was with my Galaxy S3 cell phone. Awesome apps for it and great connectivity with lots of different devices. I then got a Galaxy Tablet, and have now ordered a Samsung Smart TV that I should be receiving anytime. I will be able to control my TV with both devices, as well as view all my photos and videos easily without waiting.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PHONES. They send you new updates with Virus into it. Your phone is effected exactly one month after the warranty is finished. When I called them to fix it they said warranty is done. And the mother board needs to be replaces which costs $450. This is how they are cheating all of us.

I have a very bad experince with samsung products. Once i contacted the customer service, first question was do you bought warranty of your TV, even before they ask about the problem i have.
After so many experiment by sending pictures for the damages screen.
The said i have to pay for the tech to come over to my house to look at the TV and i have to pay for the parts, which will cost me same amount of new tv. So the question is they did not even give another options to me just, your warranty expired and rest on me. So i will not buy any Samsung products and will not recommend any body to buy. If you need quality and customer service buy SONY Japaneses

i will never ever buy anything from Samsung

Samsung is no longer putting out quality products. I've had Samsung phones since 2013. I would stand up for them against all the Apple loyalists. The phones used to be what caused Apple to have to improve their products and I liked having competition (which protects us all). But, I can longer stand beside Samsung. Their customer service is very poor & complacent (they now prefer to give a run around). There are huge Bluetooth issues I've experienced over the last 3 months. If I went into details most would say that I'm crazy to have not left sooner. It's a sad thing, kind of like the Sony Bravia, the S21 works after 2ish years, but can't perform. Pathetic on all fronts and in finally going to switch back to Apple

Two months ago I bought a GS2 (watch and fitness tracker). I found the battery life was very low. It had to be charged for a couple hours every day. I changed my schedule to facilitate the G2. The other day while charging I noticed the bezel had fallen off. I called Samsung to check the warranty. They said they'd fix it but since it was physical damage I'd have to pay. There was no physical damage, somewhere while wearing the watch the bezel just fell off. Samsung stood fast no help without even an inspection. I won't ever buy a Samsung product ever again.

Dryer quit working 3 days out of warrantee but because of the covid virus they extended it 3 months. Tried for over a month to exchange through samsung and best buy. Kept me going around in circles could not complete the exchange. I am now trying to get an (ecoupon) which probably wont cover the entire cost. Will not purchase another samsung appliance.G. Terry

I purchased a galaxy Z Flip3 at att store. $1,100.00
Less than 10 weeks the fold part of screen looks sryrottex but can't feel cracks. While open it's no longer fully flat. Now line in the top screen top to bottom. Att said warranty claim not insurance. Samsung does warranties in-house. Att can't give me phone temporarily due to this. Samsung said mail it in and within 11 days they mail it back. No temp phone or other solution. I live hours from store. I own asmall buisness and need phone. They said nothing we can do. So I'm throwing phone away and getting an I phone. Huge company, crap product, horrible warranty policy, no customer appreciation.

Tip for consumers:
Samsung usually decent products but not this one. Warranty sucks.

Samsung French door fridge icemaker freezes up. Tech says he makes a living replacing them... but, says it won't matter... it'll just keep freezing up.
Dishwasher cleans dishes great... IF... you wash them first.
Now the expensive gas range: The largest burner won't light... but, gas pours out freely! Nice safety feature, huh?
DON'T BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES... BUY ANYTHING ELSE... REALLY!

I've been loyal to this company but am finished. Their battery on the past few phones have been garbage. I have had the s22 ultra since release and the battery is horrible. Two updates ago the battery got a little better and I was hopeful but the last updates it because worse. Samsung doesn't care about anything but money. You leave reviews about it on Samsung members and they take it off and silence us and use their community guidelines to do so. To justify it. This is wrong. Anytime anybody leaves anything remotely neg about their products they use their guidelines to silence us. That's wrong! We should be able to explain our honest reviews without being silenced. You pay this much for a phone the battery needs to last longer than this. I'm done. Other people are complaining about being silenced and the battery.

Tip for consumers:
Do not complain on Samsung members they will silence you. Also you better make sure their battery on their next line up is actually for real a good battery..

Purchased our American fridge freezer in 2010 at £800 within first year it needed a conversion as a fault had been found on the model, it was leaking water everywhere.
I believed the product had a 10 year parts guarantee as advertised,, recently the thing stopped working rang Samsung who stated, that because I purchased mine from Homebase when purchasing a new kitchen that it would not have the 10 year guarantee, considering that it's still a Samsung... beware where you purchase... as apparently you don't get the same warranty... check... wouldn't recommend Samsung... to get customer support you have to ring the phillipines, they won't ring you back, can't e mail why my applliance isn't covered... banging your head against a brick wall. Com... need to get rid of my Samsung washing machine which is strangely covered for 10 years... JOKERS no stars from me

My mobile phone was accidentally dropped in a wheelbarrow which was wet and dirty and it corroded the charging point.

It was sent to Samsung by the phone retailer where we had bought it and were on contract with. They backed up my entire phone to the Samsung cloud as required.

The repair was not done under warranty and took several weeks.

When the phone was returned to us, we took it back to the retailer who was going to restore the back up from the Samsung cloud. No data was found, the back up was not there and also my account was deleted.

Have spent hours on the phone with Samsung who admit to a 'glitch' but are completely unhelpful in terms of what they can do to find my data, or compensate me for the loss of my entire history of contacts and images which are irresplacable.

Tip for consumers:
Whole repair process was a disaster, took ages plus they wiped my phone of all data and lost the back up on Samsung Cloud so everything gone. Made no effort to help at all.

I have an S7, and after 18 months the charging port does not hold a cable tightly, besides the port ohone is mint. I replaced phone with s10, same thing has happened. SAMSUNG refused to repair device out of one year warranty. I have only owned Android phones, and during the pandemic years many people are at home and phone is connected to charge. The ports cannot handle the stress of the cables pulling and fails. Defective part which shouls be recalled and replaced im not soending 600$ a year for garbage. Time for Apple, Samsung could care less as long as profits sore.

Samsung worked with Costco, and Costco called me. They found a different company to fix the washer. After about 3 weeks and a complaint to the BBB, they sent someone else. He texted Sunday evening and fixed it the next day. It took him about 30 minutes.

I bought a washer from Samsung in April, and it broke in August. I've been waiting to get a call back from Service Quick (contracted to fix the washer under the 2 year warranty), and have been unable to reach them for a week now.

I bought a new fridge in November 2022. By January 2023 it wasn't working. One week for a tech to come out, a new fridge was needed. One more week for them to tell us they couldn't replace it, could we have a refund. No problem. Another week for them to collect it. FOUR weeks for it to get to the warehouse by which stage we'd been SEVEN weeks without a fridge and without the refund. When they confirmed receipt of fridge they then took another THREE weeks to refund our money. This was disgusting service by a company who doesn't care one little bit about customer service but all about the money.

Samsung is making excuses for not adding a micro SD card. They are saying not many people use micro SD Cards, & that they use the extra space for hardware. Complete BS samsung is just trying to be the new iPhone. Iphone did this to make more money. Part of a Android phone has always had the SD Card slot. The say they use the extra space for hardware if that was true they wouldn't be able to sell the same phones with more storage if you pay more. Nobody uses SD cards this is definitely false everyone I know uses SD cards with their phone if they can. What people don't know is micro SD cards go up to 1 Terabyte. Samsung is charging you so much more for memory and limiting your phones capabilities. Samsung your not even a android anymore and your going to end up just like iPhone they are slowly but surely being hated by everyone.

Samsung galaxy fold. Love the phone but I hate that they don't have a SD card slot.

Work Customer service I have ever seen in a company, and dog$#*! phones. Bought the brand new s22 ultra last year and it broke in 4months. Some idiot at Samsung told me to remove my screen protector before I sent it out for repair. When i got it back they scratched the crap out of my screen and refused to replace it because it was "cosmetic damage". They also lied multiple times and were rude over the phone too many times to count. If you have any self respect for yourself, stay away from this company and their products.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company if you have any self-respect for yourself. They will treat you like crap the second they can.

We sit and wait to return yet another samsung j7 to the carriers store because it doesnt work. The retail.store people have been fine durimg our 6 visits. But they are limited to merely giving us one more of the same low quality product because more. Than 2 weeks have passed since the purchase. Best move is.not to buy the thing on the first place. Hours talking to tech support were wasted. So if your time doesnt matter buy it. If your time does matter stay away from this turkey.

Hi all,
I am writing to let you know of a horrifying experience. Would never buy Samsung and would never recommend unless you want to live in hell. I put in one start for the negative 300% of their service. I been called to cancel an order Samsung order for through a guest an account instead of my account. I couldn't see the bill or have any control over it! They told me I had to reorder and then ship it back. Samsung told forever with it and still I am dealing with it now and they are asking me for more time and my help to fix this. I hop no one will have to deal with them again. Endless calling and out of no way it gets discounted. They about a lot of things, Becareful, someone had told me to change my bad review to a good review so that the case can be reopen. I am not thinking straight any more after dealing with them.

Tip for consumers:
never buy from them. their service is hell. Apple is way better!

We bought a condo that fully furnished with appliances. Unfortunately, they are Samsung. The dishwasher decided to call it a day after 6 months. Customer service is horrible! They keep you on the phone for long periods of time and nothing is resolved from this. I was told that their warranties aren't transferable - an excuse for not honouring he warranty. There are lots of condos furnished with appliances for purchase. If all companies are dishonest as Samsung, no one in a condo has a warranty of appliances. If I see someone near Samsung appliance in a store, I will steer them to a company that has honest business practises. Totally disgusted with Samsung and their customer service.

To make a long story short in this limited text. My Samsung Refrigerator is going bad and has been deemed un-repairable by Samsung Technicians on a video call with the local repairman. This is the 4th unit I have had, the first 3 replaced by Samsung after multiple repairs. I have 3 open tickets (opened by SS), requesting a refund. I have provided all requested documents, have made 15 calls, multiple requests to speak to mgt. I was offered a hugely "prorated" amount (less than $1100. 00) and will not accept that. I paid $3061. 76 plus tax for the unit. I have never received any return communication of any type concerning my requests, hung up on 3 times. This unit is defective, has never worked correctly (ice maker replaced, control board replaced, dryer, compressor and inverter replaced). Originally offered $2719. 20 refund with no receipt. Found and uploaded the original receipt and expect that amount to be refunded.

I have been filming from my phone ever since I got this phone. I didn't buy a 600$ camera, since all I usually do is vlog or create videos from my kitchen. I hope you guys really see how valubale this camera has been for me, everyone thinks I am taking photos from a Nikon or something.

Order ID: UK*******3810xxx. Was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of September. 4 days later I was told that:

"I want to be honest with you and I don't want to provide you false hopes. We do not have an exact date on when your order will be delivered as of this moment due to technical difficulties. Rest assured we are working on solving the delayed orders we are currently having."

Simply stay away - they give you slightly better pricing but are unable to fulfil orders.

Samsung Deliver me faulty handset M31s. When a lodge complaint no one from samsung register any complaint. Then I handover my phone to service center after one month service center confirm that there is issue in handset. My handset is still in Service center from 3 months since i purchase. No one bother about customer. Smasung is blind and deaf

I bought a Samsung combi microwave and convection oven. I just use it for microwave and to bake. I never use the weight sensor to cook but that is the one thing that gives me a problem. I replaced the weight sensor part last year and now its giving me the same error again. Should have gone with LG!

SamsungS20FE 5G. From date of purchase, phone would continually lose signal while iphone maintained signal in side by side comparison. It was not the carrier. Phone was taken to authorized service center with no replacement as stated nothing was wrong with it. Same reception problems upon leaving service center area. At that point phone was 3 months old and now approximately a year old, which I still have as trade in value, if any is less than $100. Frustration by poor antenna in this phone and Samsungs refusal to replace, led to purchase of Apple iPhone 6 months ago, with no reception problems since.
