So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

I recently brought a 55 Samsung smart tv. I didnt have the product not even for a year and the screen gave out. When I contacted Samsung about the screen they told me they arent able to do anything due to physical damage. Mind you this tv NEVER fell or had any type of impact. I had one of the older versions of a Samsung flat screen and went through so many impacts but never got damaged. I had this tv for over ten years and it is still in working condition. Samsung had made their products more weak and sensitive so that we have to pay out of pocket. SAMSUNG SUCKS! I always thought this was a great name brand but the way they are manufacturing their newer products is unbelievably sensitive and weak.

Bought my watch directly from Samsung. After 2 months it stopped working. I sent back and after 3 weeks i got my watch back. It still had the same problem. I wanted a replacement and tech support would mot send a replacement. They wanted me to send the watch back again for repair. I asked for a supervisor snd waited on hold for 45 mins. She finally picked up and we got disconnected. She did not bother to call me back. I called again and waiting gor a supervisor again. On hold for 45 mins so far. I am totally upset how I am being treated. Customer care is nonexistent with Samsung.

I bought my sister-in-law a watch and almost immediately realized after purchasing she had an Iphone. I tried to cancel the order the same day but they wouldn't let me despite it not having been shipped yet. When I went to return it they said they only have a 15 day return policy and I would have never realized that a company has shut a short return policy. I already have a watch so I can't do anything with this one that I am now stuck with!

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything directly from Samsung. Buy through Amazon instead.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG. COM DIRECTLY! All customer services is from India with no ability to help what so ever!
Spent 10 days chasing them to come back to complete my installation that i paid for. Keep promising that I will get a call back and email within 24 to 48 hours- nobody calls or email. When i call back they keep asking info about the order detail and then transferring to the next person that ask the same questions - 4 phone calls that i made to resole the issue - each time spent 30 to 48 minutes and transferred to 4 different agents each time! I gave up and asked to return and again transferred me to 2 additional agents. I Finally called my credit card company to dispute this purchase. Never again from samsung.com
What a shame of a company!

Samsung mobiles customer care is worst service. Charger was showing as free but not sent with mobile. They are cheating the customers. The charger cancelled automataically, when informed customer care concern team will send mail about this occurance. No single mail came from 40 days and when i asked again, same dialogue repeating. They do not know why the order cacelled even 40 days completed. Very very poor responses and repeated dialogues. No progress. Do not buy samsung products. Rating is ZERO

6 months into owning this TV, I am frustrated daily with using it and finally need to tell you to be worried
1) the TV needs to be unplugged every day before using it, as the apps are frozen/locked
2) the remote keys and function depends on what App you are using.
I own the 55" for the living room and love it and have never had a problem which is why I bought the 43 for the bedroom. But it has SUCKed since day 1.

This is the most vile company I have ever dealt with. They are absolute LIARS! I am supposed to get a refund for my crappy refrigerator that I paid $3,000 for 2 years ago that is now irreparable. The technician deemed it so and I called Samsung to request a refund so I can buy another brand altogether. After over a month now of back and forth with customer service and incompetent employees telling me the figure was wrong for my refund and had to be "recalculated" week and after week of calling them! They are a wretched and conniving company that don't the $#*! from the whole in the ground. Still waiting on my refund that they said was canceled due to new policy changes that I can only exchange now!
BS I was promised a refund! They cannot renege on their promise or I will take them to court! NEVER EVER EVER BUY their crap products!

Less then 18 month old black stainless steel free standing stove. I used the self cleaning cycle on my oven for the first time, the paint around the oven handle started to peel. I contact Samsung customer service, sent pictures and was told it was only cosmetic and they will not make good, basicly it is my problem and I will need to buy new parts if I want it fixed. This is a unexceptable answer from such a big name company. The stove peeling is not from something I did worng buy it is from Samsung's defect in their product.

Our ice maker has been down for four months. The service company has been out four times and cancelled on us the fifth time. The work has been paid for but not completed. Samsungs doesn't care about our inconvenience and our money paid for nothing. We have gone around in circles with them and nothing has been resolved. They do not give two F's…. Samsung has the worst customer service and horrible repair service contractors. I will never buy another Samsung product and I currently have numerous Samsung appliances and electronics. I don't understand how they can stay in business with crappy products and horrible customer service. Fu Samsung!
I would have given them a zero if I could.

I did have a lot of confidence and loyalty to Samsung. But, after purchasing 4 brand new smart tags and within 3 months one of them failed. Contacted Samsung, they refused to honor the warranty. I was promised by 3 different customer personnel to either repair, replace or refund me. They all gave false promises and would not do any of the above. At the very end and after 4 months, they returned my original tags.
SAMSUNG DO NOT CARE OR STAND behind their own product. They should publish WE DO NOT care on their website

SAMSUNG Please post on your site WE DO NOT CARE instead of we care.

Ice maker stopped working after two years on two Samsungs, cost to repair/replace about $600.
Also, the construction of the shelves is shoddy and the plastic cracks, replaced two, about $100
Made a wise decision, put the Samsung in the garage as a backup and bought an LG

Buy any washer other than Samsung. When they fail(and they will) Samsung will not fix it. I have one three years old.$1,100 and it won't spin water out of the cloths. I have got the run around for 4 mouths from Samsung. So I have an $1,100 boat anchor. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. They DON'T care about you.

I paid 1500€ for a new galaxy Z3 that found out to have some dead pixels. It is 6 weeks that my phone is in repar center for such a small problem, and I have no idea how far will it be there cause in the last 4 weeks,whenever I called them, they told me my phone will be back in 2 days! I am frustrated and I don't know what to do. I requested them many times: "please send my phone back, no matter it is repaired or not"...
If you are fooled to buy a samsung product (like me) you should forget warranty or repairing it.

Very unsatisfactory experience with broken fridge/freezer under warranty, following words quoted in Samsung's complaint response: -
"We do not have a formal procedure in writing and you would not receive any feedback as all complaints are handled internally"
Can this be right where is the Regulation?

I bought their s7 back in November with the promise of a $250 rebate and still havent gotten it. All i get is the run around. I bought the Bogo deal for the S8 and nobody can tell me when i will revieve my order. All they keep saying is next week. Its been 3 weeks. The Note 8 is about to release. I had enough and had to cancel my order after i got the reply " your order is in back order, we cant ship you something we dont have in stock." If thats the case why do you sell product you dont have in stock? Makes no sense. On top of that, why does it seem like i know more about samsung policies than yheir employees. Ill continue to buy samsung products but never from their website. Their customer service is unbareable and they just keep giving you the run around. I would avoid purchasing anything from their website.

I just received my Samsung device back from the repair center. Unfortunately the touchpad does not work. They were supposed to fix the touchpad and they emailed and said that they had replaced the touchpad with the new touchpad but like I just said, the touchpad does not work. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to send the device and packet and wait and not have my device when I need it. Can you please simply send me a new replacement device that works correctly? I'm still under warranty and I'm very very frustrated. I would also like to file an official Complaint with Samsung. How do I do that?

I received a tablet for Mother's day. The S pen was broken. I contact Best Buy but was referred to Samsung which II did. On 5/23/18 I made contact was advised that it was under warranty. I received a ticket and returned the pen which they received on 5/30/18. On 6/12/18 I contacted them because I hadn't received the pen. I was told the pen was on back order and I would be contacted in 30 minutes with options to include refund. Call was never received. On follow up 8/23/18 I was advised that the claim was escalated on 7/30/18. I am still waiting to hear from Samsung. Exactly 3 months later and no contact or resolution. Very disappointed customer

Decent hardware but the software is not updated after 2 years or so. My QLED TV, even though fairly recent, has stopped receiving updates and I'm kind of stuck with old apps. The competitors that use Android TV still churn out updates and latest version of the important apps are available.

Absolutely terrible service and customer service. I sent in a Flip 3 5g for repair and they wanted $890. For repair and I could buy a brand new one for just over $900. First off never send a repair in usps to their address. They say they never got it. After a month of tracking thru USPS I proved that they had it. Can't understand their customer service people, Indian or Oriental descent. Terrible service dept. They send you one way and get to that dept. and send you to a different dept. My wife is Korean and told me I had to buy a Samsung. NEVER AGAIN.

I have several televisions romu and Samsung. Samsung is by far the lowest quality television I have ever owned. Do yourseya favor and get a better brand. Spend the few extra dollars and you will not regret it. Called tech support and they couldn't make it perform any better. Cosco takes returns no questions so im returning this pile of garbage. Samsung is the worst.

Horrible product as the software is terrible and tech support is unable to help. Tv is on latest OS. I gave tech support plenty of tries to troubleshoot. Seeing if Costco will take back this garbage so i ccan buy a different brand

Samsung provides third class customer service. I get a pink laser line across the screen and still within warranty. I have called Samsung total of 10 times now and each time it has fallen to deaf ears. No one seems to know the true meaning of customer service and each phone call you get new set of promises that the issue will be taken care off in 2 days, except no one calls back. Terrible Company no wonder they have so many recalls. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

SAMSUNG customer care & support is worst I ever faced.
Before purchase of Samsung laptop I had asked Samsung customer care, whether laptop support spen of Samsung tab s 6 lite? They said yes. Then I ordered laptop. When I started using Samsung laptop with spen, there were problems, I had requested return request. They started inquiry and came to conclusion that the S pen was not compatible with laptop.
Before purchase they told spen of Tab s 6 lite is compatible with Samsung galaxy book 360 i5 13.3 laptop and after purchase they are telling me s pen is not compatible with laptop.
Reported to Samsung, submitted screenshots of proof, still since 20 days they literally toying twith me.
Don't purchase Samsung products

One month out of warranty I had to replace the whole screen on my Samsung TV. It very expensive. Then, I had to pay toreplace it again. Soon after, the smart remote broke, so I had to buy another. Now the Tv is not working again, so after two hours on the phone with customer service they felt the remote may be their problem. I requested, since I put so much time and money into the tv already, that she send me a new remote. After speaking to a customer service rep, his supervisor, and the complaint escalation department, they determened since it was out of warranty they would do nothing for me.

In trying to exchange a Ultra tablet for an S9 that has cellular as the Ultra was received as a Christmas present and unfortunately, was past your 30 day deadline, I waited on hold on the phone and via text for 2 days only for your customer service to reach out to me at 1am ET and because I didn't answer close my ticket at 2am ET. I then called the next day and was hung up on 3 times. I wanted a lesser value item that I could use and was willing to forgo the difference in cost - hence you make more money but your customer service reps did not help, hung up on me and failed to get me any assistance. I will go out of my way to NEVER purchase any product from you again and will be sharing my "awesome" customer service on your websites.

Samsung products are always good but their customer service is not even satisfying.
Latest is i bought a Galaxy Note 8 on 24th of this month via Samsung online shop & delivery suppose to be next day.
I emailed them but didn't get response.
Today is 29th, i went on live chat waited a long time when i was 1st in a queue page appears saying sorry all operators are busy, then i called waited 37 minutes & no response so while waiting i tried live chat again & by chance i get chance to chat.
The lady on the chat confirms me that tomorrow on 30th of November i am definitely getting my delivery.
After an hour i received a email from Samsung saying i can not receive my order before 5th of December as they are busy.
If they are busy it's not my problem as they advertised on the web next day delivery but taking 11 days.
