So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

My Samsung Ice Maker was making a knocking noise and was leaking water inside the refrigerator. It was not under warranty. I called for repair and the authorized dealer told me they were too busy and I should request service through Samsung even though the ice maker was not under warranty. So I did just that. I went online and ordered service through Samsung. I was told the charge would be $260.40. I authorized the charge and scheduled an appointment. When the service tech comes to my home he said the service call should be free. He had to replace some parts which were defective. He said Samsung called it FOC. I contacted Samsung on 6/21/2021 and the person I talked with agreed. However, I was charged on my card. I contacted Samsung again and they said they would have to investigate. They would get back with me. That didn't happen. I called today, 7/2/2021. I was told the charge of $260.40 was not going to be reversed.

I have an extremely annoying high pitched whine that occurs when the TV is in game mode using my Xbox XS. I reported it to Samsung in February (under warranty) and had a tech come three different times. First time he replaced the mother board (didn't work), second time replaced the power supply (didn't work), third time replaced the display. After replacing the display, the noise had gone away. I don't play the Xbox often (I won it) and when I turned it on 7 months later, the noise was back. I called again and they informed me it was out of warranty but after explaining it was the same issue, they had a tech come at no charge. The tech replaced the motherboard again and it still made the noise. Samsung issued an exchange number and called me to inform me I would only a prorated amount as a refund ($500 less than I paid 14 months ago). I escalated it to the "Office of the President" and Milargos still refused to refund the full amount even though I reported the problem during my warranty period and it still had not been fixed. I am extremely frustrated since it is a major hassle to take down and put up the TV since I can not do it myself. So now I must figure out how to get it down, then they pick it up, I only get a partial refund, and I have to buy and mount a new TV. It blows my mind they are willing to loose a loyal customer over $500. They do not honor their warranty.

Stay away from their harmful machines. Control board exploded after use of one year. I take it to repairer every month. Non reliable and worst products.

Purchased a phone direct from Samsung. Shipping was handled by Fedex. Was not able to deliver while I was at the shipping/receiving address. Phone was returned by the shipper and Samsung has confirmed they have received the original package. I received a refund for the charger that was in the original order within a week or so. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund approximately $950 for the phone. When I contacted the Samsung customer service I was always given a few more weeks line of BS. I used a payment service online and started a claim a few weeks ago. After starting the claim I contacted Samsung and they said they could not release the funds because there was a pending claim. They instructed me to close the claim and mail a certified letter to their corporate office and once received they would be able to release the funds. If I close the case I will not be able to reopen the case with the payment provider. Feel like I am living an episode of the twilight zone. I cannot get my money back for something that I never received? This was my first foray into switching from an Apple phone to a Samsung phone. I realized during this ordeal that you don't realize what you have until its gone, Apples Customer service is first class, Samsungs is non-existent.

Buyer beware, if you get a defective product Samsung customer support will find a way not to repair your item!

I purchased a Galaxy s21, from day one it would randomly restart, shut down, freeze, or just not open any apps.
I Sent it in for repair, with out being given a loaner phone or replacement phone, I had to purchase another cheap phone, I'm out 250 dollars
When I received my phone back from repair the sim card tray was missing, so much for returning the 250 dollar phone I had to buy
After a entire month of constantly calling trying to get a replacement, I finally talked with a "manager" and was told that a sim card tray is an "accessory" item, and if I can't prove that I sent it to them, then they are not obligated to do anything else... WTF!
I have called them 22 times in 28 days, every time I got a different answer on what was happening. Now I have to go out and find a sim card tray on my own that they lost. To big to loose, shame on you Samsung for how you treated a loyal customer since the Galaxy S2. Guess I'll have switch to apple, at least they stand by their warranty

Broght a s8 and 360 camera but had to return. Almost 2 moths but still not got refun! Call multi time but alway say it in process? Never buy samsung again. Stay away from samsung direct people

CASES: 512-457 and 512-460 is been more than 45 policy days to investigate and they said a return was on the way and never received anything... AGAIN LIES OVER LIES! Besides is hard to understand their english and NEVER WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ASIA thinking I was contacting SAMSUNG > COM inside USA! PLEAAASSEEEEEE HELPPPPP im tired of your robot operators that cant do much because all they do is read! I NEED MY MONEY BACK no one is answering anything! EITHER FEDEX DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING!

I am very pleased with my new Samsung TV. I worked with Angel of the customer support team, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He patiently set up my TV to meet my paticular needs. Without his help, I was ready to return the TV to Walmart. The TV itself is excellent. I AM MOST IMryRESSED with the sound quality. I am hearing impaired and I can enjoy MOST dialogue without closed captioning, but EXTRA LARGE close captioning is avilable for me on screen if I want to use it. I have ONE and only ONE complaint: the TV remote is very difficult for me to use. I suppose it is intuitive, but I find it confusing. Maybe by using it over the next several weeks I will get more comfortable with it. I'm happy with my TV purchase. I am not tech savvy. I have no idea how to provide proof of purchase, but I am real and am a real owner of this new TV.

Bought a Samsung s20 not even 6 months old and sent it to Samsung as they said they would look at it and if nothing can be done they will return it also first day I owned it had a small crack 1 mm so they said my phone caught fire cuz the crack witch was not true it melted the cord then they held my phone hostage said I had to pay a fee in order to get it back was never told this before I sent it out what a shady company never again will I deal with them again

Bought a dishwasher for first time and in 2 weeks it flooded my kitchen destroying my floor and new base cabinet for my island.This started back in feb and the andres electronics wanted nothing to do with it after they took our money.Now i was left to deal with samsung myself.Well its been a nitemare of falling on deaf ears with more than 40 phone calls all which i was told it was being escaladed. This is where every phone call ended with 0 results.I am coming up to a year now the power and water have been shut off the whole time because im not having a repeat.When you phone they send you in circles in joped of driving you away.Their advertising of warranty is completely illegal in regards to how they conduct themselves.They write on their products they have warranty but when you have an issue right out of the box the shun you and send you in circles in hopes of getting rid of you.I have never dealt with a company so poorly and corruptly run.I would strongly recommend you shop for better brands that stand behind their products because samsung has proved repeatedly to be very deceitful

Paid just under $3K for a Samsung 4 Door Flex Refrigerator/Freezer Oct. 16 2016. Late February 2017 freezer began acting up. Was told by customer serrtvice it was my fault and to flip the fuse a couple of times. Appeared to solve the problem for three days. Since then I have been given the royal run around. They declined to provide a service technician, instead told me I was "approved for a full refund". Still waiting 11 weeks on. I have been lied to, given misinformation, put on hold for god knows how long, and now the old "check is in the mail" routine going on. Have been told "check mailed May 3". "Check issued May 4th". I guess it was mailed before it was issued! I'm 75 - in my lifetime I cannot remember a more negagtive customer service experience. Meanwhile i have purchased a small free standing freezer and I wait and wait. I have complied with all their requests for information. Is anyone onto these people? For what it is worth the appliance managers at both Lowes and Home depot local stores used essentially the same expression when I asked about Samsung Customer Service. "RUN".

Worst service engineees.
Roadside engineers are hired in this company. Who does not have any knowledge of HVAC systems. The HR MANAGERS are compromise their ETHICS and DIGNITY for SAVING MONEY because of which this service engineers are hired by Samsung Company.

This dum employee during my AIR CONDITIONING unit servicing fitted faulty copper pipes because of which REFRIGERANT GAS LEAKS every time. Now my AC is just like a FAN, A ******* RS FAN.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase these SAMSUNG company Air Conditioning units wrost service providers.

Fraudsters sending text messages pretending to be my bank. There is no way to block text messages on the S21 Ultra. On the line with Samsung Care for days, all they do is jerk me around.

PURCHASED THIS ITEM 08/2015 WITHIN ONE YEAR IT STARTED DRIPPING WATER FROM THE ICEMAKER THAN IT STARTED MAKING ICE OFF AND ON WHEN IT WANTED TO. CALL SUPPORT WAS TOLD TO RESET ICEMAKER AFTER 2 DAYS IT MADE ONE CUP OF ICE AT A TIME FOR A WHILE THAN STOPPED. CALL FOR SERVICE AND FOUND ICE BALL AROUND ICEMAKER AND AUGER MOTOR PACKED WITH ICE. ICEMAKER AND AUGER REPLACED.
WHY WOULD YOU PUT A PRODUCT LIKE THIS ON THE MARKET. I HATE THIS REFRIGERATOR I FEEL LIKE I GAVE AWAY $2600. I HAVE SAMSUNG CELL, TV AND WAS GOING TO BUY A RANGE BUT I AM DONE WITH SAMSUNG. WHEN I PAST BY YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORE, I CRINGE. I WOULD LIKE TO SET THAT REFRIGERATOR ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR TRASH PICKUP. SOMEONE KNEW THIS REFRIGERATOR'S ICEMAKER WAS A PROBLEM BUT YOU STILL PUT IT ON THE MARKET HOW CAN I EVER TRUST SAMSUNG AGAIN. I HATE THIS REFRIGERTOR!

I have been brand loyal since before smart phones. My house is completely samsung, from phones, appliances, tablets, TV shows, blu ray players, Accessories like VR. I ordered a Gearfit2 after my fitbit broke. I ordered a standard black only to get a confirmation that theyou would be sending me a pink one. Called to have it switched, they said they can't do that (stupid) and that I would have cancel the first order and reorder. No not falling for that trick, so they can hold $300 of my money at once. I'm no sucker. So I said cancel it no reorder. The rep said since it hadn't been shipped I should receive my money back right away because they don't process payments until the product is shipped. Well what do you know this morning at 8:10 am I received 3 separate emails, my order has been shipped, my payment has been processed, and my order has been cancelled. How the f#ck? I cancelled before it was shipped. So now they get to hold my money hostage an additional week when from the beginning they screwed up. I NEVER SELECTED PINK. They're morons.

I was a dedicated supporter…. Phones, t/vs, cameras and even air/cond. But never again. I spent a dozen plus hours to get my Kies 3 working as the prior KIES backup had been disabled and tried myself then Telstra Platinum then Samsung Ausatralia and the so called Samsung 24 hour line…the 24 hour line was worse…. Robotic, thick headed, then sheer arrogance then with no shame they told me to go to speak to Apple. They were just spoilt brats who were losers…they couldn't solve the problem and didnt care…the software is just no good. They gave me wrong email address' and then the 24 hour number was not working as they were overburdened then there were disconnections…. So now at the risk of no backup Im going back to Apple. Samsung are to fat to care, the arrogance and smugness of there pathetically robotic and petulent 'support' is just lousy. STICK IT SAMSUNG!

Definitely don't recommend Samsung even for my enemies!

Terrible customer service!. They don't stand behind their products and they don't even respect the warranty they provide with their products. Even Samsung care+ service is a complete joke!

Bought the new S22 Ultra galaxy phone in April, paid full amount, total of 2300$ with the Samsung care+ plan for 2 yrs. The phone is acting up and restarting by itself all the time, apps lagging, difficulty connecting to wifi and difficulty connecting devices using Bluetooth and it just disconnect phone calls randomly.

Called them to explain the problem and request a replacement since it's a manufacturing defect and since it hasn't been 6 month on the phone, plus I already bought Samsung care+ just for issues like that but Nooo!

Their response was policy doesn't cover replacement, we can take it and fix it for you!

I bought a brand new phone and paid 2300$ for it to have it fixed in less than 6 months usage!. How does this make any f****n sense?!

Can I sell you a brand new shirt with a hole and when you come back to replace it, I be like oh we will sew this for you no problem?! Come on! Have some common sense people

Never ever ever Im getting any of Samsung products again, there are alot other companies out there with decent products who appreciate their clients way more than this and don't waste their money or time! Customer service is as important as a good quality products!

Don't buy any of Samsung products, they don't stand behind their products and warranty is just a joke!!

I'm waiting Since 2 Months for Samsung J7 Battery Model Number: SM-J700FZDDINS. The battery is not available neither at Samsung Service Center nor on their website. When I Contacted them they said you have to wait this is only option you have. 1 star given as 0 star option is not available.

I would never recommend Samsung to anyone. Their customer service is one of the worse i have ever dealt with. I bought i high end dryer from Sears in January 2016. The dryer never worked at its best and i read the manual a few times to be sure i wasn't the problem, finally in March i called Sears and they said Samsung would not allow them to service their product, so i call them a week ago and find out that you must be in front of the dryer giving the customer service person the model and series information as they run diagnostics by phone. They then asked me to get behind the machine and clean the vent, excuse me, i am not a technician nor am i being paid to do their job. They then said they would have a supervisor call me within 24-48 hours to resolve the problem. A week later, i call them back and i receive the same treatment and then told to call a technician based in Farmingdale Long Island to set up an appointment to service my dryer in CT. I bought this in Danbury CT, 10 miles from my house, why are they sending me to their closest servicing group based in Long Island. Sounds like they have really bad relationships and I will be calling American Express to get my money back and buy a real washer and dryer from a credible company.

I was attempting to make a purchase for the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Samsung website so I could get my government employee discount and a discount for my Galaxy S8. Samsung has teamed up with ID.me to verify government employees by using their government email address where they send a confirmation link. I created a ID.me account using the same email address as my Samsung account, received the link and confirmed. So when I go back to Samsung site to check out, it lead me back to ID.me. I attempt to log in but it said email or Password incorrect. I know it wasn't because I used the same Password I used for other generic sites. OK so maybe I did forget the password, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and it says the email address could not be found. Get this how is that when they sent a account created confirmation to the same email address. I chatted with a rep on Samsung site for almost an hour trying to figure it out. Finally I told him Good-night I've decided to buy an iPhone instead, trying to deal with ID.me literally gave me a migraine headache, I not kidding. Samsung S21 Ultra and the migraine headache I endured was not worth the price of the phone. ID.me gets your information then pretend you doesn't exist. For Samsung to team up with ID.me was a terrible ideal because they lost a customer to Apple.

Purchased 6 and 3 in need of repair. Went through hell to schedule repair and still nowhere. Spent 3 days calling. Issuing service ticket and then sending email that ticket was canceled.

In January 2020 I purchased a Samsung A21 as well as my husband. Within a week my phone just stopped charging for no reason just charging one day worked and not the next. I sent to Verizon for a trade. A few weeks ago my husband Same ting me from one day to the next stopped charging. I called Samsung sent me information to send in. I was then notified that it was not under warranty and l had to pay for repair. Informed the that yes it was, then they told me that the port was damaged, I informed them that it was not we had looked at the port to see if there was lint prevent the charge and it was in perfect condition. They then proceeded to say that the phone was dropped. I assured that it was not. I would have submitted that to my cover warranty if this was the case. There are several issues with the charging port on this phone that are all over the internet. I have called lots of times spoken to supervisors who say that they will call 24 to 48 hours no response. Talked to tech support either they hang up or throw me in the review end of call. I have called over 15 times with no help. This is the absolute worse service I have ever received. In the last 30 years have always used Samsung. I convinced my husband to use Samsung. My television, refrigerator, washer and dryer are Samsung will not be buying this brand any more. Very disappointing!

I purchased a washer on July 16th and delivery was rescheduled twice and finally delivered on August 11th but now they just leave the washer in the garage and say they do not have parts to install and I should call and schedule next week so they can come following week and they even refuse to use the parts I already have
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCE FROM SAMSUNG.COM, a very lousy company with rude employees

I purchased a new Samsung S21 as a gift for my wife from the Samsung online store. They delivered the box on the 30th of March 2021, and on the 14th of April 2021, we were having a video conversation with our family members when the phone ran out of battery. Then we charged the phone and turned it on, but there was no signal for both sim1 and sim2, and after restarting and rebooting, there was still no signal. Then I headed to the Samsung Store in the Mall of the Emirates. They informed me that the motherboard was destroyed, that the phone had physical damage, and that we would have to replace the screen and frame in order to replace the motherboard.
