So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I hate that I have been forced to click on one star. Perhaps by saying "Don't EVER buy a Samsung Fridge" you can read between the lines. This company needs to stick to making TV's and entertainment systems. My Mum spent hard earned money on a french door Samsung fridge that has had nothing but issues with the lines freezing then thawing out and leaking everywhere and spoiling food. She has done nothing but turn upside down for them to come by and replace a part that well sort everything out. Yeah right, THREE times and still having the problem. Now she is retired and just spent $2000 on another brand new fridge. Samsung, leave appliances along unless you know what you are doing.
After purchasing 3 Samsung appliances and spending thousands of dollars, you would think that they would care enough about addressing a simple issue like a dent on a door. On my initial call a very pleasant and help young lady assured me that the door on my flex refrigerator would be replaced. After two cancellations from the service center for not having the part, a technician came looked at the door sent a picture, contacted the service center for approval which was denied and left all in a matter of 5 To 8 minutes. They consider the dent a "cosmetic " issue. So after this experience I feel that once they have your money they pretty much don't care about the consumer.
I bought a phone from their website instead of from amazon because they had "1 day shipping". The day after the order is confirmed, I try to ask customer service about what's going on - they start by telling me that shipping takes 7-10 days.
1. That's a clear contradiction.
2. I asked them to at least cancel the order since it was THEIR fault that I was misinformed. They refuse.
3. It took me an hour to get this information out of their customer service - their customer service representatives are probably robots with fixed responses.
Overall: I would NOT buy from the samsung website. Amazon is the way to go.
Ive had terrible issues with the remote for my TV their messaging support team is absolutely horrendous. Their help center call line is a joke, no one answers and the buttons on the call do not work. I will never purchase another Samsung product in my life. I use to love them but not anymore. I implore individuals to read reviews before making the worst decision of their life.

My laptop isn't even a year old yet and one of the USB-C ports has already stopped working. I call and get it sent in to Samsung, who sends its to their repair centre Futuretel. They want to charge me more than the price of the laptop to replace the mother board. Apparently my warranty is "voided" because I have physical damage to the device exterior. It's a silver laptop, I might have a scratch or something. Ridiculous.
To add this information would have been great to know before sending in my laptop, what a waste of time. Samsung = crooks.

Misleading promo practices and they do not honor their prices. I wouldn't trust shopping from Samsung. The issue is on their technical side, and they waste your time telling you to check back in an hr. I worked with their support for 3 days and no resolution only to have them revoke their promo and only then did their cart start working again. Bunch of scammers. I'll take my business to a business with better practices.

After 10 days and 4 phone calls inquiring as to why a confirmed order cannot make it to shipped status I was told it was under supervision review and would take 24-48 hours to resolve. Only reason to buy direct was to take advantage of $200 s6 trade in offer.
I gave up bought the phone for $100 less on Amazon and got a $70 gift card for using the amazon credit card. So much for your $200 trade in plan samsung. I will utilize my useless us cellular s6 phones for paperweights.

Ordered a phone for my grand daughter and just received another not shipping notice. They send a free VR the same day I ordered and use that as leverage saying you must send it back to cancel order. They value it at $99 which is a joke since I can buy it elsewhere for under $30. Since its the older version. What a joke. While I hate apple this may be why I switch my business phones over.
Never, ever, ever buy a Samsung. AVOID. If anything goes wrong (and it most likely will) you will be accountable and will be charged extortionate rates. The warranty service is an absolute myth, they will find any excuse not to even attempt to fix your product. My Samsung S7 Edge has a fault with the phone however they will not even look at it because of a scratch on the screen. Before even touching the phone they are trying to charge £220, and that is just the start. It's not enough paying £500 + for a handset. Greedy scum.
Worst experience with Samsung this time on Note 10+, my note 9 was working perfectly fine. I just bought it a month back and it has an issue which happens intermittently where it loses network if coming down the lift or going to underground parking lot and never recovers until I restart the phone.
Reached to official samsung service center and they mentioned its a known samsung motherboard issue and asked me to get the phone replaced.
On reaching out to samsung care had another worst experience where they said they would only replace within 14 days of receiving the order even though they knew they sent me a defective product. So now they would only repair or replace the motherboard and send it and I have to live with it knowing I paid 1100 dollars for a defective product.

I purchased a Samsung a13 in Nov 11,2022 only to have the device suddenly stop powering on after 25 days. So we sent to Samsung for repairs and they replied that the motherboard burnt out and it would cost $161+ change to fix that the motherboard is not covered under there warranty. Phone burns itself out in under 30 days cause of poor craftsmanship and it's not covered under warranty is pure B.S. There customer representative was very very rude. I no longer recommend Samsung to anyone and I'll never purchase a samsung product ever again

Stay FAR AWAY from samsung for major appliance purchase. I got an appointment for a Month and 1/2 from my call date on a $2000. 00 refrigerator under 1 year old. They cancelled my repair ticket TWICE for no reason! You will get a rep in a foreign country that you can't understand, unless you hang up and keep calling. Took ne 22 calls on each call 8 -19 calls to get a rep in the USA. Stay away from LG also according to their reviews. Hope this helps someone else out there

I purchased an upgrade box for a Samsung TV that cost me $4,000.00. I purchased directly from Samsung. The box died after three weeks. I contacted Samsung. They agreed to exchange the box. It is now two months later. No replacement box and their customer service people are unable to find out what is going on (14 calls later). All they say is that the exchange is being handled in the order received but that they cannot investigate or find out or provide any information. Honest, those are their words. I would never, ever buy another Samsung product.
Well we are now second washer from Samsung. It has been recalled and Samsung sets up appointments three times and no one shows up. I keep calling they always have excuses reset appointment then again they don't show up and we take time off work. What kind of set up is this. I've been dealing with a problem with my fridge within 30 days of Delivery. I am so tired of fighting with Samsung to get a fridge that should not be defective upon delivery. Their customer service is the worse and they don't speak/understand English well. They refuse to transfer to an English-speaking rep when asked. I told her to be sure to have Management review my call! Their products are garbage and belong in the trash.
My husband got me a phone for christmas. I was super. Happy because I had the same phone for 4 years. About time for a new one. We turned it on and the sound didn't work. Their products are mostly good, but their inventory, order fulfillment and customer service are lacking. They should be able to better predict their inventory, or at least notify their customers when order statuses change. That goes into order fulfillment which sucks to say the least. Finally, they do not equip their customer service representatives with enough information to be able to actually help anyone. It's the same canned response that mean nothing in the end. If I didn't know any better, I'd think this was a startup company or a small business run out of someone's home.
Purchase new washers machine and in 10 months it's stop working making loud noise, then leaks. We call Samsung, first they offer repair company, who's never showed up. Than they offer E- coupon - also never been issued. After three months of waiting they telling me it's out of warranty they can't provide with any help any more! Minus - 10 stars! I was trying to recover data from a busted Galaxy S7 phone. Data recovery options for Samsung phones are limited so I was heavily relying on Samsung Cloud. I kept running into bugs and issues on Samsung Cloud, forcing me to reach out to their customer support who were not very helpful.
When reaching out to support, they are very hesitant to admit they have a problem that needs fixing, and it takes a lot of convincing. The first problem was when the Gallery could not be accessed on the cloud. Luckily, a lot of other people were experiencing the same issue, and Support didn't believe me until I shared links to other forums where people were talking about it. Another issue was with the Cloud Sync feature which stopped working for me and to this day they never resolved it. One guy actually hung up on me. After that I stopped trusting them and haven't reached out again since.
I like my new Galaxy phone, but the Samsung Cloud is always broken and their Support is not very helpful.
I have a Samsung refrigerator: 4 yrs old, ice machine horrible - makes about 4 glasses of ice then its empty. Then periodically the motor ices up and I have to unscrew the inside back panel and thaw it out or the ice will burn out the fan motor that cools the fridge! Have a Samsung S9 - horrible, ppl. Tell me they can't understand what I'm saying when I'm on speaker phone b/c it sounds warbled. I also have a 3 yr. Old Samsung dishwasher - horrible. The thing is so noisy you can't run it and watch t. V.@ same time. NEVER buying foreign again. All a bunch of junk.
We bought a 65" TV 2.5 years ago and the booklet that came with it said it had 3 year warranty. We've spent 2 days on the phone trying to get them to honor that and they won't. I'd give a 0 rating if allowed!
