So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

Ordered a refrigerator supposedly it shipped the next day to be delivered 5 days later. 2 weeks after delivery date we still don't have a paid in full refrigerator. Everytime I call they tell me they have to contact delivery company and then tell me the delivery company doesn't have it. They have to escalate my ticket. I have talked to numerous supervisors and have to repeat my order number my name my email address my shipping address over and over and over again. I always receive an email with my ticket number and if I've had any more questions be sure to call this number and give my ticket number. Where I start all over again. When I've given a bad review I actually have had the supervisor call and asked me to change my review because "didn't she help me?". I said no I still have the same information and no refrigerator and yet you still have my money. Don't tell me you're sorry find my refrigerator! I'm going to give it one more week and then I'm going to try to cancel my order.

Samsung is terrible! Ordered my tablet 2 weeks ago and it still never shipped! Customer service is useless and just give made up dates about when it will be in stock and shipped. So far they missed 3 promised ship dates and didnt even contact me to notify me. Instead you have to chase them down to find out whats going on. Each time you call samsung says it will be in stock in 2 days. Will never buy samsung again!

Brilliant customer service helped me quickly when my Galaxy s8 screen developed a fault - decent hardware and technology at reasonable prices. I am also more than happy with my 4K smart TV that I bought two years ago.

We purchased a samsung washer (top loader) and dryer in May 2013. We have already had to replace heating element in the dryer. Just recently the washer kept getting off balance for no reason. I called out a repairman and he said the shocks were bad and wanted to charge me almost $400 to replace them with shocks that Samaung had redesigned. I called Samsung to see if they had any other options or would help in any way and they said NO!

In summary Samsung technical support team has deemed my range unrepairable, ticket #... The range is under warranty. The offer the executive customer service member made was for the purchase price plus applicable tax. My issue with this is that I purchased over $7000 in Samsung appliances at a single time; therefore was provided a product rebate per appliance. The offer made was for $1520 plus tax. What I am asking for is the tax amount on the $1520. 00, plus the retail price prior to bundle rebate of $1688. 89. The original invoice from the retailer shows this amount. I believe this is fair as I will have to pay delivery on my new range, approximately $100, as well as losing out on the range extended warranty I purchased. My request is not unreasonable as I am not asking for anything more than I feel entitled to in order to replace my range with the same comparable unit. I have been without an oven now for over 5 weeks. Very slow and unresponsive customer service.

I purchased new appliances late November 2021. The stove quit working March 29 2022. As of this writing I still do not have working stove (May 23). I purchased a samsung microwave October 2020 for $750.00 The microwave quit working May 2 2022. I only live in this house in the winter so the microwave had very little use about 6 months but out of warrenty. Will Never purchase Samsung product again. Every agent that you speak to gives you a different answer very hard to get anything done.

Bought a phone on my company with the trade-in program. When the phone arrived they said that is non-functional even tough it was when we send it (we have video proof) and we wrap it pretty well in cushioning material. They gave us way less than the initial estimate so we declined the offer. So far so good.
The issue is that, after one and a half month of taking the rest of the money off the card we still didn't receive any bill for the difference (and we need it to for the countability to close the month...). We tried calling twice and contacting via e-mail without any success (only bs and promises).
Also the command is also not visible anywhere in the account (I can't find it in my account and I can't even find it if I search if by command number)
Please avoid this...

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this site. There are way better options to buy (even samsung products)

I ordered a product. It never came.it took a month for me to finally call for the 5th time to be told its still in a pending stage... I talk to representatives they try to get me off the phone by saying someone will respond when they get more in. I finally talked to a guy BRENDON badge #*******. Do they even have badge numbers. I canceled my order. He never gave me any info. I asked him is this even Samsung... it sounds like these people are emotionless, effortless,

Samsung free TV offer is nothing but an aggravating, jump thru hoops, disgusting, never gonna happen misleading joke! I bought a new $800 phone and opened a 4th line with AT&T and was told that I will receive a Samsung smart TV. But after 3 months back and forth. It never happened due to crap. They will NOT help you in any manner. AT&T is nothing but extremely BIG LIES also. Do not trust or believe anything that is told to you by either place

After doing the online questionnaire about how much my repair will be I sent my phone in. Telling me that it will be $100. They get my phone and tell me it's actually going to be $377. I paid for that repair a week ago and they haven't even began repairing my phone. I'm tempted to file a fraud report on my CC.

We bought a new Samsung refrigerator, 5 weeks later it stopped freezing and cooling. Four days later they sent someone to look at it. The part will take another six days to get her. They will not replace it or let help us with all the food that has gone bad, N E V E R buy Samsung products, If I had seen there reviews was a one and a half, I sure wouldn't have.

Ever since the newest software update with my samsung s7, my phone doesn't hold a charge. What so ever. I am left charging my phone 3 to 4 times a day. Where's it's still dead throughout the day. I can barely use it my phone because of this. I am seriously thinking about going to an IPhone. But I'm stuck with this phone till September. I am about to buy an iPhone offline and use until I am able to update.

The forced updates cannot be opted out of and are not only for privacy and security. They change settings and features on the phone, and some apps will malfunction. Samsung technical support will factory reset your phone, and everything saved on there will be lost. They will not give me my money back since this is not the phone I paid for.

Stay away from this garbage.

Called customer support twice, both times support said they will keep me on hold while they check status of the order with UPS. First one disconnected and got me connected to UPS without even informing me, he was to check the status himself and get back to me. The other agent simply disconnected the call after keeping me on wait for 15 mins taking me directly to the survey. Samsung, such agents are going to get you out of business soon.

We have place a order and for last 1 and a half month and still the appliances didn't arrived. Samsung says XPO is at fault and XPO says Samsung. I have 2 small kids, 2 senior citizens at home we all are suffering and these guys are just playing a blaming game. $#*!s. Pls don't order online even if you get a good deal. It's going to drain you emotionally and physically.

The dryer comes with a lot of features that just don't work. The sensor does not work correctly and the clothes come out damp. If you use the steam function, don't forget to turn off or you might flood the house. Our repairman told us not to use them and just use the manual setting. A big waste of money.

I went through Samsung directly to purchase my cell phone in July 2018. Verizon was to finance the agreement and I would make payments to them with my monthly bill. Samsung provided the incorrect phone number with the financing agreement to Verizon. When Verizon requested clarification and didn't get a response, they denied the financing agreement. Fast forward 8 months, Samsung now has given me 2 choices, return the phone or pay in full. I've already talked with Verizon and they will honor a financing agreement. Samsung just has to provide them with an agreement and the correct phone number. They insist I only have 2 options. I'm done with Samsung... LG or Google it is! UGH!

Terrible! My Samsung Refrigerator is 5 years old. I replaced the Inverter Board after a year and a half. I replaced the ice maker at about two years. Last week I had a repair person out and they said it needed a new Inverter board, a new ice maker, AND a new compressor! Customer service has been terrible! The refrigerator is terrible! I will never buy Samsung again!

Hi, My experience has been horrible after buying a samsung galaxy s8 on their website. I brought it on the trade-in program. However, the trade-in details and information were not clear. It seemed onesided where many customers have informed that if your phone is not accepted then samsung will charge you with $175 in lieu of the trade-in phone not going through. Trying to get a return is painful as they provided only one Return authorization but not the second for the galaxy 360 that came bundled. With all this confusion, I decided best to save myself the botheration of returning the phone and just keep it.
Hence buyers please be aware if you decide to buy directly from samsung.com be prepared not to get any post purchase support. Their customer care is not well equipped.
Also, it seems the entire transactions are handled by Digital River (a third party) and it's not samsung parent company.

As companies do these days they have outsourcef to the Arabs and Indians, do not expect any good help from their trash customer service, it's amazing. One month after saying they shipped my order and tracking number doest show anything they cant figure out if and how THEY messed up. They havent had a worthy product since the galaxy tab s 8.4 anyway, I'm done with them.

I generally like Samsung products, but I recommend that you don't buy anything from samsung.com. I ordered a Chromebook on black Friday for my wife's Christmas present. At first they said it would be shipped in a week and then two weeks. Now after the fifth delay, it sounds like she should receive her Christmas gift around the end of January. I think they just kept giving me false hope, so I wouldn't buy it elsewhere. Whenever I've called to get a status, I have to wait a very long time to speak with someone..

As soon as 13 rolled out, Samsung Flip & Fold users (and some other models) have been unable to connect or sync their Fitbits for weeks. There is something up with the Bluetooth 13, and hundreds have tried everything from resetting networks, to clearing cache in Recovery Mode, to factory resets. Nothing works, and Samsung will not acknowledge the problem, while Fitbit says they are trying to work on it.
Samsung Support is worse than horrible and their "escalations" go nowhere. I had two cases, but no replies. This will be the only Samsung product in this house, ever. First and last Samsung phone.
I have zero confidence in this brand.

Tip for consumers:
So many complaints and unsatisfied Samsung customers. I wish I had never got one of their phones.

Purchased a brand new Samsung top of the line washer and dryer less than 5 months ago. I love the units, but am having trouble with the dryer already. Contacted service with Samsung to schedule service call and they would not set up an appt. Until I recorded the noise. Scheduled and appt. And the service company gave me 4 hour window and then no showed. I was forewarned not to purchase a Samsung as the service sucks and unfortunately this is the case. Beware!

I purchased one online tv 12 days back but still it has not delivered. The tracking details provided was of AGS systems and the last status update was before 6 days. Now they won't even respond to either call or email. The samsung support does not even care and they have no clue and cann't help in the matter. I am now helpless on what shall I do now? Anyone else faced similar issues, please let me know how it can be resolved
