So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

They came to see my television damaged by a power surge. They charged me $268 for the diagnosis but they never found which part was damaged and they gave me an invoice but it didn't work for me since the electricity company needs the Invoice to tell the truth that it was that the television was damaged by a power surge to pay me for the repair. I spoke to the supervisor and the answer was that they couldn't put that up because I wasn't at home the day the lightning struck. The manager was very rude to me. And they also opened the connection box and then closed it and didn't put the cable back on. NISU MIAMI is the worst tv repair service It's a shame that Samsung uses this company to do its technical service
Customer service at Samsung is not there. Great product but zero customer service. Don't bother calling, go in a circle with no results other then frustration
I bought a Samsung washer and dryer through Costco. The dryer arrived with a damaged lint filter. I have been trying for six months to get a replacement part. I have been told twice now that the part has been shipped, I've been told the part is now on back order. The most recent email from Samsung was saying that the lint filter is not a covered part, even though the part came damaged to my home, and they're expecting me to pay for the part out of pocket, even though I've already spent thousands on the washer and dryer. Costco concierge service is just as bad as Samsung. The concierge service also gives you the runaround and never has a resolution. I will NEVER buy another major appliance from Costco and I definitely will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Samsung. RUN as fast as you can to better, more reliable companies!
I was trading in my perfectly working galaxy 3 watch for the galaxy 5 watch. I received an text saying the my watch wasn't approved because they said I didn't factory reset the watch which I thought I did. I try to get my old watch back and was told I waited too long to get it back and in fact wouldn't get it back and will be charged the $190 trade in value on my new watch. Their resolution with me was to send new watch back. Sorry about your perfectly working watch that we aren't going to give you back. They are a very shady company when it comes to customer service. Buyer be aware.

I dressed my house with all samsung appliances. Fridge dumped on me after 3 years. Paid $2200 on special. Put over $900 in it. So the money I saved on original cost was no bargain. Stove fizzled after only a year. Had to replace circuit board. Dishwasher works so long as I all but wasj the dished as I load. Microwave"s handle broke off within 2 years. 3 tvs were all sent in trash. 2 lasted 3 years but one actuallu suri ed 4. Washer and dryer, my favorite of all, are still working great. But they are onlu inder a year. It was a sale I couldnt resist even after all my problems with the others. And here I sit on my Samsung Edge which I will have for a year in Oct! I only had to replace it once since I had it under the original warranty. Needless to say, my next phone and appliances will NOT be Samsung. I just hope appliances last another year when I sell my home as they will stay with next ownet in which I can start anew.
Since 1x years of being a satisfied Samsung customer, I made a mistake and after the superb S7 and the fragile S10Edge I bought an XCover6 Pro. I regret it. It is useless. Slow, the softkeys are unreliable and this phone is unsuitable to make photos (like and old S10 from 2012, which was slow but reliable). It does not have time to do what it's being told. Where are those guys who made the excellent S7?
I ordered a 55" TV before ThanksGiving and they lost it. I canceled the order and they keep calling and calling and calling trying to deliver it. They charged my credit card with out me receiving the TV. I'm fighting to get my money back. The order was #DAKH940DH and it's a night mare!

Bought a 58 in Samsung LED 4k Tv, it wasn't compatible with my in-line cable outlet. Took 6months for them to return the TV after multiple technicians came out and verified the problem was with the model of the tv. As a consumer, I never had to check if a tv was compatible with the cable service. Fast forward 6months of not being able to receive my channels, they offered me a $30 pair of headphones. Mind you, I wasted 24hrs of my time over the phone with them. So much for their excellent customer service..
Samsung.com is Having me waiting since February for my S22 Ultra. Its almost April! They have it in stock! But they dont send my order, they said is back ordered but you can see it they have it in stock. Lack of comunication between deparments also...

Carefull they allways change prices and makes you pay more at checkout and Im not talking about shipping of taxes charges...

Very irresponsables
I have a 2 year old Model 9000 that has developed a lline across the screen and the bottom of the picture is distorted. Samsung customer service was of no help and sent me to three different phone #'s. This is the 3 rd Samsung that has developed lines! Their product is over rated and their customer service is extremely unhelpful. DO NOT buy a Samsung TV!

Bought November, installed end of November or 1st week of December 2018, May 23,2019 it's broken! I'm back to my old HDD running since 2012 - I thought SSD's are much more stable? I upgraded my Macbook Pro mid 2012 and it was working fine then all of a sudden everything's slow. Tech did a clean OS install on it and it was still slow! When he tried another SSD and installed the OS there - laptop became fast again and so it's the SSD that's broken!
When I returned my item i never received my refund and none of their customer service(chat, text, phone, email) took care of the issues they just wasted my time so finally I had to file a complaint against Samsung and I am still waiting for my refund. BE CAREFUL shopping from samsung US website. It is too risky and don't be fooled that Samsung is a legit trustworthy company because it isn't in the US.

Do not shop from www.samsung.com/us because if there is an issue eith your order they won't take care of it. They are not trustworthy! The complaint was submitted to BBB and they are trying to help mt get my money back if even Samsung care to refund my money at the end. I have been dealimg with this issue for months now.

We have a 4 months Samsung curved 50 inch 4K 3D TV that arrived defective. It was bought new by our valued customer and given us as gift. We contacted Samsung support. They asked the receipt. Being very shameful to our customer we have asked the receipt. We have sent it to Samsung. They said the TV, which was bought as new on September 2016, is out of warranty. Then they asked again the prior receipt we have sent to them.
Samsung is real scammer. Just recently, they scammed us with our defective galaxy phone that was 3 months old, a Note IV bought brand new as if it was out of warranty.
Someone should tell them stop scamming. Thats why we are opening a BBB claim.
We are claiming here an exchange of our TV and $600 compensation for our productive working hours lost during the communication with Samsung due to their continuous scams.
Samsung bought new big screen TV last Christmas a year and a half ago.TV broken called Samsung told tough luck. Called a person to repair it and they want more than half of what the TV cost to repair it so just going to throw it away I will never buy a Samsung product again their ratings are dismal when I look them up. My credit card account is drafted monthly for the payment. My business phone is no longer functioning. Replacement phones are guaranteed (per your website) to be received within 24 business hours. Confirmation (YZIL41PMREXX) of a new phone to be sent to me was received Friday. I called today, Monday, and it has not been sent and they will not give a date that it will be sent. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. This also happened on Friday when I was trying to resolve this issue.
I this how you have instructed you Customer Support Group to handle claims in your SOP?

I bought a refrigerator for thousands, less than 3 years the compressor blew. Samsung said have it repaired pay for it and they would reimburse me. I had 5 companies come out and told me it was such a POOR product they would not touch it. For 1 year I have not gotten anywhere with customer service. I have even offered to buy a new one and asked them to pay half at which they refused. QUALITY $#*! is what they sell. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!

I got the bill for a $3868 order placed with Samsung, and financed with a Samsung credit card. And the credit card is on my TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax credit reports. So I can easily prove who I am and that I got the bill for the order. But would Samsung tell me where the order was shipped, the phone number used, what was ordered, or anything useful at all? They would not.
FWIW my current phone is a Samsung Galaxy A21 and I'm reasonably happy with it. Not a Samsung hater, but I do not agree at all with protecting thieves!

BTW. Never! Buy a washer and dryer from samsung! I have been out of a dryer for 6 months. Before that my dryer went out last year. I called once a day every week for 3 months. They finally gave me coupon for new dryer. They sent me one it wws broken once they took it out of the box. They installed it I was hoping for it t just work. It didnt. So they came got it. Then gave me an $80 refund. Which was what i paid for labor! Then i called asking for full they said no. I decided to call again because i finally got unangry about it. Now I'm angry again!

Absolutely disgraceful and utterly incompetent attempts at customer service. The complaints dept are completely clueless.
Have caused an issue with my handset that didn't exist prior to delivery to repair centre.
I like millions of others have faced issues with the awful Z Fold 3 central screen that is not fit for purpose. Whilst conducting a warranty repair, they have caused an ongoing issue to the front screen that now doesn't work.
The phone has been backwards and forwards and now sits at the same (dis)repair centre apparently awaiting parts. They have now had it for 9 days!
I will circulate this complaint and previous matters via the relevant channels and advise other consumers to avoid SAMSUNG WARRANTY, THEIR COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT AND REPAIR CENTRE, LIKE THE PLAGUE.
They are wholly incompetent.
Samsung customer service is pathetic. I purchased 2 smart watch and did not receive e-certificate of $50 each as per the deal mentioned during purchase. It is more than 4 months. Customer service is unable to resolve the issue in spite of giving all the information requested.

I ordered the s23 plus purple on march 5th n had a delivery date for the 10th. Well here it is April 8th n I think my 5th newest delivery date is for the 11th. Yeah sure. If you didn't have the damn phone you shouldn't be offering it or at least be honest enough to say hey it's gonna be a month or 2 or 3 but I'm thinking never at this point. I've chatted, texted n phoned customer service n got the same runaround about being at the top of the list or some bull. If they would of said hey it'll be 3 months till it's in stock I would of waited. I wouldn't of minded but I hate liars. I tried cancelling n they won't let me. I tried to change the color n it didn't make a difference. I'm stuck because I'm doing a payment plan so I guess they get to screw you because of it. So warning don't try n finance with them.

I went to the Samsung website and ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra. I waited 4 days and received a response. The response said that my order was canceled, and I should put in another order No reason given. I made sure that my credit card was cleared of the charge before re-ordering. I re-ordered the same phone. Two days later, I get the same email, saying my order was canceled. WTF! I called customer service and the lady said that she didn't know why it didn't go through and the only thing I can do is re-order. What a damn joke. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also have a copy showing charge being disputed. So, I put in an order for the third time. Third time is the charm they say. Hopefully this one goes through. This is a lot of work on my side for a phone. First time, last time.

First let me say I like Samsung products. I ordered a note 8 using the financing option throughTD bank and had nothing but problems and Samsung blamed it on TD bank and TD bank said it was Samsung. I was advised to cancel my orders which I did twice and ordered a 3rd time with the same issue. No response after 4 days of emailing customer service not to mention calling customer service. I finally cancelled the 3rd order and I'm going to buy it someplace else.
