So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.
Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!
Warning! Do not buy a Samsung if you ever want to have your appliance repaired under warranty!
We purchased a Samsung dishwasher six months ago, it was working fine until it gave us an error code message, and stopped working. Samsung sent a technician out to fix the issue and he told me it should work fine, ran a load only to have the same error message. It has now been two months and 4 Samsung technician visits later and the issue is still not repaired and they will not replace or refund my dishwasher even though I'm still under the warranty period. They keep telling me they won't replace it because the technician can't replicate or find a problem but I'm sitting here almost 2 months later, 4 repairman visits later, with no working dishwasher. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life especially for a product are still under warranty. On my last call with them they told me too bad they're not replacing or refunding the dishwasher! Buyer beware… Even though your product might be under warranty they will not replace or refund you for your purchase, even if they can't fix the problem, you will be left with a broken appliance with zero help from the manufacturer at all! I would choose any other brand than Samsung!
Recently i was excited over a samsung ad for a phone, On the Samsung shop app. The ad specified a price of 554 which included a military discount. I went through the whole process and at the the total was 1199. When i asked customer service why i get an automated message saying you need to select the trade-in option. I replied to them that there was no way to select the trade-in option and that the ad did not say anywhere on it with trade in. I even went so far as to send them emails with the screenshots of the ad and the whole checkout process. No where did it ask for a trade in. And in the ads for some other phones specifically stated with trade-in. When i receive the next message back again I get the same automated message various times over telling me to select trade in. When someone finally responded to my actual question it was a oh that is a problem with our app you need a trade in to get that price sorry for your luck.
So i ask is this any way a company as big as Samsung can treat any customer let alone a disabled vet.
WARNING Don't pick a pedestal for your washer that is a different color as Samsung will change YOUR choice of machine color without telling you. No mix and match, I guess that's unacceptable, horror! Out of the box! Even if you did it so it would ship and arrive at the same time as the machines THAT ARE BEING INSTALLED. Then if you try to correct THEIR mistake they won't let you, and they will send the unwanted machines and try to shove them down your throat anyway.
Purchased all new Samsung appliances for a kitchen remodel. The microwave board went out within 5 months of purchase. Called to have a technician come repair it. They claimed it was out of warranty based on WHEN IT WAS MANUFACTURED, not when I purchased it. I sent in documentation 4 times showing when I purchased it, each time they claimed they didn't get it or it wasn't good enough. Good grief, I purchased online through Best Buy! I was actually hung up on once trying to get the issues resolved. Never EVER had a company treat me this way on a new product. They may think they won because I finally gave up calling them to get the repair. Luckily Best Buy took back the defective product, gave me a full refund and sent the piece of junk back to Samsung to get their money back. BTW, why on earth would the board of an above range microwave board fail due to "steam"? It's SUPPOSED to be above a range that one can cook on causing steam.
Samsung should be bankrupt. They rob and steal money from their customers. Their products are manufactured faulty and not fully functional, they are sold to customers under the pretense of a warranty that will be honoured if the product is not working as it should and then waive their responsibility to fulfil the warranty just because you were not the original purchaser, despite this appliance being purchased and installed by the builder of your home in which you were the first occupant and user our your saw agreement. Our dishwasher stopped working within 2 weeks of being installed due to a failure control panel which is back ordered and out of stock and Samsung has waived our right to a refund or repair because we are not the original purchasers. This is a ridiculous policy and we have spent countless hours trying to have the make the situation right only for them to continue to waive their responsibility in making and selling faulty products with the intention that they won't be able to create the parts required to repair it when it breaks and won't honour the warranty to refund. This company should be bankrupt. It is robbing the general company blind. It's disgusting and I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again the rest of my life.

Trade in program by Samsung is a Scam!
Don't get fooled in, I send my note 20 ultra in a perfect condition simply like new, but they (Samsung) claims that they receive phone with damaged lenses and cracked screen, they offered half of what primarily should be,
Simply, as I put a lot of effort to protect the device in the package its hardly to believe the phone was damaged,
Don't believe Samsung, it's a Scam!
I was looking to buy a 50 inch TV, as I am a loyal customer of Samsung I go to their website. I see on their site the Q60T for $530. After doing my due diligence on the price for an hour I decide to purchase the TV, when I try it know says it is unavailable & tries to then sell me the Q60A for $699.99 which costs $170.00 more, I'm am shocked & in Awe that a Company such as Samsung would blatantly use bait & switch, I have been a loyal Samsung TV buyer for the last 4 years but as of know i am no longer.
Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase anything from Samsung
I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR IN MID 2020. THE COMPRESSOR FAILED IN MAY 2021. IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET A SERVICE TO COME BUT THEY LEFT BEFORE I ARRIVE DIN THEIR 10 MIN WINDOW. 2 WEEKS LATER I GET A NEW COMPRESSOR. COMPRESSOR FAILURE AFTER 8 MONTHS? NEVER, EVER BUY A SAMSUNG! WORST SERVICE EVER AND OBVIOUSLY THE REFRIGERATORS ARE NO GOOD. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM NO STARS BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION

Another day, another three hours on the phone, another screw up by horrible, in competent customer service. My new refrigerator was delivered / installed on Nov 24,2022. When I registered the appliance I noticed my one year manufacturer warranty expired June 30,2023 (7 months not 12). Three hours on the phone. First, I was told it was correct because that was the date of manufacture (Insane), then they tried to change it to the order (not delivery date) (just as insane). Imagine if you purchased a car and had to wait 6 months for delivery. Your warranty doesn't start 6 months before you have the car. Another three hours on the phone. I thought it was finally partially corrected. I then ordered a 36 month Samsung Care + (extended warranty). The new date was wrong. I was told the 36 months extended warranty starts at the date of purchase. In other words it eats up you standard warranty. I tried to explain this is impossible, since they also offer a 1 year extended, which would then not add anything. Another three hours and today I logged on (I was told it would be fixed) and what do I see... Surprise a new expiration date of Nov 29,2022. That right 2022 meaning I have a 5 day warranty. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Tip for consumers:
GET ANY OTHER BRAND

I suggest NOT TO EVER BUY SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR. Our ref was only 4 months old and it's freezing/icing inside the ref. My hubby is a maintenance guy, but when we youtube the Samsung issue, we found that it was a design flaw, wow! We paid $2500 and this bull$#*! is not working up to par. Ditch any Samsung products... my cell phone is Samsung and it drops calls, our high end washer and dryer were also pieces of $#*!...
Tip for consumers:
We should Google and read reviews...Samsung products is going down the drain

I purchased Samsung Note 5 about 8 months ago form a local shops in Melbourne which has started to give me issues with charging and battery life. Battery only lasts for 2 hours and takes ages to charge.
I took it to their local customer services centre in Central Station in Melbourne where they refused to repair/replace it as they are claiming it to be American Model and hence can't be supported here in Australia. Samsung confirmed it to be a genuine Samsung Device and it was only launched nearly 21 months ago and was purchased brand new about 8 months ago. I had fair bit of argument and they agreed to replace it but only if I provide them with a proof of purchase, which I don't have. But surly this device has to be under warranty period of 24 months as it never existed any time before Sept/Oct 2015. Moreover they could have checked the IMEI number to verify the date of manufacturing.
What sort of customer support is this... Are are actually allowed to do that to their customers here in Australia. This is crap service, their phones blow out, doesn't last for long and then they do even cover their warranty... this is extremely disappointing and my last ever purchase of any Samsung device, they are useless absolutely useless and brand - extremely unhappy!
Its very bad experience with Samsung mobile. I used my Samsung S6 Edge+ with AT&T network without any single problem. But the moment I unlocked my phone by paying off the contract billed amount and tried to take another network it started giving me trouble for few days and one day all of a sudden its completely dead and was no response on the screen. That's weird. I am going to write this in my facebook, whatsapp to all my friends and groups and other social media to make sure no one from my friends and other groups not to buy Samsung phones in contract any more. This is a big cheat kind of thing. Its all of a sudden dead as soon as I removed the network. I am very much disappointed with Samsung regarding my cell phone. I got lot of data saved in the phone with so much information and contacts which are not going to be retrieved anymore now. The price for the repair you suggested is more than 50% of original mobile. I am not at all happy with it. I am going to post it in all social media and spread the truth. I am sorry but I don't want any of my friends suffer like this.
I bought my TV a year ago they replace the TV screen and the motherboard twice and the TV keeps doing the same thing. Samsung TVs was the worst do not buy Samsung and when it was time for me to get the second repair, they told me that I was out of warranty so they wouldn't repair it. Worst company ever stay away from Samsung television.

25th march i placed my order, i paid the extra for delivery on Sunday 26th March. Never turned up, contacted by chat and phone, no help at all. Still no sign today 28th March. Contacted DPD and it is held at the depot as it is stuck in a trailor... i have spent £2k with no sign of delivery. Contacted Samsung again today, they did not want to know and certainly did not care. If this is how you treat your customers, you have no right to be a market leader. I will NOT be buying Samsung products ever again...

Samsung customer service is disgraceful, try and use another reputable company that offers a better service

I would give Samsung a 5 star if they were affordable. When I can purchase a LG for $100.00 less for the same quality of phone. You don't hold my interest.
I've already used two mobile phones of this company. And I want to say that I find them the best. They are very convenient in use and the sound is cool.
If I could give this company no star I would. Their repair department is trash, their customer service is trash. Save your money and go with a different company that makes phones
I bought a OLED directly from Samsung. The TV was delivered on time but the mounting I paid for couldn't happen because Angi couldn't provide proof of workers compensation insurance for my building. In fact Angi support is located in India where nobody had even heard of workers compensation.
I called Samsung support; they were useless. When I finally got the tv installed I couldn't set it up; one unintelligible prompt followed another. When I tried to chat with Samsung that was useless.
I don't even know if I like the TV but Samsung support ranks with Comcast and Verizon.
Horrible policies and customer service. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a smartwatch on November 25th as a Christmas present. Read the policy that it was 30 day return so I wasn't worried. Turns out it is a 15 day return policy from the date you receive it, and then you have another 15 days to send the item back, and be charged a 15% restocking fee. Since it was a Christmas present, my husband didn't see it till December 25th. He didn't like the style. Bas I cannot return or exchange this item because I am out of the window to o return, even as a Christmas present. I am stuck with an item my husband doesn't like and am out $275. Customer service was rude, lied, and just repeated the policy over and over. Supervisor was nice but couldn't do a thing. I wrote to corporate and they wrote back with the same robotic answer that I can't return because I'm past the 15 days. Worst company to shop for ever. I will never buy from them again.
I purchased the 75" Class QN900A Series Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen TV and it delivered on 12/20/2021. On 9/10/2022 I turned the tv on and it had a big black square in the middle and there was no picture available. I called Samsung and they sent someone out the next week who said it needed to be repaired. Now more than a week later the parts are still on backorder but they will not replace the TV. My entire house is full of Samsung (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, oven and 4 other tvs). Less than 9 months and now I will have a refurbished tv if this one is ever actually repaired. This kind of service tells me that Samsung needs to stick to cell phones. I guess they will let me wait another 3 months until the warranty runs out so that they don't have to do anything to fix it. Sony has much better customer service.
Smart intelligent cooking not the case with the Samsung oven I purchased from AO in January this year, it failed in February it took Samsung almost 3 weeks to fix it, however the first time I used it failed again the engineer explained he did not have the time to check a full cycle which I could understand and accepted, it is clear to me there is a design problem with this model because it was quickly taken out of the market, and although Samsung have offered to send the engineer back to look at it, I no longer have any confidence in the product or Samsung, It may surprise Samsung that I cook very evening not once every 3 weeks, it now has 3 months warranty left and will be placed on Ebay free to the first to collect, have now plugged in the oven I replace with the Samsung and hope it lasts another 12 years it is a shame Sanyo no longer make ovens. Looks like I cannot submit without giving a star rating so there we are reluctantly 1 star not worth that
I was supposed to get cashback on the samsung s9 i got via my provider vodafone. I had to upload my invoice. I received the invoice from vodafone on 19th of October. Samsung kindly told me I should have uploaded the invoice by 6th October at the latest. As I'm not a magician and don't work at vodafone, I simply did not have an invoice to upload. Bye-bye 100 euro cash back. Fake promotions. Anything to make a buck. No such thing as customer service.
Published a pre-black friday ad listing the price of a television that I have been waiting to buy. This is a week before actual black friday and they did not run out of stock, in fact they were perfectly willing to sell to me at full retail. Besides that I attempted to place the order early in the morning of the sale and it was already missing from the website. Called customer service on 11/16/18 and asked them to price match (this is ridiculous) their own ad published the exact same day.
Of course they said no, explained that demand for the television was high, and that there was no possible way they could make any adjustment to the purchase price despite having plenty of them for sale. I was out of luck. Asked for a manager and I've been sitting on hold for 40 minutes. BTW this was a price published in a feature article through Forbes magazine and even as I write this, is still on the Forbes site.
Update: Manager told me they would only match the price if I had a screenshot of both the item and the URL. Said it was my responsibility to prove what Samsung could easily verify themselves. This is going to cost me $40 because I didn't bother to document a date and price and a URL address. Silly me for expecting a corporation to sell me something they are selling. I'm livid beyond description. Samsung is dead to me.
We so happy to found a guarantee 3 days delivery promotion on Samsung website, but we keep waiting and waiting for the1st delivery of our refrigerator in a week later but SORRY it is a damaged product and has to be returned and replace... Then Bad Bad Bad arrangement for the 2nd delivery... and all delivery schedule was made by XPO (the delivery agent I guess) and they keep email you said you have a confirmed delivery, even their website was showing your stuff is on the way... but don't happy so fast, you will get an email 10 min. Before the time they promised... YOUR DELIVERY IS RESCHEDULED... from we place our order to now is a month already... we are still waiting! If you want to take a day off and waiting for nothing... go for it! God bless Samsung/XPO!

I got an email confirmation for a price match after providing the evidence of a screenshot for the issue, I had with payments while purchasing the same product, a few days back, I purchased the product based on their price match confirmation but when asked to refund the price match amount they directly denied my request with no APOLOGIES and acceptance of the mistake in writing, all my 5 days' effort went to waste and they really did not care about it at all.
They provided a promo code for $100 as a credit for future purchases from my previous purchases and now they invalidated the promo code giving lame, ill-logical & unethical excuses like it exceeded the limit of the promo code, not sure how and they really know the meaning of credit?
Tip for consumers:
1. Unethical approach by the Samsung.com support team regarding their commitments and mistakes,
2. Promo code credits can be invalidated at any time without a proper reason for it.
Even now, I doubt the genuineness of the product sold on the SAMSUNG.com site. I would recommend better purchase the same product from stores like Best Buy & Costco instead of falling into their lucrative online offers trap and end-up buying a refurbished or NOT 100% flawless product.
