So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.
Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!
We purchased a Samsung dishwasher (recommended by salesman... big mistake) 2 years ago. Did a much worse job cleaning dishes then my old cheap model of 25 years. After approximately 18 months the pump drain went and had other issues. It was going to a cost close to $400 for the repair. We found out that Samsung had many issues with this new model and immediately discontinued the model. After many calls and never a return call, Samsung took no responsibility. Since this dishwasher did such a terrible job cleaning dishes, we decided it was not worth the $$$ for the repair and we threw the unit out and took a $600+ loss.
For all the wrong reasons, we decided to purchase another Samsung product 6 months ago.
We purchased a Samsung washing machine. 2 months after we purchased the wash machine, there was a recall and Samsung was either going to replace the machine, or give credit towards a new unit. Since they were giving $100+ more if you purchased a Samsung instead of a competitive model, we again made the wrong decision by going with Samsung. After a long wait for our check to arrive, we we were shorted $137 short (of course we had to shell out the money first) of the amount. After many more phone calls and no return phone calls when promised, should we just give up and take the loss!
BTW, we are having other issues with the replacement Samsung wash machine!
Please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything Samsung... buy USA!
I purchased a z-flip5 during the pre-sale promotion. They sent it via FedEx, but FedEd returned it to them. Instead of contacting me, they cancelled the order. I spoke with support, and they couldn't match the pre-sale promotion at the time, but advised they could do a price match once I took delivery. I was unable to choose to pick it up at a retailer, so their rep input the details and sent a link to the cart for me to pay. Well, she changed it from a t-mobile to unlocked, and changed from a 512GB to 256GB (I didn't notice). When I tried to get the price match, they advised they couldn't price match because the carrier and the storage were different. So they expect me to pay almost $200 more for a phone with 1/2 the memory.
I have made three purchases of Samsung products: a kitchen package (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), a washer and dryer, a Blu-ray Disc player. Within the first year, three of the four appliances needed major repairs. The washer and to be replace within the first three months and the Blu-ray Disc player is now being sent back the second time for repair. NEVER BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG!
The Samsung Z Flip phone is a piece of trash that has a factory defect that happens to the screen. I spoke to NINE people at Samsung. There is no certified Samsung repair place anywhere near me. My only option was to send them the phone And they would "determine if it could be replaced or fixed" and that would take two weeks or more. Who can go without a phone for two weeks? One person from Samsung told me to drive four hours to NYC and four hours home to have it repaired. Another said he'd sell me a different model for 536$ even though the phone I want fixed is under warranty still and is only 8 months old. I was hung up on three times, I couldn't understand what most of the employees were saying, and I've spent ten hours on the phone total trying to fix this problem and there's still a no solution. Don't buy a Z flip - for that matter, don't buy anything from Samsung. Apple would have overnighted a new phone and paid the postage for me to ship back the defective one. Clearly Samsung needs the money this piece of trash phone is worth more than I do.
Promo bogus
Bogus promo of the Samsung S23 cell phone. I'm trying to purchase the Samsung 23s ultra more than a week without success. "No availability" So what's the promo worth for? Nothing

I purchased a Samsung Z fold from Amazon on 3 Dec'22, the fold & unfold has developed a defect, plus the edges are discoloring. I took it to Samsung service center only to be told that it is an overseas product not covered under warranty & also out of warranty.
Furthermore, I had to visit the service center twice to fight with Samsung India ineffective customer care which was a wastage of time, money, energy & last but not the least the inconvenience it is causing in daily work.
Please explain:
How a product bought in India has overseas warranty?
The phone box says" mfg in Aug 22 SEP 22" then how is it out of warranty. If imported & marketed by Samsung India, why is it not covered under warranty in India.
Amazon site also says 1-year warranty.
It appears Samsung & Amazon are in it together. They both think Indian customers can be fleeced & fooled by selling out of warranty, poor quality products sourced from anywhere.
Samsung is answerable & liable for correction of this mistake & expected to apologize publicly for all the customers harassed & being harassed by selling fraudulent products.

STAY AWAY! Samsung installers damaged my Range. I am Senior 100% disabled. I am unable to make something eat. I don't know what to do? Someone please help me!
Having to replace our Refg. After only 4 yrs. Everything ices up. Bad, no good, junk, junk, never worked well. Have had to remove all our food many times. Lots of spoiled food.
I bought a Galaxy S8 two months ago. It took them about three weeks to send it to me and when it arrived at my address, I was out of town and couldn't receive it, so FedEx just returned the item to the shipper before I can do anything about it.
I called Samsung the very same day and asked if I can still receive the item or receive a refund as a store credit so that I can purchase the same item again, while they are receiving the previous one. They told me that it is not an option and I should wait for their warehouse to receive the item, then I will receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days.
They received back the item exactly one month ago and I have contacted them several times in the past month to check the situation (I was the one reminding them, more than a week after they received the item, that they have received it back! They had no idea!)
I have just been told that probably our financial department is unaware of the fact that we have received the item. So we have notified them now and it will take 7 to 14 business days from now for you to receive your refund! No apologies or compensation what so ever! (Not that I would do any other business with them if they have offered me a discount or anything but at least it would look like they are really sorry)
I have paid them the full price of the item 2 months ago without receiving it and right now I am not even hopeful that they will issue my refund in the next month!
Never go near any Samsung device!

That's a joke
This is a negative review of Samsung made by me the customer. I purchased a stove in OCT. 2O21. It had steam clean on it for oven. I used the steam clean on the unit and discovered after a 20 min. Clean cycle, the paint had come off bottom of oven revealing gouges. Called Samsung and they sent repairman out who told me due to stove being electric it was unrepairable. I could paint gouges myself with high temp paint but could never use the steam clean again, same thing would happen. I was told Samsung has a cosmetic clause in their warranty and will not cover cosmetic damages such as gouges. I am 60 years old and I know I didn't put gouges in stove. Gouges appeared after steam clean. There was powdery paint all over bottom of oven. Been dealng with this situation several months, finally they sent same repairman out to determine same thing, not repairable but not covered under warranty due to cosmetic clause. So from first hand experience Samsung did not stand behind their warranty. They conveniently write in no coverage from cosmetic damage. Sounds to me that it was written in for a reason. With a malfunction of the steam cleaner on the stove, it produced the cosmetic damage. Apparently unit got hot enough to clean the paint right off cracking and gouging oven bottom. Will never buy Samsung again. See pics.
Sincerely,
Rae Ann McGhee
Bought two pairs of buds for Christmas and it's a good thing I opened one up off of a whim and discovered they are faulty and instead of sending a replacement like good companies do, I have to jump through hoops to get a brand new of expensive headsets repaired in order to maybe recieve a replacement. Do yourself a favor buy from Best Buy or somewhere else. How would folks no they aren't working until AFTER CHRISTMAS. I'm starting to really dislike Samsung products.
Before to buy iphone, I had samsung. And I want to say that was the best phone in my life. Now I think I will buy again their production.
Thanks for attention.
They do a recall, but then don't honor it! I have had Samsung devices forever, but after the run around I have been through with them, I will never deal with them again! So disappointed!
I just spoke with a customer support associate regarding my Samsung top load washer... aka "Lemon." I
Purchased this washer in 11/13. New, along with the dryer. Within the first 2.5 years the washer became unusable, as the inside tub would shake violently, and not finish the cycle. I was alerted to a Samsung recall, which involved tub issues, including "potentially exploding washers." Samsung sent a Repair Tech to service my washer, which seemed to take care of the problem. Fast forward to the past two weeks... and the same exact tub issues have reappeared. Regardless of load size or spin setting, the inside tub shakes violently when beginning the spin cycle, and I cannot complete the cycle. I have followed all of the instructions provided by Samsung, and I have repeatedly re-arranged the items being washed in order to balance the load. This does not resolve the problem. I have been informed nothing can be done, as the manufacturer warranty has expired, regardless of the fact there was a product recall, and the same recall is in effect now. Samsung will gladly schedule service for my washer, as long as I know they will not offer any form of compensation. I understand warranties, but I also expect a Samsung washing machine to last more than 5-6 years, especially when they have a recall in effect for potentially "exploding washers." I have purchased my last Samsung product of any kind. Buyer beware is evidently very true. Model #WA456DRHDSY/AA

I have been dealing with the Samsung "customer relations team" for over a month now! They have been a nightmare to deal with. We bought a beautiful french door refrigerator that has not even lasted 5 years! When the Samsung refrigerator went out in mid JULY of 2017, it was a full week and three mechanics later that our refrigerator was deemed irreparable by a service center they sent us to. Then the responsibility became mine to get them the information about the condition of the refrigerator. They kept opening and closing what they call "tickets" and no one in the entire customer service center was ever on the same page. If i went through my story once, I went through it 100 TIMES! Every one transferred me to someone else. Once I finally started to get somewhere and get some answers and was promised an "accommodation" for the refrigerator that, per their request, I was not allowed to get rid of, they were going to send out more technicians that could get the documents they needed to show that my refrigerator was not reparable. I get a phone call yesterday, and the guy says... "mam you are not eligible for any other services or refunds from Samsung, we are going to close all you open tickets." I absolutely lost it. This was probably the 100th rep I had spoken to and he was even more clueless than the rest. I pitched a big enough fit that they are going to review my case again, but I'm sure it will get me no where! Beyond irritated and will never use Samsung again! Here's to another 2 months of clueless reps, and hour and a half long phone calls.
Absolute joke of a company! Ordered an £550 pound oven which was delivered and sat untouched until we could source a kitchen fitter which was delayed because of covid. Opened the box to find the glass door smashed. Spent over 4 hours trying to contact for a replacement or repair, was told I'd need to pay £290 for repair. Complained via email and was told I'd receive a call to resolve. Before I had chance to take my phone from my pocket to answer it the call was terminated at the other end. I received a text saying i would receive another phone call within 30 minutes. After 36 minutes I received another text saying I'd missed a call despite having no missed call. 1 hour later received another text saying I'd missed a call, again with no missed call. Called the helpline and spent another 45 minutes on the phone to someone who kept putting me on hold whilst speaking to them and without warning. The lady didn't understand English and after 45 minutes and her still not having established even my address i gave up. Customer service is non-existent, will be ensuring everyone I know and more, avoids Samsung in the future.

Our dishwasher stopped working after 1.5 years of usage. My husband (a plumber) discovered that it was the circuit board that was broken. The fine print said that the circuit board was under a 5-year warranty. We called Samsung and asked for a replacement part. They wouldn't send one unless we had a local tech come out to assess the problem. I told them that that wasn't necessary as my husband is a plumber and already figured out the problem. They said to hire a tech anyways and Samsung would cover the trip fee, labor + parts reimbursement. Tech came and verified the issue, we got replacement parts delivered + my husband installed them and we have a working dishwasher again. However, when I called Samsung to get reimbursed for our invoice, they told me that they could not reimburse me for anything. Now we are out $500+. We should have ordered the replacement part ourselves (via Amazon) and not gone through Samsung's Customer Service department whatsoever. Disappointed + frustrated with the inconsistencies + broken promises that Samsung Customer Service has given me. We will not be ordering anymore Samsung products in the future.
I have been using Samsung Galaxy S8 for a year now and I am pretty impressed by its power lasting quality. What I am really grateful about is their excessive storage and camera quality, JUST WHAT I NEEDED! Actually, my best friend gifted me on my birthday he bought it from telemart Pakistan. I thanks Samsung for great smartphone and telemart Pakistan for the best quality product.
Your products are pretty good and useful to most of people me inclusive. Keep it up producing quality goods which people like me needs them to the most...
The insurance for two phones. I was accidentally fell into the pool trying to get around two puppies. I was fully clothed with everything in my pockets. It was supposed to be waterproof as I was in for a few seconds.
It didn't work and I called up to have it replaced and not someone else phone refurbished. Needless to say I was sent someone else phone that wouldn't hold a charge more than 90 SECONDS. I CALLED AND WAS TURN THAT ONE IN BEFORE THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET $#*! TIME to send me another REFURBISHED PHONE. I cancelled all their predecessors... MCI, SPRINT etc. SPRINT WOULD NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING UNTIL I COULD REMEMBER A DECADES OLD PASSWORD. Stop the MONOPOLIES and ant- trust Don' buy SAMSUNG. Each time it cost me a huge deductible.

Saw this on an ad, my idol advertising it that's why I did not hesitate to get it asap! Quite surprise with the quality and performance! No regrets with my purchase! Glad that I did get it!
Me and my wife bought a 1900$ fridge, I wasn't here when they delivered, my sister took delivery, I got him and the doors were not level so it caused warm air to enter the fridge causing the fridge to ice up, and condensation on the fridge doors, I had gone back and forth with him for weeks, them telling me they would come out but never did, I had to find a solution and fix myself, I'd give them a zero rating
It started with the Samsung refrigerator we purchased. After 13 months (1 month outside the warranty period) the interior light failed - not just the globe - the power to the globe. Gave up and installed two $15 movement activated battery lights from Bunnings. Then there was the LCD TV. Looked great in Harvey Normal's store, but DEAD ON ARRIVAL at our home. Fortunately Harvey allowed us to change it for a Sony LCD - beautiful picture and zero problems with Sony. Then the biggest purchasing error of my life. A Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on contract after 5 iPhones. Just because you could write on the screen with a special mini pen. Whaddamistakatomaika! Fingerprint recognition worked intermittently at best. Would not work with slightest piece of grime on finger. Screen needed 3 pokes to respond, and half a stroke to go some place you didn't need. And as for Android - no wonder Google is the one of the richest companies in the world. Forced to read/dismiss 3 advertisements for stuff I had no interest in every time I turned the bastard on. What a wretched OS. Never gain. Stay well away from Samsung and Android if you want my advice.
