So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Do not buy Samsung! Cannot get parts you can order them but they won't say when you will get them, no ETA at all. Customer service didn't get back to me for 10 hours then couldn't understand that I was at work and could not talk and didn't have access to the appliance.

Being a past president of the NKBA and a certified kitchen designer I can't believe that I have not previously heard of the widespread issues with Samsung appliances especially the refrigerators. I have personally owned your refrigerator since about 2013 and have had the worst appliance experience ever. Not knowing until recently how industry widespread it is I decided to call Samsung to see if everything that I've been reading was true. I can't believe how bad your customer service is as well as your willingness to take responsibility for poorly designed products that you sell. I plan to follow up with every outlet that I can to inform the industry and the public about the shortcomings of this brand. It is disgraceful how I was personally treated and I can only imagine how many 10's of thousands were also treated the same. I may be only one voice in this but we'll see if David can take on Goliath…. ;)
A Samsung 55 inch TV due for delivery February. Confirmed by Samsung via email. Waited all day. Went to enquire at the end of the day where the delivery was... it may be two weeks. Asked for a refund only to fund that will take a month. Don't try to buy Samsung!
I have purchased Samsung phones, TV's, refrigerators. You name it, and all have not lasted as long or have been as good in use as their competitors, i. E., Sony, etc,.

Samsung, no longer gives you a charger with your new phone. After my wife paying $449.00 dollars for her new phone she had to run out and buy a new charger from Target. Now there saying they are going to cut out the USB cable. We'll Samsung is no longer my brand.
I waited on hold for over an hour to find out what they could do for me about all my chargers not working after 3months. I am not a person who is rough with my chargers nor do I use it more then 2 x a day. I am so upset and will spread around to everyone about how poor the customer service is with samsung
I bought a Samsung freezer and after 2 weeks it stopped freezing. I was told there would be someone out there to repair or replace my freezer. Now 4 days later and a freezer full of rotten food I still have not had anyone come out. Samsung is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. It is not over I am really pissed/

My mom used Samsung Washing machine which turned out to be a decent product. Taking this trust ahead, my family purchased more products from Samsung, like their AC and mobile phones.
They turned out to be the worst products that we have ever used. Service is just pathetic. A big no to Samsung products.
Ordered $3000 worth of products and every order was cancelled. Contacted customer service and they blame the American Express card used that has PLENTY of money on it. Contacted the bank and they stated there was no issue of any kind. Contacted customer support and I was hung up on multiple times. Had a supervisor that was rude so I asked for her name then again was hung up on. Will never be using samsung.com to order anything. Completely unprofessional. Especially for multiple supervisors to hang up more than once. Then ask for her name then get hung up on again because she knew she would get in trouble or possibly lose her job. Absolutely ridiculous.
Samsung is the most unethical company I have ever experienced. From The general consumer call centers to the office of the president, Samsung is corrupt and does not care about consumers. I mistakenly purchased a product that needed repairs. The product was repaired multiple times, and on the final repair, Samsung had canceled the repair ticket and STOLE my product! Left empty handed and only with ultimatums from Samsung I had very few options. Samsung lawyers lie through their teeth and because they are such a large corporation nobody else will stand up and help the consumer.
The most disgusting part about the whole situation is Samsung violating my consumer rights, my rights has a United States citizen. I challenge each and every one of you that reads my horror story to not give a dime to this company, they don't belong in the United States!
Purchased washer from Shop Samsung. 6 weeks into owning it the machine stops working! Samsung states their return policy is only 15 days! 15Days! I could have purchased it from a used appliance dealer and gotten a better warranty. Now I am stuck for 3 weeks without a washer while Samsung is trying to develop a software update (that's right, they don't even have a fix). And all the consumer gets is "sorry for the inconvenience". Never ever buy Samsung and never buy direct.
I bought their tablet. It stopped working. I contacted them, they sent me instructions on how to sent this tablet back to the. A couple of days later they sent me this tablet back without doing anything. They even included broken charger.
I called back. They put me on hold for a long time and never any one of them ever talked to me or resolved this problem.

I have the worst customer service experience of my life dealing with Samsung. I bought two phones one was Galaxy Note Edge and the Galaxy Note 4. Both of the phones after 7 months start shutting off by themselves. When I called the customer service they send me to Customer care, the customer care did not solve the issue for me. They ask me to buy a new battery which I did but the phones still not working. I factory reset both phones and it did not help either. The worst part, they wasted 2 days of my life going back and forth to their shop with no help. I will inform all people that I know not to buy a samsung phone ever.
I sent in my galaxy note 5 to trade in for the galaxy note 8. My phone was in perfect shape and could have easily sold it for $350 private party but the said they would give us $300 as long as it turned on and had no cracks plus would give us a wireless charger and memory card for trading up so we sent it in we got the new phone no problems until we got the bill and they only gave us $25 for my old phone. What a scam they are pulling. They wont send our phone back and we have done numerous calls and talked to managers and they wont do anything to help. We could have traded it to sprint store foe $200 but decided tp get direct for an extra $100 what a mistake that was. We will never deal with samsung again they are a ripoff company. Samsung turned into a bad company. I buy a tv from Walmart and open the box to see the tv is scratched. I call Walmart and they say I have to call Samsung because the box was in perfect shape so that means it came that way from Samsung. Samsung tells me it's physical damage and I have to return it to the store. They have no quality control and some idiot put it in a box like that and it looks like I own a damaged $1000 tv. Samsung was caught throttling there products forcing customers later on to upgrade and purchase new phones and xcetera. When they were caught they did nothing to reverse what they did so I'm done with Samsung products. OnePlus you got my business. I will continue for years to inform people what Samsung is doing to their customers.

I purchased this Nov 2018. It worked good for 9 months. For past two months I have tried to contact the company I purchased from - East Consumer Electronics. They were worthless. Then, I tried Samsun. They have the worst Customer Service. Cannot get a live person and the chat is worthless. Cannot get them to give an address of repair center. Dont buy Samsung. Would give less than 1 star

Brand new products are defective and pay extra forna warranty that they don't even honour because they don't have anybody to service your area. I spent over 10 thousand on their higher end appliances and they are absolutely junk!

Our order was delivered on time but the delivery crew was not experienced in installation and wasn't able to install the product. They took the product back. We were trying to contact Samsung about this order for hours via phone, chat, and email. It was impossible to get in contact with Samsung by phone, chat or email. Simply no answer. They are cheats and liars. I bought the galaxy s9 and even before I started using it i put it in a case and put a screen protector on it. I used the phone for five days and returned it because it had some mark at the top left like a cracked screen and the battery drains soo fast though I had few apps and this is what they sent" We were unable to grant you the refund for the following reason(s):
Either product has physical damage (or) return received outside of returns window (or) return is missing parts (or) return not in OEM box. "
There was nothing wrong with the phone and i have pictures. I called their customer service and the lady said the phone is not with her so she cant say what the specific problem why they are returning the phone is.
2022, it was not cracked or damaged in any way, it was deemed a warranty repair and was sent off.
I took pictures of the phone screen before sending, only to be informed the screen was cracked and would not be under warranty, I even sent the original picture I had taken, they completely ignored the picture stating it was not good enough quality to depict if there was any damage, however it was good enough for them to say it was cracked as per the repair centre photo showing the crack, I pointed out that the crack in their picture did not match what they said my picture showed.
We have samsung phones / tablets / smart watch and televisions.
Will not buy samsung products again, their loss.

I have had many Samsung phones and just pre ordered and received the new Samsung Galaxy S 8 and was suppose to receive the Samsung Gear VR setup free.
Well they have decided to deny my claim twice because they can't read the receipt I downloaded that the picture was taken with their own state of the art camera. They have plenty of records showing that I bought their $800 phone. All I want is the promotion that was promised or this will be my last Samsung purchase of any type.

TL DR: I bought a phone. Even though I'm willing to finish payments I can't use purchased phone.
I bought a phone with a trade in and forgot to send it to them. My phone suddenly gets locked. I ask them if I they can send m a label to send the trade in and they say no, you're stuck having to pay for the trade in amount. I try to pay for it but there is no way to make the payment within the samsung site. I try to have them send me a link or something so I can pay, but they say they don't know how and hang up. Worst experience I have had with a store
Ordered a refrigerator supposedly it shipped the next day to be delivered 5 days later. 2 weeks after delivery date we still don't have a paid in full refrigerator. Everytime I call they tell me they have to contact delivery company and then tell me the delivery company doesn't have it. They have to escalate my ticket. I have talked to numerous supervisors and have to repeat my order number my name my email address my shipping address over and over and over again. I always receive an email with my ticket number and if I've had any more questions be sure to call this number and give my ticket number. Where I start all over again. When I've given a bad review I actually have had the supervisor call and asked me to change my review because "didn't she help me?". I said no I still have the same information and no refrigerator and yet you still have my money. Don't tell me you're sorry find my refrigerator! I'm going to give it one more week and then I'm going to try to cancel my order.
