So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

It is one of the phones that works well at the beginning for about a year, then after all, it just become a nightmare. The battery runs out pretty fast, camera quality gets worse over the time. Businesses should consider at least some basic knowledge about selling a product to their consumers. The quality s number one thing that businesses pay most attention do, I would recommend to do the same for Samsung. For some reason, cached data and galleries fill up out of no where. I had buy miscro sd card, but it still said my storage was full. I currently have Samsung Galaxy S 5, and it is only about a year and a half. It wouldn't charge. I try being very careful with all products I use. Samsung needs to improve their quality, so their business doesn't loose its loyal customers like me!
I'm not going to say ALL Samsung Products are bad and maybe not even my two years old fridge is all that bad but what I will say is any company that does not stand behide their product is not a company that I will deal with anymore! I wish I would have been smart enough to read all these reviews ahead of time but just like so many here I am just getting the run around with their customer service. They think they may have won with me but in the end they will lose. I will never buy any other shi@#%$ Samsung product again nor let my kids either. In fact I would give my kids the extra $$ towards any other product on the market. Bottom line you make a product, there is going to be a few bad lemons I get that but to treat your customers with such disrespect is uncalled for. You played your game, you don't want me to call back to your customer service... don't worry I won't be calling on you ever!
I bought a smart oven from tescos last dec. It came from a company called hughes. I had to have to fan replaced 3 times in the last year. It blew up completely (yes just like the phone) and hughes say i need a uplist number from samsung. After many many called to samsung i got nowhere. The guarantee has now run out and i have a £179 oven that i cant use. I did however get an email from samsung telling me to send the faulty phone to their service centre. I wonder how the centre would react if a smart microwave oven turned up. You cant get through to any management, you can only talk to their customer service people. The engineer who repaired the oven once said that its a design fault. To make it so smart and small they have crammed everything too close together. Buy at your own risk. Samsung have lost a customer.
My new phone A70 is stopped working with in 1 month. Samsung product is not quality products nowadays. I m using samsung phones from more than 10years. Very sad, i need to write this. And samsung service centers are less cared about it.
On 27th Feb 2022 made an purchases from a samsung shop mobile app but product neither got delivered nor traceable by samsung and by their service partner "ecom express" till 8th March 2022. After several follow up calls with customer care, they asked me to cancel the product but refund was not initiated even after a month (8th April 2022) of waiting and they are not sure when samsung can return my money. I don't know how many days I have to wait for getting my money back.
I (unfortunately) own quite a bit of products from Samsung. I will NO longer buy any Samsung product. I was trying to purchase a new cellphone from their website and it wouldn't let me complete the purchase for some unknown reason. Even their support team couldn't figure out why. Just kept telling me to clear my cache and cookies. Well after changing to the 4th device that is NOT the problem. And what company cant help you place an order over the phone... well Samsung CANT! Then I decided why am I wasting my time with these folks. My biggest regret is that I just refurnished my kitchen with Samsung appliances. When something goes wrong with those that should be a lot of fun as well!
It took me about a year to finally poney up $1,000 for new phone, beings I already have three. Made the purchase. Got an automated invoice and then one email a day later saying order was delayed.
I had to reach out to Samsung, was only able to chat. They said order was canceled and had to be escalated as if I'm the king of the universe and the only one buying this phone worldwide. In shirt it was complicated. All I wanted was the new s23 ultra. Decided I'd better keep my grand and go kick the soccer ball on the beach. What a waste of time. Fix your order fulfillment or close your doors. Run a business or dont. Dont run your mouth about discounts and your great product that is in the meta verse delayed. Boy do I feel special about spending only in 2023.

After last Tizen update in the beginning of February my Gear S3 started glitching. The watch was on warranty and I sent it twice for repair. The issues we're not fixed and I was offered a replacement. After numerous service ticket numbers, hours on the phone with agents still have no watch. They cannot even provide estimated shipping time! Definitely will stay away from their products for long especially for pricing they charge.
I have purchased a Samsung tablet, which stopped working within a year. So, I contacted service center and mailed it to them but they returned since the device was not manufactured in US. It is ridiculous as it is a Samsung device within guarantee period. The worst thing is that they removed my glass protector and sent it back. I am short of words to express my disappointment and anger as they actually stole my glass protector while they did not even try to touch my device to fix it. I chatted online/talked to 5 Samsung agents and they just passed me to another person. Finally, I spent $15 on mail and over $20 on glass protector and wasted some hours talking to them!
NEVER EVER buy a Samsung product as they just want to sell their rubbish products. Do not expect any customer services.
THE WORST EVER!
We ordered a Bespoke 6.0 Smart Slide in Rang with Propane hook up through my company website. The website clearly stated that hook up to propane would not be an issue. When delivered they told me that they were not certified to hook up propane and that some one would be calling to set up the range since it was propone. I called the Installation Team on Friday and was assured that someone would be calling within 24/48 hours. I have had mixed conversations with Samsung about the hook up of propane and now 5 days later no one has contacted be about hooking up my new range which is sitting in the middle of the living area. What does it take to get a correct answers and resolution? Currently I would not recommend Samsung to anyone! Horrible Experience. I have completed 4 surveys as of today and still no response.
I ordered product, delivery agent unable to reach me out. He cancelled my order saying customer not available. Delivery agent didn't even reached the address location, nor message with delivery agents contact number was sent to me to reach the person out which is followed by most other shoping sites. After this refund should be initiated and refunded within 7 - 10 working days, but it's now over 15 working days. Yet I haven't recieved my refund. The most tedious sales process I ever found. Nor they keep u updated on the status.
As long as your products work, you are fine.
If they don't however, goodluck getting any help.
Samsung refuses to be helpful or even try to show that they at least would want to help you.
And it's not like I'm a small customer or even.
I'm disgusted by their lack of willingness to help. As if they put effort in to make it worse.

Worst experience for me at least. Remodeled kitchen back in April 2021 and ordered a new fridge from Samsung.com. I am writing this review on September 2021 and still getting jerked around on the delivery time. My online check-in will state this will be delivered by July 6th. Then July 6th comes and go, then they tell me August. Then September and now it will October. I keep being told its on backorder. But how they dont know month from month and just keep stringing you along. Lost all faith in Samsung Appliances. I would avoid at all costs if I were you. Very poor customer service and will leave you hanging with no remorse.

Recently bought a 65 inch curved tv at the Sam's. Club. I also subscribed to Netflix. In the beginning it worked fine and then the remote doesn't have control over pausing the program or allowing the function to get into other function to scroll into movies. The only way that you can get it to work is to unplug the tv and router. Called both Samsung and Netflix and they can't get it to work either.
I bought two TVs from samsung.com. Shipper delivered one TV and marked the one which is not delivered as delivered. On the day of delivery, the shipper called me to inform me that they lost the package and won't be able to deliver that day. When I contacted Samsung to check the status and inform about the mess up. Now Samsung wants me to file a police report for the Item which was never delivered and the issue caused by them. I like Samsung products but will never buy from Samsung.com.
If you have to send your phone in for any reason at all, even a simple unlock, DONT DO IT. They will break it or keep your device and still charge you.my phone was brand new, I just got locked out. My device no longer works at all and they only sent a part of it back. I tried to get ahold of them for 3 months now to resolve this issue. No luck. Went through BBB and heard back from them quickly finally but all they said was that I'm beat. #samsungsucks

We bought a counter depth dual zone refrigerator 6 years ago and have now had 2 major repairs due to ice build up. When you call customer service they are next to useless. They couldn't find a technician to help us even though we live in the Balt: DC area. The refrigerator continues to ice up due to a poor design and if you do wait for a call back (hold times are over an hour) they act like they have never heard of the issue. So tonight we are thawing it out again with towels all over the floor waiting for the non certified repair person to buy us another few years before it fails once again
Purchased wireless phone charger 12/2021. Broke 04/2022. Sent to them and replacement was sent to an address I lived at 10 years ago. 10-15 calls later and it's 08/2022 now and I STILL DONT have my replacement. CRAZY!
Bought a tv and was damaged at there shippers warehouse-they called me and said not deliverable.I took off work that day not happy.They then had to wait 10 days to ship back to samsung to get refunded.I was expecting a tv shipped out not a refund-thats not how they do business.The customer service number is horrible cant understand anyone and there managers are fake just regular employess.No way to get ahold of corporate they are a joke.Lg has way better reviews and thats the way im going samsung you made a 5000 dollar error and i will tell everyone how bad you are.

I have recently had problems with Samsung after care. I had a 5 year extented warranty on my eco bubble washing machine. Unfortunately my washing machine stopped spinning, I phoned Samsung thinking it would be fix straight away. I've had a problem with getting Samsung to honour the warranty. Firstly they said they had no record of me having a 5 year warranty, then when I emailed them with the relevant paperwork they asked for, and after many emails and phone calls, I am still waiting for a final call from them to fix my machine. I have since arranged for my own washing machine repairer to fix the problem, but I feel so annoyed with the way this has been handled it is now in the hands of trading standards. I have many Samsung appliances in my house and have been pleased, but this experience has definitely put me off from purchasing anymore in the future.
I've bought a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra last April now it started giving me problems with changing and some other issues so I called customer service the did all the trouble shooting on my phone and that didn't help so the asked me to take it to a nearby samsung authorized place, I went there stayed their for over an hour then they said your phone has a motherboard issue and we can't fix it here call samsung customer service again
I went back home I called them again now they telling me to send my phone back to them via mail to fix it.
I am very disappointed I still have warranty on my phone until April 27 2023
Why won't you just send me a new phone and take this one back.

I have to commend Metin from the Samsung store at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong. Vic.
From the beginning, I thought this would be the same old experience as i had already waited another half hour over my appointment time... And then I met Metin, who began with a genuine apology for the wait. Wow, who apologizes for anything these days?
Then after 2 and a half hours of listening testing and checking without any feeling of taking up his time, he had total fixed all my smart phone issues including a new battery and reloading all my data and contacts etc onto a new phone, without any question and blame session we have come to expect when things go wrong technically. My faith has been restored and even more wonderfully Metin did it all leaving me feeling it was his genuine pleasure to have helped. What an asset to any customer service team he is.
Trade in is a scam they will give you one price but once you send your cell in even if it has a tiny nic in it they will give you nothing n your forced to take whatever they offer or they charge you full price and you can't rewritten the cell. I'll never buy a POS company samsung product again. Customer suicide is garbage n their Thieves and liars

I've been using samsung galaxy since the s7. Everytime a new galaxy phone comes out, I have to have it. My least favorite this far has been the s9 and I only say that because the battery life. I'm wielding the S10+ now and I have absolutely no complaints. I absolutely love the phone and anytime I've ever needed help with anything, Samsung goes above and beyond to help me through it. I've read a lot of reviews on here, I don't know why Samsung has such bad reviews. I've been using their products loyally for over a decade and I've never had any problems.
One suggestion I do have for the next galaxy though - please get a IR blaster. It's the one thing that no one has on their devices anymore but one of the first that I look for in the spec's before preordering a new phone.
