So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I purchase a microwave a year ago. I have had repairs done on the microwave three times they have replace everything in the microwave. Now they are recommending another repair company to come out and look at it.
I had wrote a review on Samsung's ungodly poor service and would like to update as it has gotten worse over the past week. Now I have been made aware of the sorry quality of the products they make. It is not just rip off marketing, but poor quality products, and worse customer service. I was told I would get a call for to survey their service, and before they would take the survey I was hung up on. Par for the course if you choose Samsung. Every year they come up with a new model 600-850 dollars for a product that is worse than the earlier. Noe their S8 phone is worse than the S5. The 5 being a superior product taken from the reviews online and the comparisons on taken from U-Tube. Thank God for U-Tube and the freedom to tell the truth. Kudo's for all you who can afford to buy new phones every year when they don't improve. But you can say you have the latest version out.
Got an appliance suite from the website. The products are cool, but if anything goes wrong, the customer service is aggressively bad. Like you call for an appointment and they call 9 times over the course of a day to confirm (for whatever crazy reason), and then call you a 10th time to tell you you don't really have an appointment. Also, they said our cabinet damage from the leaking dishwasher was due to an installation issue and wasn't their problem. When we pointed out that they had arranged installation and asked how to get in touch with the company, they said they don't keep records of installation. Every time we call (which is too often) they seem to have trouble accepting that we bought everything directly from them so they can't pawn us off to Home Depot or Lowes. It's hard to imagine them doing worse if they tried.
Samsung makes prices look appealing but saying a cheap price WITH enhanced trade in. So your not getting a deal or even a discount because when you put in your device trade in you get nothing hardly against that price unless your trading in an almost brand new phone. Gimic big time

I have been trying to solve my issue for 5 months no lie. Due to the language barrier their Reps. Are fobotic in nature and cannot correctly deal with complicated issues as mine. Samsung sent my phone back and it was lost in transit. UPS paid them for the phone and they never replaced nor will my carrier stop billing me for the phone. The big issue is I am a small business owner and can"t change services due to my number is with my clients.

Samsung has terrible customer service. We paid to have appliances delivered and they sent people that did not know how to do the installation and left a dishwasher sitting in our dining room for a month. They then rescheduled the delivery and didn't know show up without any call or notification. They rescheduled a 2nd time and didn't show up until 7 pm at night and even at this point did not install it correctly and are still dealing with the issue. They didn't install it and the dishwasher falls out of the wall anytime you open it. When I contacted Samsung they lied and said they would reimburse me for my lost time from work and never did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
On June 10,2022, I paid for a galaxy s 22 ultra with a galaxy watch on promotion. The phone arrived 3 days later, the watch did not. I spoke to customer support on the 13 of June. Today is July the 5th, I still did not receive the watch. I spoke to 10 different ppl from customer service representatives to supervisors. They all showed incompetence, ignorance, and lack of ability to resolve a simple issue. I wished it was Amazon customer support.

Bought a Samsung UN55 MU650DF curved tv from Costco on 11/16/2017. Last night tv died (11/23/19). As dead as a door nail. Of course it is out of warranty and tech support is useless. In 2011 bought Samsung front loading washer and it lasted 3 years before giving up the ghost. I replaced that with a LG washer and dryer. I should have learned my lesson. Now I'm going to go to Costco and beg them to take this piece of crap back. Will NEVER buy Samsung again.
I have been dealing with a broken tv for over a month and fighting for the repair. I never received the proper send out for repair, we were bounced around and demanded the fault of the issues was on our end. I explained I have a camera in my living room to prove the damage was absolutely NOT on our end that it was a manufactured defect. I had to pay for geek squad to come out and again have Samsung deny the repair even AFTER the tech watched the video. I will NEVER buy anything Samsung again nor will I recommend the service side of them. They were rude, confrontational and didn't care that the tv is only 10 months old and was paid in full for over 2k. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. I will not ever buy from them again.

We have a three-year-old over the counter microwave, and the door handle broke off, I just got off the phone with a very rude representative from Samsung, She proceeded to tell me that the two screws that were holding up my handle on my microwave cannot be replaced. That I have to either buy a whole new door or a whole new microwave, TWO screws that are covered in a hard plastic so my handle can fit into them, CANNOT be replaced? Un believable and what a rip off, so what's going to happen if my handle breaks again in another three years? I've got to pay another hundred dollars for a door or 300 for a microwave! No thank you I'll go to an actual company that doesn't rip you off and make cheap handles, and has rude customer service!
Bought a new Samsaung washer and dryer. Washer worked once and died. Home Depot was willing to replace but Samsung said no they were only required to fix under warranty. Calls to "customer service" we're frustrating and useless. They seem preconditioned to company line and even have the nerve after rejecting any attempt to resolve to wish you a good day and ask you to consider Samsung for your next purchase. I can guarantee that will never happen as I will never purchase another Samsung product.
Samsung Washer WV60M9900. A real lemon! Finally got approval for refund after months of going back and forth and dealing with a VERY rude Samsung repairman (who had to eat crow after he found out we were right about what was wrong). 2 strikes so far - bad product, bad service. Then came the refund process. I feel like I've entered the 7th level of Hell. Slow, unresponsive, lost paperwork (after 3 submissions!), can't get past the lowest level functionaries to resolve issues. BAD BAD BAD. If the product was great, I STILL wouldn't buy anything from Samsung ever again, based on how little respect they have for their customers. Take my warning - spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Ok so I've had this phone since January. And every month something new happens with it. This is probably the worst phone I've ever used i wouldn't recommend this hunk of junk to my worst enemy. The devices they produce are good, as for me. I have a TV of this brand and a phone. Actually, this is my third phone of this brand, Samsung galaxy namely. The only drawback I can say is the camera in my phone. It could be better since the quality of photos is not very good.
I have a Samsung smart tv and a Samsung refrigerator and both products are no good. The ice maker in my refrigerator no longer works, luckily I can get ice from tray in freezer. The most upsetting to me is the tv. I have a smart tv that was manufactured in 2020 that the screen is black. I have contacted tech support at least 6 times. Now I have to PAY for a tech to come out and repair a tv that is only two years old. I will NEVER buy another Samsung. I was thinking about trading my iPhone for a Samsung flip, I will not be doing that. Bad products

I`ll talk concerning the phones as didnt use any other products for a long time enough.
If You`re planning to change phones every half a year/year - cool, no problems and questions asked. But if You want a very longlasting one - forget it, gets worse and worse after certain time.
Sorry I can no longer stand my Samsung I so muched enjoyed in the pass. There are too many pop ups on my phone now causing to many missed calls/texts and disruption to every day apps I like to use Maps and Pandora. My girlfriend and loved ones are doing the same. Samsung sold us out to pay their CEO's and forgot about the loyal and hardworking customers.
Purchased two new Samsung phones, one for my wife and the other fot myself, and took advantage of the rebate program. I followed the process requested from Samsung for both phones and returned old phones.
Samsung three weeks later declined my return and claims my phone does not turn on. I find this difficult to understand as I was using this phone right up to the return date. On the return date, I transfered data via a USB C cable between old and new phone, did a factory reset and once it came up to activation screen I turned it off and shipped. Tried to call and was told that there was no one I could not speak with, only able to communicate to the return team via email who only sends me a we are going to charge me.
Don't get me wrong I love Samsung products and own a few. However the problem comes into play when there is a issue with a product and you have to deal with customer service. Had a issue with a product and it had to be sent out. The repair place it was sent to have probably about 75% bad reviews and it seems for good reason. When I received my unit back it was a different serial number than the one i sent out and I never received the power cord back. I have called 3 time now in the past three weeks and have to tell the same story and send the same pictures to everyone I talk to because it seems they are all using the same customer service script. Its a shame that samsung cannot have a customer service team that actually wants to help the customers instead of just reading lines off a script.
I bought their Premium Gaming monitor Odyssey G9 Neo and got the faulty product which was not able to connect to any device, I created replacement request and they took 2 months to Pick it up and still I have not received replacement. I called them multiple times and they just tell that I will receive replacement next week, I really don't know which week I will get it! I will never buy any product from Samsung again. $#*! you Samsung! You are the $#*!tiest company in the world!

I bought a samsung fridge on 8/15 and within less the 1 year the door handle broke and when we complained they said just for a lose spring we will have to change the whole front door for which we will have to bear the cost of 6000+ Rs. Ridiculous. Now the vegetable drawer front has just popped out, broken and I don't feel like call them even as I know I will have to pay a few thousands to replace that tray which might again break soon. What kind of product are u selling? Something that cost ******* Rs just starts falling apart within 2 years? I rate this product very bad.
