So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

Important Notice: Samsung UK's Unfair Return Policy! Attention, everyone: Be aware that Samsung UK charges a 20% fee on returned devices—essentially a "handling fee" that, in many cases, costs hundreds of pounds. In my experience, they charged me a shocking £160 just for unboxing and returning a device. This is not only outrageous but could also be in violation of consumer rights in the UK. Samsung seems unwilling to comply with fair return practices, which is why I'm sharing this to warn others. Consider this carefully before purchasing from them. Let's hold companies accountable for their treatment of customers!

So disappointed, words cannot express this feeling
Bought a set of washer and dryer spend $1,900 for it
Within the first month the dryer stop working properly, home Depot was the place of purchase and immediately they washed their hand and send us to Samsung where our nightmare began
9 months later just received my dryer replacement today and guess what the machine don't work
Samsung s response I have to send a technician and these whole nightmare beggings again
The worse customer service
I will never buy Samsung again

They are happy to take your money but will not stand behind their products. Bought a fridge and it broke 2 weeks after the warranty ran out, told it would be a $1200 repair and Samsung will do NOTHING! DO NOT BUY a SAMSUNG product of any kind THEY ARE JUNK! Zero Stars!

The Samsung Galaxy A50 is basically the best smartphone even though there are other models made by Samsung but this particular model suits and meet my need. Great job

I am traditionally a huge fan of Samsung products (phones, smart watches, smart TV, etc.). However, their customer service and promotions are so outrageously terrible that it is embarrassing for a company that pulled half a trillion dollars in revenue. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone (and still currently on the phone), almost an hour on chat support, $40 (and counting) in travel expenses, and missed 2 days of work to focus on getting the screen on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra repaired through their temporary promotion of $100 instead of the almost $300. For some reason there is a miscommunication between their repair centers and their scheduling that the repair centers are unable to honor my appointments. Also, my Samsung account is not updating to allow me to reschedule this repair, even though the repair request has been cancelled from multiple areas. Every time at the end of 2 hours, they just tell me I have to wait and try again tomorrow. At this point, I have lost more than it would have cost me to just pay the $300 out of pocket. Great innovation in products, but atrocious customer service. Going through Samsung for anything is not productive, so always get your own insurance on your products and go through that.

Read other unfavorable reviews on the E-commerce department took the risk and ordered a Galaxy S9 on Black Friday for $200.00 off. It was shortly before midnight. I discovered a typo in the delivery address. I called immediately and was told to cancel the order, re-order and then call and I would be credited the $200 difference. I was given a ticket number. Five phone calls, 3 emails, two customer service tickets later, I was told to eat the $200. I then ordered a return label and someone reached out to me saying they will go to a higher authority and process the refund. In actuality, they want me to miss the return deadline so I am stuck with a bill and likely won't have any phone at all. It's been three days and no one has responded with the credit verification.The sales department is outsourced to another country and most of the reviews are bad. These people are not to be trusted and hopefully Samsung will find another e-commerce company that can improve their image. Prices, service and terms are better buying from another source even if it's Walmart, Costco, Verizon, etc.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I bought the z flip 3 within 2 months it started shorting out. Then a month later it completely shut down.
Work stopped - locked out of email because they send a text to verify account no access.
Bank the same and other accounts.
They have held the phone for over 2 weeks and are telling me another 5 days - Unfortunately I will lose my job because of the REDICULOUS process of this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Samsung is the best phone is flexibility it's easy to use and I love it I have been using last 15 years and they always good but don't like the edge on the phone like Galaxy ultra s22 are either or any Galaxy

Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a Samsung product. I purchased a 55" TV and in less than a year of ownership the TV displayed a vertical black and green line. The Samsung repairman told me it could be impact or heat. There was NO impact. Samsung insisted the lines were from impact when NOTHING ever hit the TV and the TV never fell. They refused to repair the TV and honor the warranty. HORRIBLE customer service. Horrible products.

We bought the 8QLED TV 65 inch for 4,000.00 dollars for our second home and they extended our warranty to cover parts and labor but they disconitnued the parts and cant fix the tv and wont give us a new never us samsung they don't stand behind there product or when they have an employee say somthing they will change it to there benefit

Called to try to update my Samsung + app the lady was rude under helpful and couldn't understand her half the time it's a shame I really like your products but customer service and support blows $#*! need to fix I see I'm not the only person complaining about this you should try to fix right away thanks have a happy holidays to you mine won't be good because my Samsung $#*! all messed up

I purchased a S9 cell which is not working properly. Tech support tells me to call sales, sales tells me to call tech support.
No solution to problem.
Sales tells me to return and be without a phone for an undetermined time.
Alvin, the sales supervisor, I'm sure DID NOT HEAR OR UNDERSTAND A WORD I SAID, he just repeated constantly, send it back.
I have to say it, he is an idiot and 100 % incompetent. FIND SOMEONE TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY PROPERLY.
So I'm still left with a defective phone and no solution. Thanks for wasting hours of my time.

What a poop show. Samsung doesn't price match the things you buy. No they issue out a "refund." Talk about an inability to count money and false promises. I've been a galaxy fan all my life. Never could I have ever predicted that this is how it would turn out. I am beyond upset that they would go so far. I ordered a phone and it never made it to me. Turns out they returned it back to the shipper. Rather than sending it out again like normal human beings, they told me I have to reorder the whole product from scratch. None of the codes I used before worked (obviously as they are one time codes) and so there was about a 152 dollar price difference. After talking with customer service about various things I now have to wait for a 97.70 cent refund. I had to order it again anyways and they said when it ships out they will be able to do a price difference for me when I call back. What a load of bs. I'm sorry but really? So now I have 2, one thousand + dollar charges to my bank account.

Seriously unless you can go into the store or be in person, I would reconsider buying directly from Samsung, go to best buy if you are a die hard fan of the phones like me. I would NOT recommend buying directly from Samsung. But Galaxys are my favorite. It's like meeting your favorite celebrity and then realizing they are a butface.

Update: There is a delay in my order now! So nice. I am so over this whole company.

Tip for consumers:
Buy at your own risk. Not everyone's experience is as poor as mine. And I obviously wouldn't go so far as to purchase it again if not for the fact that I love Galaxy phones.I give a mid quality because while quality of the service is poor, I've never had a problem with the product itself.

I have had my Samsung fridge for a little over a year when the compressor goes out. Nobody will repair it unless they are a Samsung technician. Samsung doesn't have a Samsung certified technician in my area to fix it and since it is under warranty nobody else will touch it. Long story short, I have been without a fridge now for almost 6 weeks while running in circles with Samsung. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES ONLY THING WORSE THEN THE PRODUCTS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a samsung s10 plus it was defective only had the phone two weeks they would not replace I traded my note 9 in for it they took the 10 back but did send me my note9 so they got 1000. 00 phone for free. All they said was sorry they do not care about the customer at all and did not offer to make this right. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG!

I got a Samsung Ultra S20 128Gb from the Samsung Experience Store. The price was stated on offer, but getting this phone which I was using, my colleague who has a set of powerful eyes may be mentioned that it has a thin hairline scratch near the camera area. I went back to them and addressed my concern and they came with the bizarre fact that I need to pay an extra 150$ to get this done, and in 5days or one day, they don't provide a warranty for this issue. I was wondering why on earth I bought Samsung. People, if you are reading this, my experience will surely give you some information on the primary customer assistance I received as in they were well prepared with scripts, without me criticizing or anything I just asked them the phone is not five days old what support can I get, straight away one guy wearing a massive diamond ring :) comment nothing we can do on this. You must take it to the service centre or else go online and complain up to you :)) I said is this some ritual that you are used to such bizarre experience that it is now like some easy experience who work in such stores. Please don't get into a situation with Samsung cause their customer support is lousy. So never buy anything called Samsung. In fact, their customer support is so bad that they can't even provide relevant support to people who were visiting from the UK and were carrying a Samsung phone and were told they can't help as they can't address any parts outside their region. So that man scorned a remark stating should he throw his phone away:)
My lesson is learned. Never get a Samsung phone; it's serious trouble.

Beautiful refrigerator but horrible quality. We bought this refrigerator this summer, I loved the look of the black stainless steel and had to have it (It was more expensive then too). However 2 weeks into owning it the dispenser began leaking and it was not from the actual water dispenser it was from the "back wall" of the dispenser. I called Home Depot warranty as we had purchased the extended warranty and was told that because it was within the year I would need to call Samsung. I called and we did some trouble shooting and was told to wait 48 hours and if it did not resolve they would send a technician to look at it. Fast forward to 3 months, 5 technician visits and over 24 calls to Samsung I was told the appliance was defective and would need to be replaced. Now I need to wait 10-15 business days for a fully functional refrigerator the exact same model that has the exact same problems. Horrible customer service and no regard for the customers at all.

Never again will I buy Samsung. I understand that an appliance can be defective but the bad customer service, the amount of calls and rude service to solve the issue that was obviously defective from production. That is unacceptable. You lost a good customer Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z-Flip 3. I loved the first one I had and I was due for an upgrade so I got the 3. Unfortunately I was NOT made aware (Although I have since found out that Samsung was well aware) of the defect in the screen. After only a short while my screen starting bubbling up and I had to do my first return directly to Samsung as it was still under warranty. The second time was not longer after and again the screen began to bubble and not allow me to use touch screen on some parts of the phone. This time I brought it back to T-Mobile. They were able to return it at no charge but I had to accept a refurbished phone. I took the phone and again not shortly after the screen began to bubble up again. I have now called Samsung for the past (3) weeks (since 3/25/2023).Although they are very aware of the defect in their product they refuse to make it right by providing me an upgrade that would not cost me anything. Instead they want me to pay full price to them for a Galaxy 4 that I would have to pay for financing through them AND still pay for my current galaxy (3) through T-Mobile. That's absolutely unacceptable. Samsung needs to learn better customer service. If they have a product with a known defect they should make it right by either recalling the product and giving everyone new ones OR provide an alternative through upgrade or something since it's their fault. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Samsung and I have been a loyal customer ONLY buying Samsung for the last 15 years at least.

Samsung sales person give wrong information on purchasing item, and now for month the keep on saying they will contact me through email with 24-48 hours and that keeps on happen for months now. Samsung customer service is the worst I have ever experience.

I bought my galaxy s21 to leave the other brand of device to return to sansung, my device had a problem with the screen that went blank, I went to an authorized store and they did not have the part to replace it, I would still have to place the order, but unfortunately I can't do without my device because I use it for work, I contacted sansung via chat and made the request so that they can exchange the device or even be willing to make a trade in but my device that is under warranty cannot be accepted by samsung for a trade in because the screen is not broken but blank, I just need my device working and I am not getting warranty help. I'm very sad with samsung because the experience was amazing.

This idiot company just pushed out a SW called Bixby that has done nothing but mess up my phone. The screen will lock uncontrollably when I try to answer an incoming call, or switching apps or a whole host of other things. I have called for a solution. I cannot uninstall, I cannot disable. It takes up room in my storage and I get NO help from the company. I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

Samsung offer Moga Xbox controller with pre order of Note 20. I order two Moga Xbox controllers with Note 20 Ultra 08/10/2020. I received both Moga Xbox controllers default. Not able to charge. So I called Samsung. I kept calling then finally talked to Manager. He promised that I will receive an email with the shipping label in 24 hours. I waited more than 24 hours. Did not received any email. Then I called again straight two days in a row then finally they created a ticket and send shipping label. For separate labels for both Moga Xbox controllers. I send back to Samsung. After that I only received a text message from them saying "we received your order, give us 4 business days to process". I waited more than a week. I check the ticket status update one controller they send back to me. But the other ticket they got cancelled and did not update to me. So I waited another two weeks. Still no update. Today is 11/02/2020, I called again for status of my second Moga Xbox controller, I was on the phone with Samsung over 6 hours and talked with 14 people and department to department got transferred. Still no resolution. Due to bad customer Service and I am an American Citizen, I boycott Samsung from my life. If you love your country (America) the I humbly request all of my friends and reviewer to remain patriot and use only products make in America. Thank you.

Samsung service has topped my list of the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with. After getting no where with my complaint I found the CEO resolution team that today passed the complaint back to the technical team to resolve. No one takes charge and as a customer all parties refuse to supply me a direct tele number or email to chase. If your thinking of buying a Samsung Product think again. Just to give you a flavour I have a 6 week old pair of earbuds that are defective. After numerous calls with numerous departments I finally had them collected only to be told today that my 6 week old buds are out of warranty and I need to pay them £70.00 to repair them in the next 5 days or they will bin them. Now CEO resolution team have passed the Buck I'm left with know where to go, so decided the hours and hours on the phone are just not worth it so they will be binned. I love the Samsung products but will never buy anything else from them. Be warned all this is not a company you want to contact.

I have got my first selphone of the brend samsung. What I can say is that I was impresed by the quality of the colours and camera. It gives high quality picture. I also have got iphone. Both are really good. I find those two sytem android and ios are really comfortable.
