So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I had purchase the phone on 04/17 and return it on 04/25. But have accidentally send it to trade in department instead of return department. Which trade in department has received on 04/25. Till today's date i haven't receive my refund yet. Initially i was told it will take longer time 21-30 days after 30 days passed by i was told it will take 7 days. I have waited all this days but no refund yet. The product was financed from Samsung i have already made 1st pmt and 2nd pmt is due on 06/17. I am making payments for no reason.
This concern has transferred to so called higher department 10 times already but no response yet.
I don't know what's going on here, i understand since its was my error it takes time but now this is taking ridiculously long time.
None of the customer service know any thing even there so-called supervisor and they are rude, just copying pasting policy and trying to hang up. Mr. Kiran (*******) literary hung up on me.

Bought a Samsung 55" Qled from Costco after 3 months no WiFi or wired direct would work Costco gave me the run around as well as Samsung called numerous times still not fixed and I bought the extended warranty would never shop Costco or buy a Samsung product again.
My dishwasher tub liner has a lifetime warranty which states that if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced. Goodman home solutions came on 9/7/22 and stated it cannot be repaired. Now Samsung is saying that because they cant get that report from Goodman, that they will not cover a replacement dishwasher. How does this even make sense? Samsung is obligated to honor the life time warranty and replace my dishwasher. It's not my fault no one is able to get the report from Goodman home solutions.
Natalie the president of Samsung and the rest of their customer service team has the worst customer service attitude and lack of communication skills. They are robots who are taught to just repeat the same non-sensical lines to you over and over again without any higher level of thought. Instead of honoring the warranty by replacing the dishwasher, she thinks that just texting me a $450 coupon for ANOTHER samsung dishwasher is enough. $450 barely covers the value of a new dishwasher! I am certainly NEVER buying another Samsung product for as long as i live. Samsung sells poorly made products and has even worse customer service. It is actually against the law not to honor your warranty. A 1 star is actually too high of a rating.

Self factory installed Apps like the "FREE" ( yea that REALLY is the name of it) App harrasses you and you cant get rid of it. Samsung chat doesnt know how to deal with it at all, but they will talk to you all day long. Their technical support is a bar not technical enough. Horrible App. Apple doesnt have any of these. I guess they arent that desperate to have to harrass their customers like Samsung is. Simple stuff. They cant change wont change need to keep customers I guess. Desperation. Bread and and BUTTER. Spend a little more. It will be worth it. Stick with a company that doesnt HAVE to rely on harrassment to get your attention. My proff of purchase isnt on paper but on ebay. Get rid of this comment if ya need more. It reminds me of Samsung too much. Algorythems? What is that?

The watch stopped working after 5 months. Long story short, on the third call they decided to send me a new charger. That did not help. Called them again, on the phone for almost an hour and had to give the customer service person all the same information, copy of receipt, prior ticket number, etc. She put me on hold multiple times and agreed that the watch was still under warranty. Then she put me on hold again and I was disconnected. She did not call back even though she had my call back number. Every time I called I had to go through a long process because they can't access the old information and say the ticket is closed. Also, you have to call from a land line or call from a friend's cell phone because they want you to upload a picture of the receipt in Text Messages and some cell phone plans do not have the ability to send a picture while talking on the phone. One representative gave me their email address and I never got a reply back. I called back and verified the email address and the representative said it could take a couple of weeks. It has been months and no reply. It is unbelievable how bad they are. I would not buy a Samsung again.
I was told not to but I was just excited to trade in my iPhone 11 into a zflip4 now I wish I didn't THE WORST PHoNe I have ever used. 4 month after I make the trades my zflip broke I sent it in and they send me a new one for $90 cuz I had protection plan with t Mobil 4month later now that one is broke againam I gone keep paying $90 for every 4 months? I decided to swish back to iPhone using my girlfriend's old iPhone 8 till I can by a new one. Samsung will not let me sign in to my account. I have tried to sign in using both my email addresses. It says account does not exist. When I try to create an account it says I already have one.
In August I purchased Note 8 and never received free MicroSDXC EVO Plus Memory Card. I only purchased from Samsung because for the promotional items. When I call or email I get music playing forever, and no response in email. Now when I call I get transferred from one department to another.
Would give negative stars if I could and am thinking of hiring attorneys against them. Purchased a phone and a few accessories and after a week decided to return all since I wasn't too satisfied with the phone, initiated return on website and used the provided shipping labels and on the website it only says one item has been returned so I emailed them twice and one representative says all the items are confirmed returned and another says only one is. I purchased through Samsung finance and the balance is still on there after 4 months and I have been charged substantial fees for refusing to pay for something i rightfully returned with the promise of a refund, also getting sent letters from collection agencies of possible litigations, and my credit history is being reflected very negatively because of them! I have been constantly emailing them with no help whatsoever and rudeness. This is by far the worst customer service in existence! Do not order any products off samsung website or any of their products in general since a company with such disregard for customer service is not worthy of any profit!
I don't even remember when I had my first samsung, in childhood I guess. It just happened that every phone I had was samsung. And I still have one. Love it.
I bought a Samsung KS8000 65" TV with my hard-earned savings for $2700 in April 2016 (it was brand new at the time).
Now it's a paperweight because it won't stop doing a reboot loop. The TV turns on for a second, then turns right back off, then repeats ad infinitum until unplugged.
I tried all the obvious ways to fix it. Nothing helps. And then I discovered in multiple forums that COUNTLESS OWNERS OF THE SAME TV HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE and can't resolve it without repairs that rival the cost of a new TV.
My TV is only 3.5 years old. It was near top of the line when I bought it. This problem is completely unacceptable for a TV this new and unless Samsung repairs or replaces my TV for free, I will not purchase Samsung products ever again.

I have a Samsung French Door refrigerator model RF266AEPN that I purchased on 6/13/12. The first thing that stopped working was the display that shows the temperature. Next thing with the refrigerator cooling unit. I had contacted more than one service professional and they offered to come out and try to fix it but they said it probably would be a temporary fix. More than one service person told us that it was a design flaw. It was suggested we unplug it for a minimum of 72 hours and plug it back in and that might reset it. We unplugged it for 5 days because it was winter and would chill our food outside. When I contacted Samsung directly they said we have not had any trouble with this model and don't show that I have contacted them directly. Since g an d trying to reset did not work, and the temperature in the fridge was 44 degrees we have been forced to buy a new refrigerator.
I also have a Samsung Gas Range Model Number NX58J7750SS that I purchased on 1/25/2016. The numbers on the display stopped working correctly. I chatted the support line and because my range is not under warranty I would need to pay to have a technician come out. I didn't buy a range to only last 3 years.
If you purchase any Samsung appliances you better buy the extended warranty because they make the products disposable.

I ordered a Galaxy Watch4 Classic 46mm, a Leather Band and Galaxy Buds Pro. The Watch and Band had an expected delivery over 30 days from order, which you do not find out until after you place the order. Amazon could deliver the Exact same Watch the next day, I placed the order with Amazon Prime. Since my Samsung order for Galaxy Buds Pro was in process to ship 7 days from order; I am not allowed to cancel the Watch and Band. Their Customer Support Reps said there is nothing they can do, and have no way to escalate this to someone who can. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND NEVER PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM SAMSUNG. My house is full of Samsung Products, which were purchased from Retailers. I like their products, but their Customer Service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.

I've had an ultra 22. The network stop working did a network reset, I was told then by Samsung provider that it was a carrier issue... I changed carriers. The issue was not resolved. I couldn't even make a 911 call. Retook it to the Samsung provider and everything pass besides network. The providers manager requested an over ride for me to get a new phone. Samsung was unhelpful had to buy a back up phone. The options of Samsung were buy new phone, send it in or factory reset. I factory reset and before I did saved/backed up everything waited several hours before reseting and all of my data i.e. Pictures were erased not saved because the phone isn't working properly. Calle customer service and they couldn't figure out the issue... this is why we asked for override... but Samsung could careless and offered a call from a manager and I have yet to get one. They don't want to provide with a new phone or money back... and they can't restore my data. Worst customer call one guy took control of my phone and no one else did... it was frustrating because that should have been first action and no one offered me that. I got a 512 gb phone for the pic storage/data. Will never ever buy a Samsung phone again!

We remodeled our kitchen and at the end of November 2022 we ordered a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven and the stove top. When you put the order the site tells you 3 day delivery, once you click pay, the 3 day jumped to 10, we said ok. The appliances were scheduled to be here on December 9 2022. On Dec 8 we got a message from the delivery company indicating that the appliances were late and they would give us an update. Today is January 7 and I do not have the appliances and nobody can tell me when I will receive them. I have called probably every other day, I talk to very nice people located in the Philippines that can do NOTHING for me. They say the will escalate to the next tier and that I will hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. NO ONE contacted me EVER. The holidays came and went and I didn't have a stove or an oven to cook anything. Unfortunately I can't cancel and buy any other brand because my cabinets are cut to fit the Samsung appliances we ordered. It is really frustrating because nobody tells you anything. If at least they would say we can't send the appliances until xxxx day, we would know what to expect. It is SHAMEFUL that a company such as this would do that with clients that spent more than $10K on appliances. More shameful is what they say on their site that nothing is more important than their customers.

I purchased a galaxy s8 an year back and couple of months later it started to power on and power off on a continuous loop. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send the phone over. Couple of weeks later, without any prior call or email, I get my phone back saying that they couldn't find any issue with phone. So, I called them again and sent my phone, This time they found the problem with the phone and replaced parts but when they sent the phone to me it was same phone with newer parts but with incompatible cable which would fit previous versions of samsung like s7, s6 etc., I contacted the customer service they said they would send me a new charger in two days and I waited till like 10 days but I didn't receive it. There is more to the story, I called them again and they said someone forgot to send the charger and they had me on phone like for 30 mins until they said they will be sending the new charger and cable. Overall, I would say Samsung has the worst customer service in the entire world and call me crazy but I would rather pickup a rock and pretend its my phone rather than purchasing any product with samsung ever again. Hope this experience reaches out to the worst customer service ever and helps out other people in not purchasing this crappy product and working around with their service for months
Purchase a Bespoke 4 doors refrigerator that door colors did not match my color scheme, but I like the idea I could change the door panels to blend in with my kitchen, and have the ability to change the door panels if I changed the color of my kitchen. Although the color that was in stock from Lowes were not my favorite, the sales rep assure me that I can order panels that will match my decor. I ordered the door panels in January 2023. I received status that due to demand, the panels would be delivered April 7th! I told the sales rep who stated the refrigerator was very popular because of the ability to change the door colors. For three months I received updates that my items were still on scheduled to be delivered on April 7,2023. One day before I was supposed to receive my panels, I received an email that the door panels were delayed and I will receive an update in 2-3 business days. WHAT A JOKE! I have talked with Samsung reps by email and phone and the same old answer. Sorry we have escalated your order, and have not heard back from the warehouse! What do this mean? Its okay for me to pay a very large sum of money to purchase a product that I am told and can get accessories, but after purchasing and ordering the accessories OH WELL! Unacceptable. Its best to purchase you another brand/model that you know what you are purchasing. I feel like this has been a bait and switch and its unacceptable Samsung!

I order a tablet (Tab S6), they took the money and it was expecting to come in a week because i choose a day from the week-end to be home. After one week, nothing happens, i call them to check what is going on and they say that will process my order urgently till the next day and send it. The next day they cancelled my order without any reason and proceed for a refund directly. I check the website and the tablet was in stock, all the colours. What is more strange is that my wife order a watch (active2) in the same time with me (with her card), they took the money without any problem, they complete the order and send it without problems. But exactly in the same day that was suppose to come, they call the courier company and cancel the delivery, without notice and a proper reason. I never heard a company calling the courier company and cancel the order with 1 hour before the delivery, without notice and a proper reason to act like this. All my family is using Samsung, from TV, phones, monitors... even laptop. But from now on i will never buy a Samsung product. Thank you for wasting my time.

Absolute WORST customer service ever! 3 months after receiving my Samsung A70 it wouldn't charge so I called the Samsung call center. They sent a Fedex shipping label, I boxed it up and sent it off. Long story short, it was lost. Fedex has confirmation that it was received and signed for but Samsung is taking no responsibility. Countless hours on the phone with them (minimum of 4 hrs and at least 4-5 people each time I called) and NO resolution. Last I talked to them they were initiating a lost or stolen item claim since they initiated the shipping. Today I received an email stating they were cancelling my service request since the phone was not received. Bottom line - they set up shipping and sent the shipping label, Fedex has prove that it was delivered and signed for, Samsung is doing nothing and refuses to take responsibility or to provide any type of customer support! It's now been 4 months and I've given up hope of any resolution. Samsung will NEVER have my business again and I will strongly advocate that NO ONE purchase any of their products. It's just not worth it!
