So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I have had my Samsung smart refrigerator for exactly 7 months and the computer screen is already fried and can hear serious motor problems. I am not happy after spending thousands of dollars on this worthless machine
I didn't expect how clear to take pictures with my samsung s8. The new features are also amazing and it is incredibly faster than my Oppo F1. I will be rating 5 if they did copy Oppo's easy gesture function, just saying!
I'm reviewing the laptop section only, since I recently looked through most major manufacturers to keep current on laptops which just came out, and the specs.
I'm giving them a Meh, because:
1. Their specs did not list display resolutions for most laptops/netbooks
2. None of the laptops/netbooks screens were marked Glossy or Matte
3. Their market speak for features listed on specs pages insults your intelligence.
4. They changed their model names, again, so it's hard to see whats new, and whats not
5. Navigation was horrible - 3-4 clicks to get to specs
6. Overall virtually no useful information among the market-speak.
7. Some obvious mistakes like display sizes which don't exist: 15.3"
Overall the site feels detached from the tech department,
Which is disappointing for one of the top technology companies in the world.
Their products are great, innovation rate is awesome, world acclaimed quality, but the laptop site is grades behind Dell and Lenovo. Lots of room for improvement.
Bought £550 Samsung TV. Lasted 4 years. Totally packed up! Advised not economical to repair by technician. Consulted Samsung today - not remotely interested! What a surprise. Couldn't care less. No more Samsung anything for me from now on thanks! Be warned!
Fridge ice maker not working, microwave sometimes just works it's self. Washing machine flash red warning door not closed, but closed and locked. Dryer lint became visible mark on dry cloths.The oven never shut off after the set times running out. We have to unplug to reset.
Shipping delays are normal, especially during the holidays, but my experience with Samsung has been unmatched. Nearly 1 month after ordering, the item has not shipped and I receive emails every other day indicating "your order is still on time". I've reached out to support several times, all of which have either not helped me at all, tried to sell me other Samsung products, or told me false and misleading information about my order. I can't imagine the processes involved for buying and relying on more intensive items such as appliances or phones from this company. Apple devices and Amazon shipping times will always be superior.
If you are looking to sit on hold for an hour and 40 min each time you need assistance then please choose Samsung. Oh, and they love to hang up after your rediculous wait times as well! So frustrated.

Knowingly sent out the wrong item then because I was not able to notice till after 15 days wont take it back. Not everyone sits around and waits to open and use samsung crap. Worst customer service from the E commerce dept Nelson & Sarah. Repeated the something like a robot.
I have had nothing but problems with my washer and dryer. Spent way to much money and this junk. Then dishwasher goes out! Leaking water and waterwheel breaking. Their TV and blue rays suck as well. How do they stay in business? It blows my mind.
The title says it all. Worst customer service and policies. Won't fix the broken ice maker (still in warranty) because there's dent on their flimsy stainless steel which is totally unrelated. OMG and how rude. Because of small dent all warranty is voided. So because the dent is so easy to make (just by touching the door) they now won't warranty any issues you may have with this cheap fridge. DONT BUY SAMSUNG if you want to save yourself some anxiety. Oh ya! The stove broke down immediately and services 4 times replacing same parts repeatedly. Problem still occurs.

17 months is all this phone got me. $2000 YES TWO GRAND! And the phone only last 17 months! Black line down the center of the fold screen and unresponsive right side. What do I get? Sorry, it's only under a one year warranty. How do you know they're producing garbage products? They refuse to guarantee them long enough to be paid off. So disappointed, Samsung is not a quality product anymore.
I purchased a $2,000 refrigerator in July of 2017 loved the unit but three months later the unit quit working. We proceeded in November 2017 to either try and get it fixed or replaced but since no technicians are in our area we were told by Samsung to proceed with their one year free replacement warranty. It is now the middle of June 2018 and still no refund or any help from Samsung! They have had all documents and information from our end from the beginning but for some reason nothing is being done and no one knows what is going on! I call multiple times every week to get the same run around BS while still do not have a working refrigerator! I've never in all my years as a paying customer been treated like this! Myself and the rest of my family will never purchase another Samsung appliance ever again!

Seriously just like the title says, they are horrible at standing behind their warranty. They refuse to acknowledge a ice maker problem that is wide spread and well known. Oops sorry your unit is out of range by one month so Im stuck with a 800 repair of my own on a fridge that is 2 years old. Not happy. I also have a dishwasher by the same company that is absolutely the worst dishwasher Ive ever had. Leaks water out a door seal to the point that if you have anything but a concrete floor you will destroy your flooring. Horrible appliances and worse customer service. Buy anything but samsung.
Once you have spent money with this company not interested in support or parts for your item this isn't the first time either. I have now decided I'm am going to take my £1100 tv that's only 2 years old to the tip. And I will no longer be a Samsung customer no better feeling right now than to get away from this company

Have a flip 3 and flip 4 phone as well as their fridge with the tablet in the door. All junk. Screen has been replaced multiple times because it cracks where it folds and the fridge Bluetooth speaker has never worked properly from brand new and started leaking water on the floor. Absolutely junk products do not buy.
Horrible customer support for poor products they sell in the US. My Samsung watch "S3 Frontier" cost almost $300 but just a little over a year later the battery failed, it stopped recharging, it showed full charge but I ran out of juice after 1 hour instead of 24-36 hours advertised. I contacted Samsung customer service and sent in the watch twice for repair and they refused to fix it blaming me for poor usage practice?!
A year after I bought it I had to trash the watch because Samsung will not support their product, there are no local watch stores that would touch it and you cant get the battery from Samsung - why? They want you buy a new watch! In other words this company makes products that last maybe a year and we all remember the exploding cellphone batteries just couple of years ago - terrible experience to avoid
Phone stopped working after 3 months. Needed to have motherboard replaced. Was told by Samsung that it would take 3-5 days which ended up being 2 weeks with absolutely no communication or updates provided. I then received the phone back with further issues that have not been rectified. Samsung refuse to replace the device or provide a return authorisation for the retailer. Samsung customer service was abysmal. Nothing but insincere apologies and empty promises. Constantly fobbed off being told that a "case manager" would make contact which never happened. I still don't have a device that works as intended and Samsung refuses to remedy the problem.

These guys won't accept their own receipt that they provided me. How ridiculous is that. Hung up on me called back, they don't have a manager apparently. Third fridge they sent me that doesn't work and I can't even get my money back. Stay away from Samsung products.
Ordered a refrigerator and they use XPO logistics to ship and install. After weeks of calls and trying to get my order xpo finally brings it and it's so badly dented in along front left side and door it was not usable! They you get stuck re ordering and wait time starts over from beginning but now your paying the bill for something you don't have and the warranty is running along with the return time if you ever get one that you can accept with out physical damage… now another one is sitting g at xpo hub and I'm told they have no delivery date available! Not acceptable business practice, I'm sorry I ever ordered from Samsung!

Purchased a $2000 Z fold 3. Within a few months the screen breaks along the fold. Normal daily use, I don't open and close more than you would expect. Samsung wont honor their warranty and ask for another $400 to repair the screen each time, no thanks. They get around the warranty by saying its external damage. A folding phone that breaks if you fold it. Have had so many Samsung products over the years, this will be the last one.
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from a large box store the salesperson knew nothing or lied when I contacted Samsung the tech support knew even less and compounded the issue by telling me on 6 different occasions that the problem would be fixed 16 months later still no solution. I spent $3500. 00 on this fridge and it doesn't make enough ice in a 24 hour period for a family of three to each have a glass of ice. Valuable lesson learned Samsung is terrible and doesn't care about the customer just the money.
Terrible service. Waiting for mobile more then one month even that Samsung has 50 millions devices in overstock. Pay a lot but not get any service. Better buy some other brand! Worst service in the Europe.

If I could give zero stars I would! Had a problem with my 5 month old refrigerator and their customer service was so unhelpful. Spent many hours on the phone for a two week period, trying to resolve and never did get it resolved. The part for a 5 month old refrigerator is no longer being made by Samsung, and they said there is nothing that they can do about it. Stay away from this company or buying anything from them.

Samsung.com makes promises they can't back up. They use "rebates" and "credits" as misdirection to cover up the real price of the item you are purchasing. I ended up paying hundreds more for the Galaxy s22 then if I just went into a phone store. I was promised bonus trade ins and credits that never came through. Customer service accused me of lying and said I needed to provide proof of an online promo. Pay close attention to the details. I will never purchase anything from Samsung.com again!
