So Ive had 2 watches from Samsung in the past 2.5 years or so. My first one stopped working properly in about 8 or 9 months so it was still under warranty. They were really good about trying to fix it and with keeping communication with me however I don't feel like the smart watches are really good. They replaced my first with a check and I purchased another one, next generation. So far not bad but I feel like Samsung's watches and phones tend to "die" rather quickly. Customer service is A+ though.

I bought a brand new refrigerator from Samsung. We left for the weekend and when we got water all over the place, Ruined my flooring. Need to replace 200 sf of flooring that's discontinued. I had it for 13 months. Bought extended warranty and been waiting for parts for a month now. What a joke. I own everything samsung from phone, TV, dishwasher microwave, you name it. Never will I buy a samsung product again.

My unit was shipped to me apparently defective. Powered up and died within minutes. Returned, tech informed me that's not repairable and offer a buy out at 70% of value (?!) due to expired warranty (after 1 day!?), then they asked me to furnish the product bar code and a picture to claim credit. Didn't they know i shipped the unit back?
We bought a Samsung Smart Range with a ceramic top. After using it half a dozen times, there was a white spot that could not be removed from one of the burners. Nothing was spilled on this burner but the white "cloud" could not be removed no matter what we used. Samsung insisted it was our fault. They refused to even send anyone to look at the stove in person. It is clearly caused by heat because the white "cloud" is more visible when the burner is hot. No wonder the company is worth trillions. They do not reimburse or provide any warranty service for their products. The fact that a technician refused to even service their range, speaks volumes about the quality of their products. Zero customer service. We will NEVER buy another Samsung product. We are planning to buy new cell phones. They will NOT be Samsung! Retailers should STOP selling their products!

Just got a Samsung smart tv last night and got it set up. I took about 2 seconds to realize that it was a mistake. The picture quality is that of something from 1970. My suggestion to others is don't waste your money.
I was a loyal iphone user for years but made the decision to try samsung during my last phone replacement. Never so disappointed in a product and service. Warranty was non existent! Only way to get my phone fixed within the first year was to pay for repair. Phone needed to be sent for service within the first 3 month of owning it, then advised to try a new SIM card as a solution for dropping calls due to no network available. So frustrated

Please don't do any trade in programs with Samsung. They will trick you. They will tell you your phone is not eligible for a trade in after the return time frame. So you think you getting a good deal when you are trading in. But not really. You will be able to find better pricing on other website. All of my family members are using Samsung phones. This will be the last time as well. Never going to do business with Samsung. They are terrible. Customer service sucks. Please don't buy Samsung from Samsung directly.
Our Samsung dishwasher was the worst purchase we ever made. We replaced all of our appliances three years ago and within months, the dishwasher needed to be repaired. It was repaired two additional times. The last time was in February, By April it didn't work again. We were told the repair only had a 30 day warranty! What a rip off! Worst customer service and dishwasher! Don't buy Samsung products!
Since purchasing a Samsung refrigerator, we have had a continuous problem with the ice maker and ice bucket freezing up and getting stuck. I have spoken with the repair center numerous times. There is a service center 20 miles from my residence but I can't get Samsung rep to schedule a repair. They are unresponsive, saying they are always sorry and will have a manager call. NEVER here from them again. I would steer clear of Samsung products.

S8 is the best smartphone on the market. It`s obvious that Iphone will construct something very similar to S8) Yes, it`s not the most comfortable phone I have ever used before, but it is glorious and other doesn`t matter.
Spent over 20 hours on the phone over 2+ weeks trying to place an order. Spoke to 4 supervisors who asked me to place the order different ways, they escalated to the incorrect department, asked me to wait 2-3 days to receive a call back (3 times) and I never received one (I had to call), they gave me canned and bogus explanations, and finally said my account was flagged for placing so many orders (which they instructed me to do). I am encouraging everyone to avoid buying from Samsung as they place the customer last.
Horrible customer service, ordered product on sale then there was problem with payment. Order made but monthly payments were not possible because page crashed then when I wanted to change payment option they told me I need to order again but for full price because time sale was over and they canceled my original order. Really horrible... losing customers, it should be an option to be able to change payment option, they want my money or no? Going for Apple products from now on.

Spent $800 on a Samsung TV and the picture went exactly 1 year plus 2 weeks. Samsung refused to repair because it was past the 1 year warranty. Seriously... 2 weeks? This company will never see my money again and I am more than happy to tell everyone about my experience. Doesn't deserve 1 star.
Don't buy anything Samsung until they fix their Samsung accounts. A hacker, even a new unskilled one, can kill your device in 3 steps by hijacking, changing your password, and then forcing your device to reset. This can be done remotely, through Wi-Fi, or by Bluetooth.
I contacted Samsung about my defective Flip 4. They recommended I take it to an authorized repair center to repair. The repair center said they should not repair. Samsung should replace. Samsung is demanding I send the phone to Samsung for 5 -7 days to repair. I cannot be without my phone 5-7 days.
Extremely disappointed in Samsung. Can not recommend their product.

I bought a TV that is only 4 years old and it is going to black screen. The response from customer service was, we can't repair or replace it even if I had a warranty.

I ordered a phone a week ago. They haven't even shipped it yet. It was advertised that it would ship within the week that the order was placed. Nope. I tried calling, and of course samsung is cheap and has you talk to an indian call center where they literally can't understand you when you give them your phone number. I had to repeat it 7 times! And that was just for them to verify who I was. Needless to say, I never got an answer from them after waiting on to talk to someone for 10 minutes and being put on hold several times... Great phones, piss poor customer service.
When you have an issue with a samsung product thats when you find out how poorly this company is run. They dont have american employees to help they don't have a sense of urgency. I will stay away from all samsung products from now on. Their phones dont last as long as all others, their fridges freeze up their washers smell bad after a while. They really don;'t make the bets products tried and true. STAY AWAY!

My Samsung S10+ caught fire in the port, keep in mind it was not plugged it just started burning. My fingers burned with burns marks on them. Immediately, I reached out to Samsung they said they would compensate me for my burns that was a lie. I brought a brand new phone thinking at least they would reimburse me for having to have purchased a new phone, they lied. I got the run around and was denied compensation only for them to say they would only fix the port.

If you love yourself please never purchase ANYTHING from Samsung directly. Go to Best Buy, Amazon, or a shady neighbor because you will have a better experience. I purchased a brand new Note 8 on their website which was defective at the time of opening. I contacted Samsung and returned the defective phone only to never be refunded my money for the phone. It has been a year now, the new Note 9 just came out and I still don't have my refund back although Samsung has had my defective phone this whole time. I call once a week to see if any "updates" have been made to my ticket number and they tell me the same thing every week "it is out of our hands we are still waiting on the refund team's decision there is no way to escalate this case any further or talk to anyone else about this". At this point, this is theft.
Samsung has the worse customer service. They lie and give runaround and keep apologizing. The give themselves a phony American sounding name and it seems their objective is to do nothing. God forbids if you have technical problems. They make their best effort to make sure that YOU are doing something wrong. Even their "How we are doing" email survey is phony. If you say "you are Not satisfied" they won't let you to send it back to them.
Purchased a top load clothes washer; product recalled. Purchased a French door refrigerator; ice maker poorly designed causing ice build up, breaking the ice holder. Purchased a 42 in television and the back of it would vibrate with low frequency sounds when watching movies. All were purchased within a year and all went bad within 2 years. Done with any Samsung products.
Bought a dryer and it only worked for 3 days before is sounded like there was freight train in my house! Customer service horrible, customer relations worse then that and now a month and a half later still waiting for my refund! Stay away from ALL of there products. My brother in law had one of there phones that caught on fire!
When i check the offer which i have received in my phone it was 371.99 + tax without login.
Once i logged in the website price is changed. They are showing a False advertisement and when i spoke with the customer service they are disconnecting calls my calls. Altogether they disconnect 3 times during the call it was 2 times and in the chat as well.
They only lie and give false promises. I was promised a phone to be delivered in 5 weeks. Nothing came. It's week 7 now and for 2 weeks, no one is giving me an answer as to where my phone is. For 2 weeks, I've been hearing the same phrase "we escalated your issue to our team and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours." It's been 2 weeks and no one is getting back to me. I wanted to cancel the order, then the representative offered me a $200 refund to keep the order and wait for it to be delivered. I accepted that until 5 minutes later I get an email that they cannot honor the $200 refund. How many lies do these people want to give their clients? Now I can't even cancel my order! This is complete scam and unprofessional behavior. Shame on you Samsung!
I would never recommend any Samsung product. Customer service is the worst. Bought a fridge and stove 5 months ago and still havent received them. Ask to speak to a manger and never get a call back. Terrible company. Buy else where.
