I ordered a part for my Samsung refrigerator from this company. A week after I ordered it, I managed to repair my refrigerator without the part I ordered, as I had noticed they still hadn't sent a tracking number to me, I contacted customer support and they acknowledged it hasn't been sent yet, and agreed to cancel the order all together and refund my money back to my card. 2 MONTHS later, I get the part in the mail and no refund. It takes them a week to reply to emails which makes it close to impossible to have a conversation with anyone at this company!
