Received a defective saree and the management started by arguing that it looks good to them (even after seeing the pictures/video). With lot of effort ready to take the return but is a painful and stressful process. If you are lucky you might get a good quality product. Otherwise get ready for a roller coaster ride and make sure you have a ton of time at hand to deal with customer service as they will make it difficult for you. After a ton of follow ups, was successful in getting back my money with of course some deducted fees but totally not worth my time. In today's world, this is not the experience one would hope for!

I ordered the two sarees from CA for the first time. I always have my doubts and uncertainty when ordering in India. Samyakk proved me wrong. The service was excellent, from video shopping to all interactions. The blouses were also stitched as per my design with great fitting.
Will definitely shop here again.

I recommend people buy from here. Only place offering free shipping worldwide and big discounts. Excellent service. Responsible. I got my parcel in just 2 days, from india to Canada! Beautiful pure silk sarees... beautiful colors. I dont think you get anything like this from anywhere...

Bought a couple of outfits from this store, just love them. Their collections are too good with best pricing. Always looked for a similar store in Bangalore, I am glad that I found this place and now this has became my most preferred store for trendy and great quality designer stuffs. Also their customer service is pretty impressive.
I definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for some stunning ethnic collections.

Ordered an outfit 40 days ago. After following up with their so called customer service team for 10 days with no answer i finally had to file a consumer court complaint. Now they say they ordered an incorrect size. WTF. I ordered a custom outfit with measurements and now they want to do patch work to cover up for them mess. And expect me to pay the full amount for their patch work. Never ordering. I hope consumer court of India teaches them a hard lesson that they never forget. You pay all the money upfront and then get treated like whatever. Never go here shopping

You can never expect a follow up from them after your payment is done.
I have never experienced this before with any of the clothing sites.
My experience with them is based on the customer service and I have no idea about their products.

It's been such a great experience with Samyakk.com. Bought my wedding lehenga from samyakk online. I loved the the product, it is exactly as shown in the website. The material was of great quality and absolutely fabulous, this outfit was praised by everyone. Customer care team was very helpful. I undoubtedly recommend Samyakk to everyone.

I ordered recently a Wedding Sherwani in Samyakk and to take my complete measurement their team members requested me for Video call, It was new experience for me. I received my delivery within 15 days and i was surprised after wearing to the Sherwani. It's exactly on the same shape as i have given in the measurement and the fabric quality is 100 % satisfactory. Thanks samyakk for serving the amazing services.

I have contacted Mr. TamilSelvan who helped from the beginning and clarified all the questions in a very humble way... Finally ordered and the Dream dress is on the way ( only because of his support) and damn excited to see my dress.

I ordered 3 designer lehengas for a wedding from samyakk and trust me, i and my sisters just loved the outfits. At first, I was really confused if the video call would really help us get the exact lehenga for the measurements provided but then, they totally made it as per the requirement and I am very thankful to samyakk for delivering us the best. Disgusted with the service. Had gone shopping for a bridal lehenga and since I couldn't find the colour I wanted, they promised to get a lehenga made of the colour I wanted, took my measurements and even took advance payment and confirmed that they had the fabric. They later call me up to inform that they don't have the required color fabric, hence cancelled my order! I had to go all the way back and collect my refund. And they were not even apologetic about it! Thank you for wasting an entire day and not even getting me a bridal lehenga! You might have great collections but you could work a lot more on your service and commitments! Please do your background checks before taking up any order. These are basics of salesmanship and you should know better that we are all not jobless to keep roaming around your store according to your whims and fancies!

Definitely when I will shopping Samyakk will be my first choice. Keep it up as unique design! Beautiful saree same like picture, very fashionable & good quality.

I order one salwar suit Item # SL7336. In the picture, the dupatta is has a nice gold embroidered border and the one I got has a gota patti that looks very cheap. When I wrote them about the discrepancy they responded with following explanation.

We have checked with our production team and they have made your garments from scratch in which they have tried to make it as similar as. Even, If we provide you another dupatta, we can't ensure you same dupatta with border.

Regarding bottoms, it's same as in website due to flash light it looking more bright in the website picture.

One of my favourite websites ever, I bought salwar kameez from here and is extremely awesome. I am impressed by the quick response and customer service as well.

The collection is very good. They have lots of different choices - variety of colours. The quality and work is too good- you have to be willing to pay the price as well.

I ordered a Saree for my mom through Samyakk website, really loved the customer service and the product as well, from the time I ordered they made sure they are in touch with me until I received the product, they made sure I got on time delivery, must say the product was even more better than in the picture, I would highly recommend Samyakk.

I purchased a Anarkali/Salwar suit recently after immensely liking it on the website. It came delivered in lightening speed. I am super impressed by that. I wish I could say the same about the customization of the Anarkali of the two piece. I can give the benefit of doubt that I might not have given the exact correct measurements, so the fitting/alteration of the beautiful product is not perfect. I will need to get it fitted more. Sadly pads in the bodice are floating. The material and colors of three pieces were just as in the picture. Dupatta is just beautiful.
The other good point of the website is they are maintaining a good user friendly website interface. Compared to many other online Indian websites, this is gold standard.
Thanks added to that equal, if not but more, attention needs to be given to the tailoring/alteration department, for the sake of the online buyers.
Moreso, when Samyakk wants a global presence.
Well, in general Indian businesses needs to upgrade their business ethics to come at par with International standards.
I am feeling so sorry for the negative experience of some of the trusting buyers after reading their sad experience.
They should not have to go through it when they are paying whatever is asked of them over the website. Money is not everything. Self Discipline and a good conscience goes a longer way. Try.
I did not read any reviews before buying. I was impressed by the product pics and on site and prompt communications by kind staff. Thanks for that.
I hope I have created a good association with the first impression. But will be extra cautious and proactive next time.
