I saw the dress online in white and yellow and actually it was not at all in white tone... i wonder even lightening effects cant change much. They mislead customers and return policy is so tiresome that i got that stitched but not all happy with dress... money got wasted totlly

Perhaps, they smartly say it's in our policy and you lapsed the time. I paid for this outfit does not refund, no replacement nothing. Pathetic experience ordering online with sana Safinaz. I would never recommend purchasing online from them.

Purchased item from them and was given a new piece by their sales assistant which was packed
On giving the gift to a friend realized they made a mistake on the tag and wrote the wrong size on the product.
Upon requesting a solution was informed that even though the mistake is from their side as I live abroad there is no solution.
A high end brand with no customer value or solution

Even after making payment they call you and send emails saying that your order is on hold and make you pay again

My wife has had the worst experience from them ordering dresses here in USA
I always order from many other brands such as baroque, khuda baksh and the process is always smooth

I ordered. Deadline was 1 week. Even after 3 weeks didn't receive order. U can not create a ticket as website is having error. It is telling u to contact customer care. Keep away from them. Will never do this mistake again

Got stuck with them as someone gave me a present that needed to be changed. Nobody would answer their "24/7" customer service. There is no way that the owners can be contacted to be told of how their company is treating its clients... DISAPPOINTED at the fact they get the best designer awards! Sickening
Just ordered an unstitched dress and after seeing it I was devastated. The embroidery quality was so bad and a huge motif which was displayed on the picture was not there in the first place. The color scheme shown in the picture was totally different than the actual. Extremely disappointed and secondly there exchange and return policies are again pathetic because they know very well that the deliver $#*! and make money through unfair means
I am very disappointed with the customer service. I needed to exchange my order for a larger size, someone got in touch but there was no follow up. This being an online business, with such popularity, I was expecting world class customer service. So very disappointed.
This company is an absolute disgrace! I have raised my concerns with them in the correct manner. I even wrote them a several pages long formal complaint letter. They have no formal complaints procedure so they did not know what to do. I have been ill treated by their staff, who have been so rude to me. I have literally had enough. They are a disgrace to Pakistan. I do not understand how the owners do not know about this or are not aware of the disgraceful staff they have! They need to sort their company out and get rid of some A*holes!
Customer service non existent for defective and damaged goods. Lace defective on Muslin lawn 3b bought as an Eid present for mother. Be warned you good be paying double for 1 fit for purpose outfit. Daylight theft. Extremely disappointed.

I visited their shops, contact over the phone, sent emails and contacted on WhatsApp. But no help. Every time they tell you that we will contact you back. But no body bothers.

Very disappointed with sana safinaz. They charged my debit card the very next day of my order and haven't delivered the package. Its been more than a month. They making silly excuses. They are all fraud and scammers. Plz dont order through their website.
I brought two shirts from SS Eid collection
And they shipped me only one. I contacted their customers service and they said in 2-3 days someone will contact me and they will issue me a refund. Its been 2 weeks nobody called me or email back. They stole my money. They ignore my calls and emails. Run away from them! DON'T buy anything from them. They ll steal your money!
I ordered kurti and it was damaged I immediately complained them on their what's app and they said wait wait and wait we will solve your issue. Such a bad experience with sana safinaz. The quality of fabric is also not such good as they shown in the picture. I ordered lawn and it was another fabric with a big hole in shirt. They are doing job like daraz sellers. Such a cheap brand..

I ordered a dress in the info they wrote a shirt and a trouser is included, not paired with but included was written, when i received parcel only shirt was there when i contacted them they did not reply, worst customer service, irresponsible attitude, shame on them
Bought one ladies suit having faith they packed the right size. Found out to be wrong size after checking at home. Went back next day to exchange. They bluntly said they don't have the size and we can only exchange with any other style or size but won't give refund. Selected another style which was 100 Rs. Cheaper so they refused to exchange saying their system won't allow. We said keep the change as Khairat and let us have the exchange. They refused saying system won't allow. We raised out voice so finally got the exchange leaving behind 100Rs. Very bad policy and service by such a big brand name store.

3 weeks back I have shopped 2 shirts online and i have some issue with size. I've sent them email messages but no answer and i m also calling them daily but nobody is responding, Now they will give lame excuse of lockdown so Yes i knw about lockdown but if their staff is available for taking online order then why don't they respond?
I bought clothes from Sana safinaz.
Not satisfied as pieces are missing from the suit.
Also I tried to contact them by they haven't replied I have emailed two times.
No communication.
But however when I purchase the suit they replied me about my delivery other than that they haven't regarding my complaint.
Delivery is not bad they told me you will receive within 6 to 7 but came by 10 days.
I did receive within 10 days.
I ordered $200 worth of stuff with them online, and didn't end up getting my package. I tried calling their 24/7 line and after numerous tries, someone picked and basically he put off my questions by saying the complaints department will get in touch with me. And obviously no one did. I tried emailing with my concerns and no one replied to those either. Basically, you're better off ordered from some other place like Annus Abrar, where they will actually get in touch with you via whatsapp (a much more reliable way to contact overseas customers) if there are any concerns. This is an absolutely garbage business, run by people who don't know how to treat customers and people who want to make money by scamming others.
I ordered over 1 lakhs (about $800) worth of unstitched suits from Sana Safinaz. On the pictures the dresses looked amazing but what I received was total garbage.
The actual dresses looked like horrible replicas! They didn't resemble the product photos at all! Such a waste.
Sana Safinaz charges such crazy high rates for basic garbage.
I contacted them various times without a reply - surprise surprise. They sell their garbage and then disappear.
This is not the behaviour of a thriving company

I placed an order on 7.4.23 and my order was supposed to be dispatched and arrived within 20 working days. Today is 7.31.23 and there is no update. Each time I email, we are working on and someone will reach out. There has been no concrete reply from someone that has common sense and can understand the situation and reply to the customer. I have requested for refund since they aren't able to ship my order.and only response I got was, your inquiry is passed on and someone will reply. ( I have yet to hear) I paid $350 for my order and I have yet to see anything back.
This is beyond frustrating experience. There are better vendors you can purchase then Sana Safinaz.

I have order some of the new suits with Sana Safinaz and at the time of delivery the courier guy called me in the morning 6 and asking me to pick up the courier i have requested several times to him for the reschedule of deliver after long time he agreed and at around 9.30 i just followed up my order and he told me i can't come then again i requested him and after some time he went to the wrong address and when i told him that you should have to read the address carefully he started using bad words with me and warned me i will not deliver your order i will cancel your order and make the call end.
I was not expecting the thing from this brand at least that their courier staff even don't know how to deal with the customers such a disappointing staff will never ever order again from this brand.
Update #2: I received my shipment on time. However the quality of the clothing is so cheap for what I payed! The blue kurti looks completely different in-person and it is see-through! I gifted a couple of the other suits, in sha Allah they are better quality. The first (black and white) $60 kurti is also very cheap quality. I felt like I put a table cloth over my self and that I wasn't wearing comfortable clothes. Very disappointed but at least I received my order. I'm just worried about the dress that was for $137.60. Fallahu khairun hafizan wa huwa arhamur rahimeen.
Update #1: The next morning I posted this, they sent me an email that my order has been shipped. I'm looking forward to changing this rating into a 5-star rating and deleting what I wrote before! Note: I have changed my rating from 1-star to 4-stars.
Original Comment: I will change or delete my review, however, if that is not possible I will add a five star review only if their service improves. The first time I made a purchase was for Eid ul-Fitr (total of $110 CAD). I placed my order late yet they dispatched my order as an emergency and I received my clothes within 9 days of placing my order. Because of this great experience I placed a larger order of approximately $500 CAD. It has been 17 days yet no one has responded to my texts on Facebook or my emails. I really hope this doesn't turn out to be a scam because I would hate to involve my parents. When I involve them they don't hesitate to take things to court. And my cousin is a lawyer which makes things much easier.
Tip for consumers:
Say Bismillah and make istikhara before your purchase because you never know how they might treat you.
