Ordered merchandise from Sarah's Pet Store. Tried to cancel; shipping already underway. No problem, I'll return merchandise when it arrives. It arrived. Took two emails to get a response -- they wanted to "save me the inconvenience" of returning and said they'd let me keep the products and refund half my bill. I said no, I want a full refund. They said an email would follow with the return label attached. No email followed. Two more emails sent to them; no response. Phone number is always a busy signal. It's a scam.

Item delivered with damage and missing parts due to poor packaging. No response to e-mails. Return address appears to be a condo. Product reviews on website are fake. Deceptive product photos. Same item 2/3s less on Amazon. Would not recommend using this site.
